I usually avoid downtown businesses because of parking and traffic. But this tire store has adequate parking traffic is easy to negotiate in Marion. Staff is super, service great, and prices right. They wont sell me what I dont need. Ill be a long term customer for sure!

Took my car there to have them look at my brakes and they told me that the brakes were still fine pads okay. Very honest, they could have replaced them and I wouldnt have known the difference. They have earned my business by being HONEST; also did an oil change there earlier and everything went well.

Best One, located at downtown on 302 E 4th St., Marion, In. has been good to us and our car. They are so nice and helpful. The last time I was there was for my right rear tire that had been leaking but they found and fixed the leak. Once one thing broke while they were fixing something else but they did not even charge me for that other problem.but fixed it. They are really good people that I would reccomend. Cheaper than the dealer where I had been going prior to going there. I have their charge card. That helps a lot.

I called that morning and was able to make a same day appointment (yay!). I had my four kids with me and the staff was so accommodating and friendly, which isn’t always the case when you take your kids into a place of business for a service that requires a wait time of up to 45 minutes! Went in for an alignment 3 different times because the first 2 times they didnt do anything to the car. The 3rd time they rotated my tires and blamed it on them and they were just replaced 2 weeks ago. Job well done I think not. The car still isnt aligned.... 85 dollars spent for nothing.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been back for bead seal leak on 2 new tires over the past 2 years since weve had the tires I hope they have them fixed this time. Other than that Brian always gives us excellent service.
