Service was great, I was even given a rental car! However, they charged me for a tire rotation ($19.99), when the work order was only for an oil and filter change. So, I was a little shocked when I saw the price. Since, I had a coupon just for an oil and filter change, which is why I only asked for that service…The email of the service order that listed what was requested wasn’t suffice enough, so I was still charged the $20 for the rotation that I didn’t ask for. So just a little aggravating.

What a delight it was to deal with McDaniel Chevrolet! After having a few bad experiences with other dealerships recently, I thought that they were all the same. But not McDaniel! They made the whole process super easy, they were super transparent, and a delight. Oh, and they actually delivered the vehicle to me over an hour away - for no charge whatsoever! I can’t say enough good things about my latest experience. Took my truck in for warranty work, they gave me a 2021 Buick loaner car. Repairs took longer than expected so they kept my truck over night. The service rep was awesome, checking in with me a couple times to ensure I wasn’t being inconvenienced without my truck. When I went to pick it up when ready, the tech wasn’t told to reset the TPMS, he stopped working on another vehicle to reset my system and balance the air pressure in the tires. I highly recommend them for service, I have not dealt with sales department. Everyone in service from the ladies that issue the loaner cars, the service writers and the techs are all profession, courteous and ensure the job is done right.

Chris was amazing !! Excellent customer service. He listened to what we wanted and delivered even more than what we expected. There was some confusion as to what options were included but chris made it all good and we left very happy. The purchase process was quick and easy. Made an appointment for July 23, 2021 at 9am to have my truck worked on. Made the appointment a week prior and was told it would be about 2-3 hours. When I brought my truck in at 9am I was told that it would be a while before they got to my truck to work on it. They did not start working on my truck until around noon that day. Did not get my truck back until around 4pm.  I wasted my whole day sitting in the dealership waiting for 7 hours! Why make me schedule an appointment if you are not going to honor the time the appointment was made for?! When I got my truck back it still had one of the issues it was brought in for. Should have been fixed for being in there 7hrs. Was told the service manager would call me Monday theJuly 26 and never received a call.  This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership to me. I will not be a returning customer. Will make sure friends and family know to not go here!

Very poor Dealership very rude and disrespectful. The salesman was really nice but the finance manager was not friendly at all seem to Act like he did not want our business.

Came in for a safety recall on my 2009 Silverado. My check engine light had come on 3 days before that so I asked to have it diagnosed as well. The recall was completed and the check engine light issues were addressed and I’m currently waiting on a call from Mathew to have the repairs done as soon as the parts arrive. The repairs will be a Fuel injection leak and brake censor issue

This past weekend ( after searching for months) for a bigger vehicle, my husband and I found a Traverse at this location we were really interested in. We live in Columbus, which is an hour away so he called the location first to make sure they still had the vehicle available as well as there was no smoking in the car. Jody answered his call and let us know there was no smoking and it still was still available. When we got there Jody still had the keys on his desk so that way no one else was shown the car since we had to drive an hour to get there. Jody also was extremely personable and welcoming to our youngest daughter who is 3 and also special needs. After driving the Traverse we realized we loved it but wanted our payments to stay the same as the car we were trading in. (Which I am sure wasnt easy considering the upgrade) Jody got it extremely close and got us a great interest rate and it was all done in less than 10 minutes, which was very important to us. The whole process was extremely easy, and I felt like we were talking to a friend. Skylar (Loan processor) was also very nice and we didnt feel pushed to purchase extra things for the car but he did a great job at explaining them and making us consider our options. We love the car and we have another child on the way so it was important we figured it out fast and it had to be affordable. We got both of those things working with Jody. Everyone else in the facility was very nice and congratulated us several times on our purchase. We are very thankful that we chose to purchase our car here as we feel like they are reliable and they are extremely professional. I recommend this location and specifically Jody!
