This was the worst service Ive ever experienced from a dealership. I had an issue with my new car and they didnt even know if it was covered under warranty. My car is 2 years old and has 3000 miles on it. They werent even caring enough to take the time to seriously look at it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!👎👎👎

Service department is slow and has very poor customer service. First time my truck was in their shop, it took 2 days for new tires and an oil change. second time was for all fluids change and tire rotation. once again 2 days. when I would call to see what was up with my truck, I could never get anyone from service to pickup or call me back. When I finally was able to pick up my truck the second time, the interior smelled terrible of transmission fluid. The company I work for has all their trucks serviced at this location when working in the area. mine will no longer be one of them, and talking with fleet manager about finding another place to service the trucks.

12 -16 we had to take our Dodge 5500 truck out to the I69 and 18 location for some follow up on electrical issues.we were told that is where it had to be worked on, nobody was there on a week day early afternoon.Made a call back to MARION store and was told to leave keys and truck in lot. 3 WEEKS LATER and some serious inquiries from our owner and we went to pick it.....but it was in Marion.WTH!! Drove in and got keys and Invoice. Very efficient check out and enjoyed the Tootsie rolls.

Just brought my Jeep in, which I bought here, for a recall resetting the computer. While here, I asked them to look at the code that indicates a feature I don’t even have, to be reset. Obviously the code just needs deleted, because my model doesn’t even include that feature, and everything else works fine. Instead of clearing that code for me (which sounds like a manufacturer’s problem anyway), they tell me I have to reschedule it for another day! What’s more, they think I’m going to pay $100 diagnostics fee, plus whatever else. I don’t know what else, as he already lost me at “you’ll have to come back. And oh yeah, that’ll be another $100+”.How long does it take, to clear a code, when you’re already plugged in, clearing a code? Why do they think I’ll pay that? My Jeep is fine. I’ll just keep driving it the way it is. It’s not hurting anything. But it’s not good advertising for Jeep, showing an error code indefinitely, for a feature I don’t even have. Unbelievable.

Had a great experience at Mike Anderson Dodge recently when I purchased my 2020 Dodge Ram truck. The salesman, Brett Orme, worked with me for over a week to find the exact truck I wanted and at a great price. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Brett. He did everything possible to provide me with all the information I needed, even answering the phone after hours to answer my questions. Ill definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Brett as well!

On a Saturday our car stranded us because the WIN module went out. Then the next day our truck did the same thing and our lock business van had caught fire the Saturday before and its a total loss and we had absolutely nothing to drive. We had the car towed to Mike Anderson Dodge in Marion. The Parts manager Troy Hilton went out of his way to try to help us and he tried to tell the service manager Dennis McHarry our predicament & he was very rude to my husband and said do you have an appointment! He looked at the service order and said your appointment isnt until Friday! (This was Monday) So, they waited until Friday, they interrogated it and then they had to order a part , okay, why didnt they interrogate it just in case they didnt have the part and get it ordered since we were under the impression that we would get it back on Friday. They called the following Tuesday to ask if we wanted to come test it to see if it would start or they could do it, I told them go ahead and test it out. My husband picked up the keys so that we could come get it after hours because we were working. When I drove my car home there were multiple lights on that werent before, the ESP BAS, ANTI SKID, SEATBELT, ENGINE LIGHT, ABS lights were all on. My turn signals, cruise, air conditioning and windshield wipers arent working. The only light that was on before was a tire sensor light and it was off! Now tell me how you can release a car with all those lights on with no functioning airbag, no turn signals or windshield wipers! After $1386.63 they let us drive out of there in an unsafe car! We will never go back there again, yeah, my car starts but thats about it! Customer First Award for Excellence 2020 my eye! So what if I had wrecked my car on the way home and the airbags didnt deploy and I am paralyzed or even dead from their neglect. I am going to tell anyone that will listen about how bad we were treated when we were down and out as low as we could go. That one star above belongs to Troy Hilton, at least he tried and you could tell he felt bad for us too.

A pleasant time, the salesman listened to what we were looking for before showing us any vehicles. Once he got what we wanted, he took us out to the lot and luckily all the choices he felt fit what we had told him were parked together. This made it easier to compare the options available on each and which one might be the one. After a couple test drives we picked one, got a good price including tax, title, and licence plate. Then we talked with with our credit union and got approved for a loan, also gave the dealer the OK to see if they could get a better interest rate. So got a good car just waiting to see if we can get the best financing to make it better. Should know before the end of the week who will be providing the loan so we can sign docs and pick up the car. They are holding it with a sold notice in the window. Overall a good experience, no pressure to do anything we didnt feel comfortable with.

When a coyote hit my dodge charger I brought it here for repairs, they did an excellent job, cant even tell it was damages, the paint job was prestine! So happy to have my car back so quickly. I rate it a minus 5. Mike Anderson Dodge Service Department are crooks and charge people for things they dont need done. BEWARE. The front u-joint went out of my truck. Took it in and was told that the u-joint going out caused the drive shaft to twist. So I would need a new drive shaft it would be almost $1,300 to fix it. Told them NO. Went and picked up my truck and drive shaft, it was not twisted. It cost me $32.00 for the two u-joints to fix it. It drives just fine. They thought that being a woman they could take advantage of me. WRONG I am not stupid, and knew that the u-joint going out would not twist the drive shaft. So I want the PUBLIC to know how you are being cheated by them if you have work done there.

I cant express how much I love the service department here! As a woman, Ive always had issues going to mechanics and them over selling me repairs. Theres a gentleman here, Ill get his name later, that keeps it 100% honest with me. He tells me what I need right away and what can wait. Hes always super nice and I look forward, and enjoy, interacting with him whenever I visit. When I lived in Indy, Id go to Mike Anderson while visiting my now fiancé. Great people to work with. I live in the Metro Detroit area and seen there add for 2016 limited Jeep Renagade called them and they were very friendly and helpfull getting me detailed info and pictures of the Renagade. This lead me to commit to make the 3 1/2 hour drive to see the car was not disappointed. They came up with a fair price for the Renagade and gave me a really good price for my trade in and I drove away with a great suv.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I have had multiple horrible experiences with this dealership. The first experience was when I was trying to purchase a car, everything was going well. I found a car I liked and test drove it. When it came to asking about the price, they would not tell it to me without needing my social security number. I had told them repeatedly I had financing with my bank and was advised by my loan officer to not run my ssn more in case of tanking it. He went to get his manager. This manager yelled at me in front of everyone saying if I didnt give them my ssn they couldnt help me. So I walked out. They then proceeded to call and send me letters in the mail after I told them I was not interested in doing business because of this man. My second interaction was when I got into a fender bender and took my Dodge there for service. The Service Center manager was rude and talked to me like I was his 5 year old daughter (I was 26 at the time). I just caulked it up to ignorance. Once I got the paperwork and looked over the scoop of work needing to be done, I thought everything was going well! It wasnt a week after I got my car back I started having problems. They didnt fix the windshield washer fluid container like they were supposed to (I had to take this to a different service center to have fixed and pay out of my pocket) and the passenger door still creeks when the weather changes (its pretty embarrassing). I have called twice and left messages with no returned call or response. I have given up on this place. I hope other people have better experiences.

Bought my first new car here 20 years ago, back then the atmosphere was fun, friendly, and service was top notch.Then managment/staff has changed several times and each time service has moved further away from that comfortable place. I still find the sales department and general manager easy to deal with.Ive owned 13 new chrysler vehicles in the past 2 decades and dealt with a handful of dealerships. This service department does the least they can for the most of your money. They treat customers as if they know nothing, and dont address your actual concerns.On my last visit i was taking the car in for a recall issue and I was also having a random electrical issue, causing frequent dead batteries. I already had all of the basic things checked and needed them to use the Chrysler proprietary wi-tech scan tool to look for deeper issues. They charged me $55 fee to tell me that they tested the dead battery and it was.... dead... and inform me that the battery I had previously replaced (which tested fine once charged after bringing car home) wasnt the right battery for the car because it was not the OEM battery.I rarely take any cars to the dealership for mechanical work, even warranty items because of the poor attitude that they display towards customer service.

My Dodge Ram was in an accident (had front end damage) and I chose to give this place a shot. I live 45 minutes away and they call me and tell me its finished.... I drove up and see 1. Paint overspray on my rim. And 2. I started it up and the check engine light was onI told Richard about the issues and that they needed addressed before I take the truck, and he said no problem, he would get it fixed and taken care of and that I could get it Monday. Before I talked to Richard I talked to one of the guys in the garage and while he was scraping it with his fingernails smoking a cigarette, this isnt overspray we cover everything with plastic before painting and I said you dont remove the pieces before paint? You leave everything on? And he stated yes....I get a call today stating the overspray isnt from them (weird how it wasnt that way on the flatbed towtruck and that side was the only damaged fender) and that it was road paint which is weird how it isnt anywhere on the back tire nor rim. He said they got off what they could, but since its not from us we cant do anythingI talked to the GM and he of course was sitting next to Richard and practically just saying everything he told him. I asked why the check engine light was on and they said it was because the battery was unhooked while they were working on it and when they hook it back up the light always comes on so they just cleared it.. so that tells me the truck wasnt checked when finished. Just pulled out and left.Id rather have my truck propped up with wooden blocks fixed by some hill jack with no teeth than go to this Certified Dodge service center...Heck they could offer to fix it for free and Id tell them no.Hopefully my truck makes it home in one piece, because Im not convinced it will after these guys had it.Long story short, Do not go to the body shop/service center. Its a joke and the guys have no clue what theyre doing in there.

The only reason i gave this place 1 star is because i couldnt give them a Minus ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆s Theyre customer service is terrible the car are junk and the the salesmans are snakes. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle and the transmission went out in 6 months. Before that happened i had an oil leak and the idiots fixed the oil leak but unhooked my key fob when i asked what happened no one had any answers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place theyll rip you off any chance they get
