Had a screw in my tire and my friend tried to plug it for me but the plug didnt work took it to shrouts they switched out the tire with a new one and had me outta there in about 10 minutes they were awesome!

Shrouts is AMAZING! Not only towing but a mechanic shop and a pick and pull car parts yard!!! 2 giant yards with just about anything you could want. I’ve been there several times and have a good experience every time. Thanks for taking such good care of me every time I go. I recommend them to anyone needing auto work, towing or used parts.

I can always find the part I need. And shrout is a great guy always giving me really good deals. I prefer shrouts over any other place in town to get parts. Ive never had work done to my car there before but I am sure they do good work. The mechanics are always greasy and dirty. Thats when you know they work good.

Shrouts has always been a grade A tire shop for me which they are way much more than a tire shop. Their used tires are exceptional and only $10. They do just about all car repairs and have been locally owned for more than 10 years. The owner mistress trout is a mans man, a working man, and a hell of a mechanic. I suggest the next time you need your car worked on call them and you will not be let down by quality or price!

I can say I wouldnt be comfortable buying a car from Jason Strout ever again. My Daughter bought me a car from him in which he was supose to fix power steering & a Smoke issue not to mention a Few Other things. Had my car for 41/2wks & Only Thing he accomplished was loosing the only KEY to it. Causing more even more issues. Instead of paying for a new key he drills out ignition & puts another in which does nothing to lock car up or use key on other features car had. Then after all this he REFUSES to FIX ANYTHING ELSE He Was Supose to. Lousey Service behind Sale. Sad & Poor Business in My Opinion. They Say a Person is Only as Good as Their Word. I Was Going to Buy Some Parts for My Old Truck There but Thats Not Gonna Happen. Good Lord Willing Ill Find Someone Honest to Fix Reasonablely & Do a Good Job & Not Keep it Over a Month to Do it. I Expected A lot Better From Strouts. I Was Sadly Mistakin.

They completely just took advantage of me while scrapping my car.. Ive had to scrap cars in the past and have never gotten less than 300 for any vehicle. Scrap is low so I reluctantly accepted the offer of 150 as I just had surgery and being out of work I need the money. They get here to pick it up and low ball me at 125. As I said I need the money so I took it but the car still ran... it was easily worth the 150 and Ill never deal with this place again.

Called with a flat tire, got quick friendly and helpful over the phone advice and all questions answered. Showed up and my van was instantly started on and was back in the road within 30mins. ( Only because of course my van had odd size tires) Highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) here!

I took my vehicle to Shrouts Towing after I had a minor front-end fender bender on bad ice on Christmas Day. The upper radiator support bracket was bent and the radiator was damaged. They looked it over and quoted me a very reasonable price. However, when I went to pick it up they had also straightened my hood out to where it can close properly and they also fixed up the bumper cover and grill. They went way and beyond for me and I appreciate it very very much!!! If you need your car repair dont hesitate to use them!

Good price Thank you for that as well !!, Just one thing wrong the guy who did them done then wrong one line was cut way to short an he had ta add on more line , Im a little uncomfortable with that !!, It supposed to be atached to the Axel not all looping an stuck out there were your leaf springs rub it or you stocks or Ice an snow would do damage from the weight of it !!, How ever they seam to be ok for now !!, Dont get me wrong this isnt a dig at them !!!, I just Like to have things done the right way!!, Maybe the guy was haveing a bad day !!, Or just learning Brakes can be a pain sometimes !! 😕 Go check them out !!! Rude people they sit there sell you a car ran fine then something happens so I take it back he said all it needs is a oil change well his friend said it needed other stuff as well he said no just oil then he said I was good to go so I drove and then my truck brakes down well guess what it was exactly what his friend said it was and more dont by from them if you do take it to auto zone have them test it hes a rip off

They will get you in and help you but you have to watch some stuff. Cause they said they had to bypass my security to fix my car but the lights still come on for it and after about 2 weeks or so it is messing up some again and my daughter late to work.

This is not a reputable company. They do not do honest work and tend to take advantage of their customers. I would not recommend taking your vehicle for any type of mechanical repairs to this auto shop. They also employ thieves who will steal from your vehicle.
