I had my Mini Cooper serviced here. I had an engine light and I couldnt fix it. Took it them and they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Not cheap, but way less than the dealer!

Beware before you go to this shop.I called and got appointment for my BMW, he gave me time and date to drop off car early morning so that they can look at it , I drop off my car early in the morning, they didnt work on my car till end of the day, why you gave me time if you were not able to work, what was the purpose of dropping car early in the morning, what was purpose of giving you time? He didnt call, until I call him and and ask for status, in reply he said oh I was going to call you. He said we havent duplicate issue, please pick up your car next day and charge me diagnostic charge. when I went to pickup my car, he admitted and told me he can feel the sound but he cant guarantee to fix it, and we dont want to put all parts in your car. and end of the day if sound stay same then ? it means they dont know what they are doing. I will suggest you bring your BMW to dealer, or find other store.They dont know about German cars. only parked many cars and show that they are busy. no professionalism.Only waste of time and money.

John and his team completely took care of me and my 08 335i when it came into the shop over the past few months with a few uncommon issues with unknown causes. They were they able to track down the issues quickly and find repairs to get me back on the road. When I was in the process of moving across the country and needed to get my car fixed and in shape to ship to my new location, they quickly got it in the shop and conducted the repairs. If I was staying in Missouri there is absolutely no one else I would be bringing my BMW to. Huge thanks to John for a great experience.

Super friendly, doesnt push unnecessary repairs or maintenance, feels like an old fashioned repair shop from the standpoint that they want to build a relationship with their customers vs just churn and burn. Highly recommend for BMW owners.

They were phenomenal, been in a bad situation and they helped out the whole time. With no rush, no fuss , not complaints or anything. Definitely recommend them .

They had my vehicle for 2 full days (in for an oil change and an alignment)didnt even look at it in 2 days or call me. When I called them, the mgr. told me to pick up my vehicle if I didnt like their service.There was NO SERVICE.

Went there today just to ask if you questions the gentleman I spoke with was very nice ! As a woman it is hard to go into places and make sure you’re not getting taken advantage of but I did not get that feeling they treated me just like a normal person thank you 🙏

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Bavarian is the only place that I take my Mini Cooper to for maintenance because they are reliable, honest, and take wonderful care of my mini!

Jon is a great guy. Saved my puppies several times. I even had 230 and a 635csi. Gave them up when I retired. Ask Jon where he gets his haircut. Trust him to tell the truth.

Better value for BMW owners. I used to go to the dealership for service. Not only is it significantly more expensive but they always presented you a list of things that COULD be fixed (not necessarily things that needed to be fixed). Bavarian offers better value but they do not keep appointments. They just tell you to drop off your automobile on a certain day. This has been an issue at times. I have dropped off a car and have been told that it might take all day if they can get to it at all.

Absolutely THE only place to go for BMW service. John is an encyclopedia of knowledge, friendly, and fair.

Let’s just say John is not for everyone. However, you can count on him to be straight with you and fair. He will only do the work that is absolutely needed at the time. This can be good or bad in my opinion since there are cases to be made for replacing parts that are known to fail prematurely in order to prevent being stranded or worse, overheating the engine (ie, the coolant expansion tank on an E46).Do not troubleshoot your own car, that will get you into trouble with John. Also, do not bring your own parts as you will get a penalty fee added to your bill.John bailed me out once when I got myself into trouble replacing a part under the hood. He did it with grace and left me with more than just gas money in my wallet. I am grateful to him for that. I appreciate people like John being around because in the end, he just wants to do the right thing for the customer.

I took my BMW X5 E70 there a couple of years ago to have the seals replaced and I was very pleased with the work and professionalism. (This was the Olivette location that has now moved to Brentwood)2 weeks ago, I took my BMW 335 E90, to have the footwell control module replaced. (This was the Manchester location) They informed me it needed a new FCM and battery. Then they told me it needed new plugs and the #5 coil. (Even though there was no indication that it needed either of those before I took it in).I authorized the work and they gave the vehicle back a few days later. I got it home and the check engine light comes on. I took the car back and they replaced the coil they replaced, saying it was a faulty new coil. I get the vehicle back and the check engine light comes on again. They proceed to tell me that they will need to keep replacing coils until they can solve the problem. Needless to say Im not going to pay a so called repair shop to throw parts at the car until the check engine light goes off. I should have gone to a real repair shop from the beginning.

Straight forward and to the point, a fair price and quick service.

They did a great job on my 03 Mini JCW. They informed me what was wrong and also let me know that there was some factory recalls out on that model.

The owner is very nice, reasonably priced and work done is a timely manner.
