Highly recommend NTB!! I received great service for an emergency tire repair and cannot say enough good things about the staff and the quality of their work! The Marion community is lucky to have them!

I went there for a rumbling sound on my car. NTB checked it out , and told me it needed $2500. worth of front end work. ( WHAT A RIP OFF ) . I Then took it to another place, and they said the front tire was bad and needed an alignment. They installed a new tire and aligned the front end. The car is like new again and only cost $132. Like the saying says, ( GET A SECOND OR THIRD OPINION ).

I came in to get my door handle fixed, and I ran into a bunch of unexpected issues. Fortunately for me Nikki and Chris were here to help me and helped me save a ton of money and got my car fixed in a timely manner. I absolutely love ntb and the staff in Marion are absolutely spectacular.

Thank You for wasting my time this morning. I had set up an apointment at 9 am this morning. Only to be told this morning when I got there, that they no longer offer the service I had set my apointment for. And the kid working was like I dont know who you talked to but Im not doing that. So needless to say I will NEVER spend my money at NTB for any of their products or services, or a stick of gum or a paor of shoe laces. Do yourself a favor before you go and make an apointment elsewhere.

I had a great experience working with Chris J. He was very informative about what I needed. He went over and beyond for me. By far the best. Was very honest and didnt feel like he was trying to sale me something I didnt need. I would recommend him to a friend. TRY THIS LOCATION and you will not regret it!

Chris saved the day! Initial customer service was horrible. Order tires online, scheduled appointment, showed on correct day and time, clerk said no appointment and implied that I should expect a 3week delay when ordering tires. He was willing to let me walk.I asked to talk with someone who would actually be helpful and me Chris.Chris found the tires and I had them installed the next day. I also ended up buying another set of tires for my sons car the same day.The first guy was willing to let $2000 in business walk. Chris got involved and saved the day.

We stopped at the ntb in marion ohio 25 minutes until close to have our tire patched on our way home from Columbus and they told us they couldnt do it cause it would take to long . Would not recommend at all!

Good service overall. One complaint i would say is the guy who checked me in was pretty pushy on trying to get me to apply for a rewards card. Not sure if management makes them up sale the card or not but it was kinda erritating. Aside from that I really have no complaints on the service.Came in to get my brakes done and thats what they did.

I was able to get in to have my oil changed without an appointment no problem, and my vehicle was completed within the same timely manner.

NT&B in Marion Ohio offers superb service. They spent the time to diagnosis the problem, show me what was wrong with my car and suggested repairs that would make the car safe to drive again. The whole staff was very friendly.They pointed out what discounts were available to lower my bill. I’ve been taking my cars to them for many years and they have always treated me right!

Always had good experiences with the NTB in Dublin, and now same for the one in Marion, OH.

Took my car in Sunday because I had been dealing with low tire pressure in a rear tire the past few mornings. Left it there for them today look at, waited about 4hrs before I got a call to pickup. They said when I picked it up there was nothing wrong and that sometimes a bead comes loose. Next morning same problem, took to Mr. Tire and they found a staple in the tire. Why wouldn’t you just look at the tire, why would you lie to a customer? The bad thing was they told an older lady the same thing when I picked mine up. Incompetent lazy employees. I’m surprised this place is even in business reading the other reviews.

I took my car in to find out what was causing a vibration.  After waiting 2 1/2 hours I was told nothing was found to cause the vibration but the alignment was slightly off on the passenger front.  I had them correct the alignment costing $100.  After driving the car the next day I noticed the steering wheel was not straight and the vibration was still there.  A few days later I went back to have the steering wheel straightened.  Employees made sure to razz the mechanic who did the alignment to which he started whatever after seeing why I came back.  To no surprise after he straighted the wheel there was no difference.  I left with a crooked wheel and a vibration.  I then took my car to a reputable mechanic, which I should have done in the first place, and the front tires needed re-balanced.  There were also a couple of clips missing which were replaced, and as a courtesy, they straightened my steering wheel.  I will not make mistake of returning to NTB.

Dave runs a tight ship and that place is always great. I always trusted his advice. I took a car there that another service center said it needed brakes. Dave said Id love to take your money but it doesnt need brakes yet.

This shop is absolutely terrible. Took the car in for 2 new tires then they talked us into an alignment when we kept saying no several times. They said it’d be 1 hour, we end up sitting in the waiting room for 7 hours as people are coming and going. Then they end up breaking several pieces doing the alignment so they tell us to come back tomorrow. Then they ordered the wrong part so now we’re waiting a whole weekend when it was supposed to be a 1 hour job. Every time we went out to look at what they were doing the mechanics were just standing there looking at it ,weren’t even touching it

I took a car in to have an oil changed. It was a car that I just got and I wanted to make sure that it was safe. I scheduled an appointment and I showed up on time. I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room, I finally walked around to the counter thinking that surely this must have been enough time to complete what was to be done, when the young man asked me if that was my car, I told him yes. He said I have to show you something, someone tried to remove the tire previously without removing the hub cap. They would not be able to remove it without destroying the hubcap. They didnt bother to ask me what I would want done or anything they just pulled the car out and parked it again after me being there for an hour and a half. I would have gladly told them to go ahead and destroy the hubcap if need be, that the tires needed rotated and the brakes a safety concern needed checked, but instead I left there wasting an hour and a half of my time and I will now have to take to another business to do the things that Ive already paid them to do. It seems to me like theyre only interested in big ticket items since this was just an oil change tire rotation and brake check it wasnt going to bring them a lot of money. I have go on here many times in the past but I promise you I will definitely think twice before I go there in future.

Quick to get your car but lie about what the car needs. They quoted me over $1500.00 for parts that my car didnt need. I took my classic Cadillac in for an alignment and front tires.The next day I took the car to Mr tire and got the alignment and tires done that this place said couldnt be done without thousands of dollars needless other parts. I think they probably want to pocket the money and do nothing. They dont have a window for you to see what they are doing, so who knows. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

By far the worst service ever!!!! Took my suv there they said every was bad from the shocks to the water pump hmmm there’s no way my vehicle would of mad it that far if the water pump was broken!!!! They tried to charge me 3,500 for all of it I declined it and took it to the delay and showed them the papers they gave me the delay said nothing is wrong with your suv but I also wen to another dealer and they said nothing was wrong so after being Harassed at the front desk of ntb I don’t think I’ll be coming back for any services!!!! They also messed up on my miles they said I had 228,000 miles wicth wasn’t true and I even told them the correct amount 3-4 times not coming back!

These guys were amazing. Tire went flat couldn’t get it there until the next day, triple a guy who looked at it first put the lug nuts on to tight, 10hrs later the tire finally came off. Any other place probably would of just said they were done trying and sent me away lol! Thank you guys

Not sure about the other stores but the one in Marion Ohio is crooked. If I could give them zero stars it wouldn’t be low enough. I did the online quote and had it scheduled for 4 new tires, earliest they could get me in was two days away. Not a problem I thought. 3 hours before my appointment they call and say “I see you have an appointment at 6 what exactly are we doing?” Thinking this is weird but ok since I have a quote you’d think they’d know. I told them 4 new tires. He checked to make sure they were in stock and said ok all looks good then told me it would be 140$ more than my quote. When I asked how that works he said they don’t use the online quotes and that it’s done “in house”. Ummm nope don’t think so. But thanks! I found a better tire service a town over and they actually price matched you’re quote for higher mileage tires.

This store has went down the toilet since the recent management change. The last manager John was great, the new staff is unprofessional and frankly a nightmare to work with. The worst part is that the pricing I received was amazing, the best I was able to find during my trip in May to get 2 new sets of tires for both of my vehicles, but the most recent experience I had with this store will remind me that when I go somewhere else I am willing to pay more to be treated better. I will no longer be doing business with this location and most likely will not work with another NTB in the future because of my last experience. I will make sure my family, my extended family, and my business partners do not do business with this location either.

Went in last week for some scheduled maintenance and was talked to with more disrespect than I ever have been in a service setting and had to wait a lot longer than quoted. I really liked this place but as long as they employ people that treat customers the way I was treated I will not be back. With all the double talk and time wasted I am starting to doubt that my service was even completed.Every time I come here with my vehicles John always gets me in and out quickly while performing great work.

DO NOT COME HERE! Was told I needed brakes when they were just replaced not even 3 months ago. This location did my brakes in may, so I got a brake inspection from a professional, was told they used a very cheap brake that could ruin my wheel bearing. They don’t use high quality parts, and they charge way too much.They do not include labor warranty, only part warranty. I would not trust anyone here!! Very unprofessional.

Visited store on 8/1/20. I am not from the area (3 hours from home) was in Bucyrus visiting my sister-in-law and family when I happened to get a flat tire. Was going to go to Walmart when we saw NTB out front of Walmart and figured it would be better service. The staff was very friendly, I will give them that. The paperwork said plug and patch...$32 (for everything they did). Anyway, got my car and back to my sister-in-laws we went. I happened to look at my tire the next afternoon, Sunday, 8/2/20, and it was FLAT. called the store, after holding for 10 minutes, someone came in the phone, told him what was going on. He said, that isnt good, maybe there was another hole we missed. Of course, they couldnt get it in that day since they were closing in 1 hour and told me to bring it in the next morning. When I asked about cost, he said he didnt know because he was the tire guy and would need to speak to someone uo front. Anyway, talked to my brother-in-law, who recommended taking it to his tire guy on Monday morning, 8/3/20 ( I have to go home today). I was able to get into their guy. They took the tire off and fixed it. When I asked about the patch and plug, he said....we found the hole, there was no plug and of there was a patch, it didnt work. Not happy with the service especially when the paperwork said patch and plug and there was no plug. Obviously, they didnt do something right and now I am out $32 plus the extra money to have the same hole fixed again the next day so I could safely get back home.

Long waiting peiod 3.5 hours to get 4 tires. They were short on help that day, but very helpful. Average on their price range with my type of tire, it was not in the buy four get one free sale. Will try them again.

While driving a 1963 Grand Prix to Detroit for Woodward Dream Cruise I had a valve stem split which left me at the side of the road. After having the car towed to the NTB in Marion a hugely helpful service person named Joe (Im really bad at names so last name escaped me immediately) went right to work to get the valve stem replace, tire rebalanced and me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Joe went out of his way to help me by starting to work on it immediately and did the repair personally.We were just about to give up on the trip, but Joe got me back on the road so quickly that we continued on to Detroit and enjoyed our weekend.This a great example of a person Ive never met before going out the his way to help an elderly car collector whom hed never met before.Joe, deeply appreciated !!!!

Fantastic help was provided here at all levels. This is really one of the best-run repair shops Ive encountered. Management greeted us when we arrived, and management and technicians kept us updated throughout the repair. The desk clerk updated us on the exact repair and projected cost with great transparency. Many thanks to Doug and everyone there - you all should be very proud of what you do to help traveling families in need. I hardly ever write online reviews, but so that other travelers will know where to go for help, I am glad to state my strongest approval and recommendation of Marion OH NTB!

I was able to get an appt the next morning and they were very polite. I needed a special battery for my car and they had one in stock! exceptional service.

Purchased 4 new tires with extra services. Within a few days the tires lost pressure. Took car back for tire check. Was leaking tire valve and supposedly fixed. My tires continued to lose pressure. Took car to dealership to check issue. All four tire valves and corrosion on rims caused leakage. Dealership fixed issue. This particular NTB business service has continued to decline. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place.

Way overpriced. Calls with even more expensive incidental findings and if you say no you are told they already have the car on the lift and have started.Prey on the young, especially students and the inexperienced

Had some Contis installed on the chariot. These folks are always nice and have gotten it right for me. An hour away, but I make the drive for tires.

I was satisfied with my service (brake caliper+pad replacement) until a few months later when the problem returned.Taking it to another shop revealed that NTB had failed to lubricate the new pads, resulting in damaging the pads and the caliper, meaning it all needed replacing again.As such, all of the money spent on getting it done the first time was wasted.Their engine work is satisfactory, but such a simple mistake on brakes is a big deal. Be wary.

Finding quality work up here in Marion is hard to do. This store has quality employees who get my car done on time and done correctly. My car is always returned clean. I had them replace all my fluids for 90K and it is running great. The sales guys are not pushy and do a great job communicating to me.

Just had starter replaced. They found a bad battery terminal and replaced it no charge. These guys do an awesome job. I would recommend to anyone. 😬👍🏻

I wish I could give them more than five stars. I got a flat tire on my way up to Michigan on Friday, I was very upset, was recommended to go to NTB by a friend. Being a female, I have gotten taken advantage of by male workers at maintenance shops, this was different. I walked in and asked for a new tire since mine was flat, completely ready to spend the money on a new tire. The associate told me they could try to fix it before they replaced it, I was shocked! I said sure! He told me they would see what they can do and hopefully have it done in about 30 minutes. The associate and maintenance man came back shortly after that and showed me the screw that was in tire and explained to me what they were going to do. I explained I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me and they assured me the patch would last. Within 40 minutes of me arriving, they had the keys back in my hands. The maintenance man came back out and showed me the actual plug they put in my tire and assured me again that it would last. The desk associate finalized my payment, it was a whopping $20. I was so ecstatic. Coming to NTB to get the work done completely changed my bad mood into a good mood. I will for sure be going back there for future work needed on my car. It really helped that the guys didnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge and actually helped explain everything to me so I know more for next time.

This place will do major damage to Your vehicle if You are not diligent. They trashed My A/ C. Lines because they didnt know how to set the rack for my Dodge Grand Caravan. Then tried to deny any damage after I brought it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They at first tried to hide the fact of the damage. Then after 12 hours of waiting for a simple oil change went to look at what was taking so long they finally admitted the damage caused. When I went back to have the A/ C system checked. Told me again that they didnt damage the system. And they could prove it as it was never entered into their. Computer.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ll be back for my alignment that I PAID and WAITED for, they pretended to do, and didn’t tell me that it wasn’t done. When we went back we were then told they’d do it next week. Why wasn’t I told that it wasn’t done? After my alignment, I’ll never return. 0 stars NTB. I felt bad for Curtis when a couple came in very upset and it escalated. He became very rude and nasty to them. But now I understand exactly why they were upset. I highly suggest some new staff.

We were traveling on Christmas Eve when our tire blew out. The guys here were great. They were really nice and got us back on the road quickly.

I came in with a shake from my van. They balanced the wheels for me and it still did the same . However they were upfront and honest and didn’t charge me for balancing because it didn’t fix the issue . I really appreciated the honesty !

The guys at NTB did an amazing job! I came in looking to get tires replaced. They gave me all of the different options on the right tires for my car. After looking at a few we came up with the best one. It did take a little longer then I expected, but thats ok because it makes me feel like they did a good job. I will most definitely be bringing it back to them to take care of anything else I need. Thank you guys

I love this place, but Dalton... He needs to learn customer skills. Not only didnt my van get finished the day of my appointment (oil change) but he tells me I can pick it up when they open at 9 am. They open at 8 am! What is this?? My God.

It was TERRIBLE. I arrived 30 minutes early for a rotation and oil change and it took over an hour. They were Not busy.

I went in for a simple oil change, and left with a stripped drain plug and cross threaded lug nuts. I knew something was wrong, after a 2 hour wait the front counter guy comes and tells me the kid working on my truck messed it up. They have lost my business. Lesson learned.

Extremely over priced! Better do your homework before letting these guys take advantage of you. They charge more than the dealership!

We were getting ready to take a long trip and right before we were ready to leave our car broke down. They were able to make the repairs to the car really quick so we could get on the road. 5 Star Service!!!

The Mechanics are too busy playing on their phones rather than working on cars. The front counter guys are rude and vulgar. I could clearly hear them using profanity in regards to the customers waiting on theirs carsc being serviced. It shouldnt take 4 hours to replace 4 tires! I watched the guy put one tire on, then go look at his phone for 15mins, and then take a restroom break, before putting the next tire on... I mean come! Seriously!?!?..

Roadhazard warranty is not as inclusive as you might expect. The tire is covered, but out of pocket costs are about 45% of the cost of a new tire. Service is good and tire replacement is hassle free.

Took our car to get new tires it looked good and not too pricey, went to use the car the next day and I had a flat, called and they said to bring it in to look at it. Long story short we had to buy another tire. The flaw in the tire was most likely from the factory and I find it unacceptable that we had to buy another tire and pay for labor!

Joe gave me a great deal on a set of BFGoodrich tires for my truck, hands down beat everyone on price. About a week later I noticed one of my center caps had fallen off the truck. I called him and he took care of it 100% without hesitation. I usually dont leave reviews online, but thats great customer service.

BED BUGS!!! We had bed bugs in our car after having it serviced here! Stay away! The mechanic working on it was filthy and smelled terrible. We will never ever return here!

Ive been coming to this NTB for the last 5 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they always treat me great. Whenever someone I know needs their car fixed, this is where I send them.

Ntb is a great place to get your car worked on! The guys are very knowledgeable! The service is great and the time they that to check everything is amazing! Joe has an amazing team and I would recommend NTB for everyone that need service to they vehicle!! I will definitely be going back!!!
