I ordered tires and I couldnt get them to answer to see if they could put tires on. Then I was told I should call first after she stated when she gets busy she dont answer the phone.

Very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone to get your tire fixed so it kind of makes the tire hazard warranty useless.

Took an hour for someone to answer the phone. Once we got there for an oil change and tire rotation, we were told it would be an hour. Well after an hour and a half, they had just finished the oil change. I stood and watched the workers through the window and they were the slowest I’ve ever seen. I finally told them not to do the rotation. By the time they pulled my truck out it was an hour and fourth five minutes. I don’t recommend it unless you don’t have anything else to do for the day

Good work awful customer service from the lead mechanic. He seems to be afraid to take any appointments within 2 hours of closing. He said that If they run past close time that they will get into trouble and will not get paid for their time. If true shame on walmart management. If not he is just a liar and needs to be replaced. Theres more than one mechanic around that can do his job.

Don’t bother trying to reach this location. No one will answer the phone and Customer Service will just tell you they’re probably busy. I definitely recommend going elsewhere. Use AutoZone or advance or O’Reilly’s forget Walmart.

Actually terrible. The people who work here always seem clueless, unfriendly, unhappy and move without a sense of urgency. They never answer the phone. Their services take far too long.

This is the fourth Walmart Ive been to try to get an oil change. I called ahead, asked if I could set up an appointment and they said they dont take appointments. I asked if there is a wait, and they lady told me she didnt know how long it would be and its first come first serve. Within the 15 minutes it took me to drive there, as I waited in the lobby, the manager said theyre no longer taking cars. Eventually Ill find a Walmart thats competent

When I arrived I was informed it would be an hour and a half to get 2 new tires. At the time, there was 3 people ahead of me. 2 hours later, there was still 2 people ahead of me. Then the mechanics had to stop working to unload a truck. 2 of the mechanics took numerous breaks upwards of 20 minutes each time. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Is there no body managing this department?

I was here first thing in the morning, had to wait 5 minutes for the employee to unlock the door. Now 2 hours later I am still waiting for them to finish putting on 4 tires. If I wanted that kind of wait I could have went to NTB.When I worked at a tire center 30 years ago, my boss would have fired me if I took an hour to get 4 tires changed, and we didnt have a spin balancer. The old center bubble balancer. This is ridiculous. Hope the tires are worth it. SLOW !!!!

So I called in a hour before hand to make a appointment for new tires, but I couldnt since I was only getting 2. So my wife and I both drove since she was getting tires and I was getting a oil change. We get there to find out they are not taking anymore work for the day since someone called off mind you it was less then a hour after I called . I understand things happen but we drove 20 minutes to find out were talking our business elsewhere.

After realizing my tire was losing air and needing to go to work on Monday morning, I went to Wal-Mart hoping to find out what the issue was. I went out spent an hour and a half in the store to find out that the tech found a nail in my tire. He said it was in at an angle and in the side of the tire and couldn’t be patched, I needed a new tire, and sent me on my way. I called a local tire store in town and was told I was the 4th person they had talked to that Wal-Mart had basically said can’t fix your tire you need a new one. Needless to say I took my car to this other store, they showed me that the nail was in straight and not close to the side of the tire and was fixed with a $10 patch. I will never step into Wal-Mart ever again.

I showed up as they were opening. I asked for an oil change. AN HOUR AND A HALF later they tell me I have no dipstick so they cant change it. I went home, Googles where the dipstick should be. And bingo, I have a dipstick. So I wasted my morning for nothing. And when I called to let them know I found the dipstick they were very dismissive. So disappointed.
