Made an appointment for 1015...Waited almost 30 minuts before anyone acknowledged me.. waited at the sign that said service asvisor witll be with you soon.. and watched while 5 or six of these people walked around and talked with one another.. even saw one person eating a bag of chips too.. not exactly what i like to see when i show up for an appointment and am being forced to wait while this goes on... other than that.. the actual service part of my visit was very good
