This place restored my car to perfect condition after it was hit while parked. I cant even tell its ever been in an accident; they actually had to cut out a huge piece of the rear quarter panel and you cant even tell that it had been cut or rejoined. A+ work!

The work they did to my truck came out alright, looks clean and nice. Im almost positive they milked my insurance for every last penny possible. Here is my reason for the low star rating, One of their guys by the name of Chris thinks hes a tough guy and will get in your face and yell at you if you pull into their horribly located parking lot too fast so be careful around these guys they let the employees run rampant and do and say whatever they please.

I was referred to Brothers by my sister and brother in law who work in insurance. I am so happy i went to them. They were so professional, friendly, and thorough. They arranged my rental, dealt with the insurance company, and got everything resolved for me quickly. They communicated everything to me and were done right when they said they would be. I had front end work done to my Hyundai Sonata about a year ago...unfortunately NHs crappy plowed roads claimed a victim...namely the front end of my car...I brought my car here because it was the suggested auto body shop in Derry by my car insurance company.... I was very satisfied with the work done....I went from crumpled in front end when I dropped it off...in about a weeks worth a time...my car looked like brand new...the staff I dealt with was very nice and helpful...would definitely recommend to anyone for auto body work

I obtained (2) written estimates an estimate for the damage on the rear quarter and an estimate on the bumper. Christy informed me that since the other work was being done that, paint/equipment was already set up they would charge me an hour for the work. I explained that the person that hit my car would pay out of pocket but that could change.The person changed wanted to go through insurance called Brothers and informed them that he was going through insurance but I still want the work done to my bumper Christy said to email the estimate when I get it She called me and we set up an appointment for a month later.Christy called to let me know that the car was ready told me the total, we hung up and I called back and asked her if they did the work to the bumper and she said no you did not remind me. I told her I did remind her so the work was not done. She has come up with several excuses including that it would have cost me more out of pocket since we were going through insurance she had the tech touch up the bumper and give me some touch up paint. When I picked up my car the damage was fixed correctly and looks good but the bumper looks horrible as if someone took nail polish and touched up the bumper, once again as I said to Christy she dropped the ball and blames me for the error, she apologizes for not hearing me we touched it up and did not charge you, but that does not fix the issue. I asked for the Manager she said she was the manager and I asked if they were on Yelp they instantly said NO.

Horrible experience! Brought my car after a fender bender. Aesthetically it was fixed okay but when I went to pick my car up it was shaking and engine light was on. They kept saying, even though admitted not mechanics, that it was not related to accident even though my car was hit in engine area. Brought it to a real mechanic who confirmed there was a chance it was related to accident. Because of Brothers Allstate refused to pay claim. They had no business giving opinion on area they are not experts on. They suck! Update - I finally got Allstate to pay this after having to fiercely fight them on it.
