Hit a deer on I-24 just south of Marion on a Sunday evening. Needed to have front end looked at so we hopefully could drive it home (back to Chicago). Plaza took it in first thing Monday morning and got it back to a driveable condition by 10:30am. And at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!! We made it home safe later that day!

I’m was traveling with my sister and my two kids with Down syndrome. I’m in a power wheelchair so being safe while we travel is very important. Our brakes started to go bad during our trip. We got into Marion late Friday evening and knew we shouldn’t go on without getting them at least checked, but with the next day being Saturday, on Memorial Day weekend, I wasn’t sure I’d find anyone available. I called around and finally found Plaza Tire Service. They got me in quickly and replaced my front rotors and pads while I waited. We were safely back on the road by noon. Thanks Plaza Tire for keeping us safe on our trip! I highly recommend this shop!!!

This was my first time going to Plaza in Marion, IL and the service was great! Everyone was very accommodating and even offered an alternate solution when brand new tires weren’t in the budget this week. I’ve already booked an appointment for my other vehicles.

I called and made an appointment April 24th for May 1st at 0900am. I showed up May 1st at 0830am for my appointment. (The one pic is proof I called them on April 24th)They did not have my info or my appointment booked. So, I had to fill out my info and wait longer. I needed new tires put on my car, which I brought with me. After 2 1/2 hours, they had my new tires on. Thankfully, I did not have anywhere else to be. After I paid $165 for their services, I checked my car out. Everything looked fine, except the front passenger side tire. They scuffed it up real good in one spot and pealed the coating off my rim. I would definitely recommend a smaller private owned mechanic. It would be cheaper and quicker. I wont be returning to this facility. I have to say the guy at the front desk was very polite and apologetic about my wait.

The guys were friendly when I called, explained that they were short handed and would get to my son’s car as soon as they could when he got there. That’s understandable given everybody is short staffed; however, when my son got there, there was only one customer ahead of him and he waited over two hours to get one tire changed on his car that then took an hour to be done. This would all be fine too except for the fact that my son said that the employees were standing around talking over half of the time he was there waiting. If this was not our absolute only option at the time, we would not have waited as my son was late for class because of this. And please note, he got there at 9am! It should not have taken two hours for four tires to be changed on the car ahead of him, my sons wheel was already off the car and a new tire could have been put on the wheel before they ever even brought my sons car into the shop and lastly it should definitely not have taken nearly an hour after his car got pulled in to change one tire. ONE TIRE... no excuse.

We had a flat tire on I 24 W and only had a doughnut for a spare. I was able to call Plaza Tire Center and schedule an appointment in minutes. They had my car on the lift within 15 minutes of me pulling in the lot. Back on the road in under an hour total. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Workers were very polite and helpful they sold me the tires on sale, I was not aware of any sales. They saved me a lot of money. car was finished when they promised. I will give you all my tire needs from now on.

The Marion Store is Wonderful. Installed 3 tires for me on a Saturday ordered the 4th had me bring it back the following Monday after work and was in and out. One of the old tires had a small leak that we hoped would be fixed with new tires. It was not Plaza replaced the Tom’s valve stem for me on it and all is well with the world. The tires were priced right and the service was excellent. We will be back from now on.

Joe was my “Go To” man and we communicated very well, he treated me very professionally and kept me updated on the progress if my c as r as it took several days to repair all if the issues. I drove it last night and it feels great again. I scheduled the rear brakes and rotors to be replaced next week with Joe as I know they will do a great job. Thank you Joe for all the work and personal and professional care you have shown me.

Service was great. I needed a tire and was unable to locate the brand I needed. I called Plaza and they had me a tire the next morning. They called when the tire arrived and told me to come and they would fit me in. Salesman was polite and very helpful.

I needed a tire mounted on a new rim. The service was fast and friendly. I was a walk in and was done in less than an hout.

Fast, completed as requested, however technician left grease prints on the door panel and leather seat, driver side. Please be more cautious. Thanks for the service.

Personnel were very courteous and helpful. They found an oil leak and informed me that they don’t do those kinds of repairs. I had an appointment, but it took a while to get it in and finished. Overall, though, the experience was very positive.

I realized I had a nail in my tire on my way to the airport. I had never been to Plaza Tire before. They told me they could have it in to be fixed in 30 to 45 minutes. It was fixed and I was out the door as promised. Joseph that worked at the desk was nice, helpful, and kept me updated on my car. He also told me about a special they had on tires. My daughter’s car needs new tires. I will definitely be back to buy tires.

My work truck that is needed everyday needed an alignment check. I called, talked to Joe and said I needed it serviced and they got me in the next morning( I dropped it off night before). My truck did need some alignment corrected so Joe called me and quoted me a very reasonable price. They finished the truck a couple hours later, I picked it up, and back to work! Great service and knowledgable. Definitely recommend!

Very unprofessional people. Took my car in around 9am said a hour it would be done well it was after 12pm before they ever got it in. That was after we had to go in and complain. Then a worker gets out of a car he fixed playing on his phone taking his sweet time. Gets my car finally. Another worker goes and gets a guys car and starts complaining to another worker about how bad that car smells on the inside very loudly you could hear him in the parking lot. Very disrespectful and rude. Needs to do the job they have and not screw around .

We had a great experience. I work for a medium-sized municipality in MO, but was home in IL for family. Per my job, traveling to another state can invoke an automatic, unpaid 14 day quarantine if I don’t abide by the strict Covid-19 protocols of distancing, mask wearing, and limiting my public interactions. The staff at Plaza (we worked with Joe) were able to accommodate this with a quick, no contact tire change. Everything from payment, to the tire change, to even bringing me my receipt with gloves and a mask, was the highest level of safety and professionalism. For however long this pandemic lasts (and possibly even after), I will be going with Plaza Tire in Marion for all of my car maintenance needs.

Had an appointment at 8am, took 2 hours to check my 2 back tires as my tire light kept coming on. Yes I did buy my tires from them and that took 5 hours. Won’t be going back, short staffed, really disappointing.

Highly Highly recommend. Had a blow out and called to see if they had a tire in stock. I was informed they did and to go ahead and bring it in, and they would get right on it. I was skeptical as a lot of places say this. When I arrived I spoke with a gentleman named Joe (I believe the asst. Manager) they not only got me right in, but only took less than 40mins to have the car in, spare off, new ties mounted and balanced. Staff was super friendly and Joe was awesome. Will ALWAYS go here for anymore tire needs!!!!!

It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get four new tires. Also, I paid for nitrogen filled tires and did not notice until the next day, I had a valve stem cap missing. This alerted me to the fact the caps that were on the stems were black. Nitrogen filled tires should have green caps. I had to work today, but tomorrow I will be returning to make sure I have nitrogen in my tires. I am not happy!!UPDATE: Took car back. Guy was super nice and assured me the caps were an honest mistake,. He also assured me my tires were filled with nitrogen. The two hours was because they checked my alignment. Although I did not ask for this, I did go back and check; it was part of the online quote. Had I noticed this beforehand, I would have saved us both some time and declined. My tire wear was not that bad. Anyway, I am happy now!

Pretty decent place. Most of the guys here seem to be car guys and they usually stay within their time estimates. Workmanship is also great. Little pricey on some repairs though

Decently priced tires and a relatively nice staff. My biggest complaint is the wait. I could understand if I had been a walk in customer but I had placed an appointment for 10am and didnt get my vehicle finished until 1:30pm at the quick change artist. Just a bit much in my opinion.

Amazing service. My tire popped off the rim, Tommy let me know very professionally that my tread was too low to legally blow the tire back on. He happily found two used tires for me and placed one of them back on my empty rim, free of service charges. I will be coming back for all of my tire, etc. Needs.

I went and applied for a plaza credit card and in minutes was approved. They changed my tires in about 30 minutes. The experience was quick, easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend.

They give u an appointment and then keep your vehicle all day. Had my truck since 6 for tie rods and alignment. Not to mention waiting half the day Friday. Still didnt get it done. Guys are nice and they apologized several times but in customer service this isnt the way to go. Very disappointing. Only reason they get 2 stars is that they were friendly and have decent pricing.

Made appointment last week for rotation and alignment. Showed up five minutes early. Was very clear when i booked I had 1.5 hours and ask if I would be done on time. Yes sir they said. Showed up and said two hour maybe more. Whats the point of an appointment. Had to leave. Wont go back.
