The store delivery men came here and made a perfect delivery. I want to compliment you on their absolute professionalism, you have the best delivery crew of any store Ive ever ordered from. If you are looking for a friendly genuine furniture store than look no more! We walked into the door and was greeted by Nyet, who was so genuine and friendly! She asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable of her products and what she had in stock. We found exactly what we needed and at a fabulous price! Then to top it off I could pick exactly when I wanted delivery! It was perfect! I will be going back!

I love this store and will come back. I was looking for a quality chair, and Furniture House is one of the few licensed dealers in NoVA for England brand high quality furniture. The price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful, and they delivered my purchase to my home 45 minutes away. If you dont like IKEA or Bobs Furniture, Furniture House is the store for you.

I ABSOLUTELY love this company! The owner Majid was so professional, so far, and so nice to all his costumers. He really is fair with the people who come in. I really couldn’t be happier with the couches I bought today. Not to mention you can take it the SAME day!

Excellent service. Lena? Letha.. The lady that helped us was great. No pressure, just helpful. Met the owner as well. VERY pleased with our sofa. Quality items sold. Might seem more expensive than Ashley, but it wont break or wear out in a few years.

Owner, Maged, (from Egypt) is an authentic bazaar merchant who will go right out of his way to serve and please every customer who walks through the entrance. So glad we made the trip from Arlington - best furniture showroom in Northern Virginia! Salaams!

Purchased 2 recliners and 2 swivel chairs. I can honestly say this place is great and after the experience I had with them I will not shop any place else! There was a small issue with one of the recliners when it was delivered. I worked with Maged who assured me and gave me his word that they would make it right and they did. Within a week I had a replacement just like he said. The delivery guys are great too. On time, good set up, and leave the place looking just like they found it. Very respectful and customer oriented. It was nice to deal with a place that actually did what they said they were going to do... Customer service at its best. I am a customer for life !!!

Worst, worst customer service. The man dealing with me was with so much attitude and rudeness! He kept asking me if I am serious in buying 😒 i think he might be the owner cause then i saw him screaming at the other employee.He would not tell me the final prices of sofas because “you will not buy it and leave in your car” . As if I love spending my weekend at furniture store browsing and not buying.Is this how you treat your customers? Saying “I will tell you the final price only if you shake hands on it and buy it and not leave it.”

NO STARS!!!The furniture warranty/guarantee means nothing. The first sofa arrived with alignment issues. The replacement sofa arrived with ripping seams. The owner was rude. His staff suggested that we sue the owner. We are stuck with the sofa with ripping seams.

Excellent service & treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and they aim to please. The owner gave us a deal that was better then 3 other stores. We will go back for our other furniture purchases since they carry some furniture made not only in the USA but our state of Virginia. (solid wood).

I cant say enough about the Sales Reps. (Bobby and Leta Kay). They were so helpful when we were looking for new furniture. They worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. When the Ottoman was delivered it was so big we could not move around in the living room and we called them and the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. When we need more furniture at a great price we will go back to the Furniture Gallery. Yes, Their are other furniture stores but none of them have the quality furniture at a reasonable price as the Furniture House Galleries. We also purchased an expensive desk and filing cabinet and the service was superior when they put it together, waxed it and took all of the packing with them. Furniture house is number one in this family.

On November 28, 2017, we purchased a Sealy sectional sofa and ottoman from Furniture House Galleries, 9160 Mathis Ave, Manassas, VA 20110.First, when we received the sofa, there were multiple manufacturing defects. All of which were photographed. We were also informed that the ottoman wasn’t available yet. We later learned that the ottoman was available but that the ottoman legs couldn’t be located, which is why it couldn’t be delivered. When we tried to contact the store, many times there would be no answer, but when we finally got in touch with someone we communicated our concerns and we were told that someone would be in touch with us. About a week went by with no response so we sent an email with the documented photos to follow up. On January 29, 2018, we were finally notified that a replacement sofa had been ordered.Second, when the replacement sofa arrived, there were still some manufacturing defects present. The delivery service also damaged our house in multiple places which were also documented with photos. We then contacted the store about the damage to our house as well as the remaining issues with the sofa. We sent photos of the damage via text message and asked multiple times for someone to come to our house to assess the damage as well as to view the still present sofa defects.Lastly, on July 8, 2018, we discovered new issues with the sofa. In multiple places, the fabric has started to tear, of which one location has torn completely. The manufacturer also told us that this was a defect and told us we should receive a full refund but they weren’t able to get in touch with the store in order to work anything out.Additionally, the owner of the store yelled at my husband on the phone and then hung up on him! The store employees were so embarrassed that they gave our kids $20 to buy ice cream and suggested that we bring him to small claims court.So after 14 phone calls, 19 text messages, 8 emails, multiple hours spent in the store, and over 1 and a half years of trying to get this handled, we still have the defective couch with fabric that is continuing to tear and no hope of a refund or any sort of effort to rectify the situation from the owner.

Way overpriced for what you get. My mil bought us a sectional and dining room table from here Dec. 2017, neither are doing well/holding up for the price paid. The table, which was $3200, is peeling and has needed to be tightened almost weekly. The sectional looks like weve allowed a herd of elephants to walk on it, it has separated from itself and the frame is bowing in certain spots. I recommend looking at other stores.

My shopping experience in and around Northern Virginia furniture stores was horrible ............. until i found Furniture House Galleries !!! Great selection of quality furniture and knowledge sales people made a difference. No pressure approach and in 30 minutes left with a purchase a new sofa and love seat by England . I highly recommend that you come see Bob , leta , and crystal . The most friendless place in town.

Friendly staff (Driss and his boss Bob are who weve dealt with) but when we received our furniture with a mechanical alignment issue, we had to (and still are) jumping through several hoops to get them to fix it. Its like pulling teeth, and at this point have contacted our credit card to dispute the purchase, since Driss and Bob will not replace the furniture which was not put together correctly (theyve tried several times to fix it).Warning to others: You get what you pay for. We regret not going with Belfort, which offered the same furniture at a slightly higher price. We doubt wed be experiencing the ongoing headaches and suspect Belfort would have replaced the defective furniture.

I have lived in Northern Virginia for 30 years and never heard of this store. Googled Furniture stores and found them. My Mom and I went on Labor Day to the Manassas Park location needing two small occasional chairs. Very helpful staff told me of a newly opened second location with smaller chairs in the old Hancock Fabrics space at the corner of 234 and Mathis Ave. Its only a mile and a half away and we got great help from Diana and from, Bob, the store manager. Ordered two chairs and two side tables on the spot from a great selection of fabrics and they should be here in 3 weeks! Prices were very good for quality furniture. All four pieces are England.

My father, mother, and I went in their store to buy sofas for our house. We went in and they did not want to help us out, but we still bought from their store. We bought sofas for $1,300 and after we received them, the sofas had crease marks all over it, the stitching is off on the sofa, the seats come up, they’re marks on the sofa. They probably sold us a refurbished sofa. I called them after receiving the sofa and they did not want to help us again even when they sold us bad sofas. They said “we have a no return policy” and they don’t even want to exchange the sofas! Ever since the first time I called them, they don’t answer my calls! It’s like they have my number on block because it goes straight to voicemail for the past two days! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU OR HELP YOU, ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY! I will delete this review once I receive help!

This is one of the worst furniture stores you can buy from. I purchased sofas from this place for $1,300. The sofas came with problems as seen in the pictures. I called the place to get help with the defective sofas, and they did not answer my calls. I finally get a hold of them and they tell me to email them the problems. I sent them the pictures and they keep claiming the defects on the sofa is supposed to be part of the sofa! UNBELIEVABLE! They also say they do not offer returns or refunds after you purchase their items, which is a big scam. The manager is a really rude person over the phone and he never thinks he is wrong, if you have a problem with the furniture you buy from the place, he will have an attitude towards you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! ONCE YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT WANT TO HELP YOU! As you see in the picture, they claimed these sofas were new and in good condition, but the pictures prove otherwise. If I could give 0 stars for their service and overall experience, I would.

I cannot get over how happy and satisfied me and my family are with the service we received at this store. We had already been to several different furniture stores but the quality of customer service we received here, by far out did all the other places we went to! To start off, when we walked in we were greeted by Najat! She is the best, so if you go to this store you have to ask for her ! When I say the best Im not over stating, she was kind, listen to us and what it was we were looking for, helpful, very informative and most of all honest. I knew she was listening&honest to us because she gave us information about the furtinute that best matched our needs and didnt try to add on other pieces of furniture like alot of other sales reps at other stores would do. My family and I are very grateful we had Najat to help us and greatly satisfied with our experience! MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND you to shop here.!
