Bought a dinette in May 2021. Very next day found a different dinette in another store that suited my needs better. I went to the store the next day to cancel and was told by receptionist this was not possible. It was explained all sales are final and they have had issues with customers wanting to cancel after ordering and a few weeks go by. This ties up stock so this is not allowed. I think if a customer wants to cancel the next day there should be no problem. The item was in stock (not a special order) ( or floor model) not put on a truck to be delivered yet. The store incurred no loss. On their website their mission statement says the customer will leave happy and their primary goal is amazing customer service. I have never dealt with a company that charged you to cancel the next day. I was forced to pay a 25% restock fee. The item was not delivered or a special order. The cherry on the cake- 2months to get a partial refund due to their credit card system which held the funds from the company and the customer to have a hearing to decide who gets the money in dispute. The company failed their mission statement, there processes failed, and having to pursue the matter continuously their communication failed. Recommendation: Go to a chain furniture store and avoid these scammers. Also, what kind of operation do they have? No one ever answers the phone with-Elite Furniture. Every time I called someone answered-Hello??? This is a business not an individual. I went there many times to try to resolve this and another interesting fact- No customers ever in the store. Back to original question-What kind of business is this store????

Very rude people. Unprofessional. They allow NO cancelations whatsoever. Avoid the trouble and go somewhere else.

I needed an inexpensive but comfortable mattress for a guest room. Found what I was looking for here. They delivered the next day, but unfortunately I did not get the one I ordered. It was not comfortable. I called them and they made it right. Brought a new one the next day and took away the first without any pushback. I was worried it would be so inconvenient, but they were great to work with and their delivery guy was really nice. So, not a perfect transaction but apparently honest and upstanding business.

I have been calling to see the status of a purchase. I bought a couch and a closet and they dont answer. There is a guy I believe he ie colombian he keeps handing up the phone and Now the girl that is there today saturday 11:30 did the same thing. They dont even say anything they answer and stay quiet. I do not reccoment this place unless you are buying things that are already in store otherwise good luck. Ive been like this for 2 weeks now.

I brought a mattress 2 months ago, the guy who helped us was from Honduras, excellent Customer Service and I love my mattress. He had the time to show like 5 different types and prices explaining the differences between them.

I did a lot of shopping for a sofa/love seat set that would fit my space and my budget. I went back and forth to this store many times measuring and asking questions. Claudia was very helpful and absolutely no pressure.I was anxious to have it delivered but had to wait a week. Mike called to move the date up for me! Upon delivery they moved the sofa and love seat around in different positions to help me make a decision and they were willing to return one of the pieces if they didnt fit! I was very impressed with their service and prices and would shop there again for my furniture needs.

Great prices!!! Great customer service.Definitely reccomend. We came around 7:30 and found what we needed at an awesome price. The delivery guy had already left for the day so the guy in the store personally brought our mattress to our car and tied it up for us to take home. The rest of the stuff will be delivered tomorrow.

I lost my job due to the pandemic and had to move with my children and to a cheaper apartment and thank God I found this furniture store. I was able to buy new sofas and jokers for my children. The man is very nice and sent us everything by mail. Im very grateful.
