The staff was very courteous and there weren’t people in the lobby area so I felt safe and the place was clean for a tire facility. The service was fast and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. The price couldn’t be beat to where driving from Grove City to Marion was a no brained. Definitely will use them for my other cars.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. I have been to many tire shops and have been disappointed. Not the case here at all. I was literally in and out in about thirty minutes. The only thing I found that was not right was that one tire was a bit under pressure but in the spectrum of things that 30 second fix was not an issue to me. I will absolutely return for my future tire needs and will recommend Katz to all my friends.

I’m originally from Columbus, OH and have been a Katz customer since I was 16 years old and now I’m 53... I had moved to Marion, OH and was in need of tires, fast and economical! Let’s face it cheap! I had asked my Brother who has lived here for a long time now where was a good place to get tires. I have to say he mentioned a couple of places but not Katz, crazy kids today? Ha, ha. I happen to be driving down the road and to my Christmas Miracle there they were, Katz Tires in Marion!! I called the next day and was also there that day and got exactly what I needed and that was about a year and a half ago and I’ve been going there every time I need something for my truck, Jodi. And trust me, you have a lot of need for a great mechanic shop here! I honestly can’t tell you how many times I’ve had Jodi and Emit, our Mini Cooper there and have ALWAYS left feeling great and safe! Go, go Katz Marion!! I’m sure I’ll see ya soon? Chuckle, chuckle.

I stopped in on a whim at the Marion, Ohio Katz dealer to look at tires and the parking spaces were almost all taken. I was a little bummed, but thought that I would go ahead and make an appointment for the next day. I had 3 different guys come to help me compare tires and prices. I had misunderstood the price on a set that I had wanted, so they gave me a $50 price break on a set of tires, then had my new tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour!Fantastic people with great customer interaction. These guys were friendly, respectful, and grateful for my business. They will have all my business from now on, great job guys!

The men at this shop were kind and real people. I didnt feel like they were just full of fake bs like some other shops I have been to them twice when two vehicles of mine needed repair and both times they were real with me! When ever I had a question they were good to explain it and didnt degrade me because Im a woman! They have earned me as a faithful customer and I get them as much more business as I can!

I have been a customer of Katz Tires from their Downtown Columbus Location and have been going back time and time again because of the great price and awesome service! Ive personally experienced and also have witnessed them helping out people in need and thats what a true neighborhood, caring business is all about in my opinion. I moved to Marion, OH April, 2018 and when it came time to get tires for the truck I was deciding if I should drive to Columbus and go to Katz as usual or shop local? My Fiance recommended a place but I for some reason suggested looking up other local establishments. To my most wonderful amazement there was a Katz Tires listed so I drove by and the signage was what I was accustomed to and it was the same family business! Right then and there a set of tires was bought for the old truck and I was taken care of as I was accustomed to. I live near a lot of construction and have had to have had a couple flats fixed since my purchase and like always when they say they stand behind their work and warranty they do without hesitation or question! I also have other services done as well, you cant go wrong with any service they perform, seriously! Ive even been in to get a price for a service and have left with them refusing to let me pay saying that they didnt really do anything. Just let me say that If there is a problem with your vehicle and its fixed when you leave, trust me, youve done something. Youve not only fixed the problem but let the community know that there are still caring business out there but most of all piece of mind because their car is now fixed. My husband and myself have been coming to Katz tires for a long time and normally I would give you a 5 star rating. This time I give you a 3 star.Reason being when I walk in dont wait 2 minutes to acknowledge me then say what you want. Then when the vehicle is done come in and say its done but its still in the work garage and theres a sign saying no customers allowed in that area then walk away. So Im left standing there thinking ok theyre going to back it out of there...nothing..I stand there another 4 minutes then hear its done you can go. I reply oh I thought you guys pulled it out. Hmmm no you can. Theres a sign saying no customers allowed. Ohhh its ok..go on. So out I go. Why is there all these customers in the work area? One customer and worker say nothing to me but is looking at my tire like something is wrong. Im like something wrong? No..its fine. Youre done. Communication and kindness does alot.

Ive dealt with Sammy at the Whitehall location years ago, moved near the Marion location he took care of me on a set of tires for my mustang to get it road worthy. Few weeks ago needed a quick exhaust repair his guys got the car in right away both times and completed the repairs quickly and charged a fair priceVisited this location on 9/4/2020 again the crew at Katz took care of me again, these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Car was in and out under 25min for 2 tires.

Sonny and Sam, obviously have the right approach to business, this family oriented business, went out of there way to help mine on a Friday right near quiting time, when know one else would give us the time of day to help fix our tire. Sonny picked us up, fixed it up, all while offering tremendous hospitality and impeccable customer service. And to top off this experience for the day. We only had $15 to our name and Sam happily honored the deal which should of earned this business $60. Very happy we called this family oriented business. Ive bought a few sets of tires and one set of rims from katz all I can say is my best friend owns a tire shop and he cant get me the price on most of my tires that they can! They are pretty nice guys and seem to try there best to get you what you need with out trying to sell you something you dont! I will keep going to them as long as they keep doing business the way they do NOW !
