I highly recommend this business. We had two tires blow while driving our camper. They quickly got us in when I called. They helped us get a rim on one tire and got it back on our camper. They even checked tire pressure on all other tires to make sure we were good to drive the remaining distance. Great service and we really appreciated it!!

Went one shop a they thew a bunch of parts on to supposed fix the problem. It did not. Took it to choice auto and they found the real problem. Go here they will treat you right and no kill your wallet. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Been here several times with multiple vehicles and Chris has always been helpful. He always gets me in and out quickly and for a good price. This is the only shop I will go to in town.

These guys turned a completely terrible and hopeless day into a great one! We broke down on rt 23 with a serpentine belt and were stranded on our way to a double-header in Tiffin. Called 6 repair shops in Marion all of which couldnt even get me in for 2 WEEKS!!! Also no rental car places had any cars and the tow truck driver wouldnt allow riders so my wife and I had to walk almost two miles to the shop. Thankfully, Tire Choice got me in right away and ordered the belt and pulley I needed. He did the job on the spot and got me out of there within 45 minutes! Price was fair too. They are a lifesaver. Also friendly and knowledgable service.

My mom went to Tire Choice today and said she had a wonderful experience. My dad said her brakes were making the most awful noises he had ever heard and for her to bring the car to the shop. She explained to the gentleman at the counter that she needed to pick me up for an appointment and didn’t have time to get her brakes done. He assured her that she would be in and out with plenty of time to spare for my appointment and held up his promise. My mom said Christopher and Vincent were fine young gentlemen and made her feel very at ease about the work being done. They have earned themselves my respect and business. Ordered tires. Had an appointment for me within a couple days of their delivery. The guys were friendly, had them installed in under an hour and I was on my way. Would def work with them again.

They wrecked my car into another vehicle, doing major damage to my car. Still charged me for the oil change! They also said my belt was cracked and I needed a new one. Total lie! Take your car elsewhere!

Chris at Tire Choice saved my life this week. I brought in my car to get my brakes checked on since they were making a squealing pitch noise and also another weird noise that was coming from somewhere. I am Deaf with Cochlear implants so identifying weird noises for my car is difficult for me and they were extremely nice and helped me identify the noise. I found out that I had very bad rust rings in my front brakes and both my front and back brakes were pretty much almost gone, my rotors were uneven and my calibers were pretty much worn out as well. They got me on a 3-year forever package just in case anything like this happened again. My bill for getting all of that paid was a little high but for the excellent job that they did for my car was worth it!To be honest, I was a little bit nervous having Tire Choice working on my brakes after hearing my friend who had an experience with Monro tires in Athens, Ohio that had messed up her brakes in college and had to pay more money to get it fixed again — I knew Tire Choice and Monro were under the same company, but I felt a lot better after talking to Chris and their team who knew what they were doing and what they were talking about and my car drove so much better after getting it and it felt a whole lot smoother and safer to drive in. Chris also went a step further by texting me and keeping me updated with my car since I cannot hear very well over the phone. I commend their team for doing such a great job on my car!

Got a oil change they were good to me.

I went in to have a noise checked out in my car since I had work done on it the previous week. Of course my key fob battery decided now would be the time to die as well... They quickly found what was wrong and corrected it. When I asked if they could replace my battery for me I was told they didnt have that particular battery but he made a call and had one brought in and replaced it for me. Thank you Christoph Johns your customer service was wonderful. You went above and beyond helping me today....If you ever need work done on your carcheck them out they are reliable and friendly. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!!!

The guys name who replaced my alternator was an extremely nice guy, his name was Tony. I brought it in and he called half way through the job to let me know that he might not be able to get it done that day and I told him that I needed to get home to see my family, he called at 5 and told me that he was going to stay after hours and get it done and wouldnt let me talk him out of it. Quality work from an extremely nice man who understands what its like to be away from your family and made it possible for me to get home. Thanks Tony! And for anyone in town, I recommend you go to this guy! Also, the prices were exceptional

I went there to have my tires realigned and as they took it for a test drive and had it out for a minute and popped my brand new tire on a saw blade. I not sure how that happens thankfully I had my spare tire and insurance on the tires and I had that put on and I left so I could go get a whole brand new tire. I would give them a zero if I could because the front desk guy talked down to me like I’m an idiot.

I asked about something else that was going on they knew the answer and check it quickly. Turned out to be nothing. And the prices are fair. Ill always go there for my car needs.

I had called up there angry which was no fault on their part and ended up talking to an older gentleman who helped me out tremendously. They replaced my belt. My vehicle kept knocking under the hood and he was able to tell us the problem just by ear. I would definitely recommend and I will go back if needed in the future. Thank you!

I received amazing customer service in Marion, Ohio. I had to get my struts fixed and while it was a time consuming job the front desk, I believed named Tony, kept myself and my 2 1/2 year old busy with multiple coloring books and conversation while juggling the phones and everything else he had to do. I am beyond impressed with not only the customer service but also the actual job. It only took the man doing the job three hours and my car drives like new again! Monro’s has gained a customer for life!

I was in Marion for work and the brakes in my car went out. I stopped in at the shop for them to take a look at my brakes without an appointment. I barely had to wait for them to check out my car. We had an appointment today to get an oil change on our truck. We drove a half hour to get to this location and everything was fine on the truck. We parked the truck and from the parking spot to the rack our brake line mysteriously broke. This is a work trick that my husband drives everyday and never has a problem with. It just needed the oil changed. When my husband said we have a regular mechanic who handles things the worker who we think was in charge said to my husband why didnt you have him change the oil? My husband replied because hes not open on Sundays. Real smart aleck for someone whos supposed to be professional. From now on by the way our mechanic will be changing the oil because we will never be back. Thanks for costing us a lot of money for the repairs. 0 Stars!

If I could give them a big fat 0 I would. I will never go back, and I wouldnt trust them to change my oil now. Took my car in to get a simple belt change. They said it was fixed I drove it off their lot and not only was it still making noise it was MUCH worse now. Took it right back they looked it over again and proceeded to tell me I would need a new air conditioner compressor and it would be nearly $1000 for parts and labor to fix. I decided to get a second opinion, and I am so glad I did. Took my car to another shop to diagnose the problem.. Incompetent Monroe mechanic didnt tighten the belt! It was literally that simple of a fix! That was about 2 months ago and my car with the now tightened belt runs great without costing me 1000 to fix! I suggest you DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!

These guys were great when my rear brake replacement turned out to be a little more complicated due to specialized parts. They worked with Enterprise to get me a rental while they worked to find the parts that were needed and not readily available. Tony worked his butt off to get my car fixed and now Im back on the road :)

Bad service... wife booked a oil change last night for 930am.. had confirmation of 930am and all.. loaded the kids up she got there.. guy made every excuse told her she had to come back tomorrow, thats not a option!!!!! He even called to see if deleware could do it said sorry they are closed... which they are not...we have a appointment at 3pm in deleware so our service will stay in deleware from here on out!!!!

The most important thing to know about Monro, in Marion, is that theyre honest about their work.If they say the repair will be done same day then they get it done, and if things are taking longer than they expected they call. Theyre also upfront about their pricing, so Ive never been surprised when the job was done.All in all, I couldnt ask for much more.

Nothing but terrific service from this Monro facility! Tony is a super guy and has always taken very good care of my husband and I. I use to drive 45 min to get my oil changed and then the place was bought out and the guys running it were crooks. Telling me that things needed replaced when they did not. I have brought my car here to have oil changes, brakes done, tires replaced, headlights replaced and a tire patched. They always try and accommidate you as quickly as possible. I got called to schedule an oil change and brake repair on Friday morning. Manager said he was scheduling for Tuesday or Wednesday. This shop is open seven days a week and not that busy with four technicians and five bays. Did it myself. Plus they changed the name at the Marion Ohio store. My vote is no confidence...

Okay, so everything Ive had done has been done right but the manager is a bit of a tool. My last visit I asked them to check the balance on a tire, the manager spent an hour and a half driving it and taking all the tires off and telling me it had to be something with the breaks (pads, rotors, caliper, and wheel bearings were 3 months old), or the axel, he really couldnt figure it out. After an hour and a half and he still doesnt know I had to ask him to just check the balance on the tire I originally asked about & sure enough it was out of balance & I was right. The manager is the type of person that if I was a man, that visit would have taken ten minutes and hed have just done it in the first place. You can tell by the way he speaks to you compared to male customers. Fortunately they seem to go through these guys pretty quickly. Never cared to pay attention to his name, but ladies youll know if hes who your dealing with.

Don got me in and out very quickly due to my schedule. He advised me that my brakes were worn and arranged a time to bring my car back. I will not go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I made an 11AM appt today for 6/8 to get my brakes done and oil changed.....it took them until 3PM to call me with an estimate and until 4:20 PM for them to finish it.....for an 11AM appt. Added to that, they did NOT change my oil despite the invoice clearly stating they were supposed to at the top. Thankfully at least they didnt charge me for that. 😡😡😡😡😡

My first experience here was excellent. I came in originally because my car was making a sound that resembled that of a bad bearing, but come to find out it was just really bad tires. Glad the crew here took the time to figure out what my problem was, i had been to a few other places, but they wanted to replace things that wouldnt even solve my issue. Even tho they didnt carry my size tire, they gladly allowed me to go get them at wal mart and bring em back to put on which was even better because wal mart tire center was extremely busy. I will be a returning customer, and im glad i found an honest place to take my car now

I had them instal a dual exhaust on my truck. They did a terrible job. Some of the welds broke. The welds look terrible.I had two brake lines that were resting on the the exhaust starting to melt. They did make it right. Fixed everything. I will never go back

Took forever and was way too expensive... $179 for friggin brake pads.

Came in with problems with my wheel and found I had a bent tie rod. Tony showed me the damage and even stayed after hours on a Sunday to get it fixed so that I wouldnt be without a car another day.
