Had a broken tail light on my Ford Fusion. Brought it into the collision center and everyone there couldn’t have been nicer. They were very honest and told me what the cheapest option would be (finding a used part and having them install it). But I opted to have them take care of it. I left and was set to return on Monday. But the woman at the front desk called me and said they found the part! Already happy I went back to get it installed. They were on lunch break so I figured it would take a little bit. In about 15 minutes (mark I’m assuming but it could have been another technician) came out and said merry Christmas. Today’s 2 days after Christmas. I stood up and go “don’t I have to pay” and they said nope he’s Santa this year merry Christmas! It was free! Completely restored my faith in humanity. Don’t go anywhere else!!!

I couldnt be more surprised and beyond appreciative of the care that I got here. I was lucky enough to hit a stray trash can on 495 that blew out my fog light and punctured the washer fluid reservoir. Good news for me is that both of these options will fail you on inspection. I went in knowing Id fail and was given various quotes with cosmetics included blah blah. I just wanted to pass my inspection. They sent me to collision to meet with BJ to get further details. He was genuine, listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and gave me a quote that I couldnt even think to complain about. It was truly amazing. Ive never felt like I was talking to a buddy vs a salesman at a mechanic shop before. Thank you BJ for all that you did for me.

They did a good job on the repairs that they could do, albeit a little slow.

Great experience. Tho I dont want to crease my truck again, so I can enjoy another visit.
