This place was awesome, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop had quality items at reasonable prices and was very welcoming to beginners. My only complaint would be they were out of some of their stock making the variety more limited, but not so much that it hindered my overall experience there.

Ive bought a few pairs of shoes here lately and have nothing but good things to say. There are no annoying sales people trying to push you into buying anything, just a helpful crew that knows their stuff.

I ordered a new backpack from their website. The shipping was incredibly fast! I’m a 9-1-1 dispatcher as well as a full time student so I carry my life with me.When I opened the package, I was shocked... in a positive way. I’m sure they do this with all shipments - not only was my backpack in there but also a pack of my all-time favorite cookies. I think I was more excited to see a random pack of Milanos than I was my new backpack 😂 there were also a few stickers inside too.Anyways, just wanted to say thank you! The fast shipping and cookies meant more than you know!

Met these folks at a demo day at Beaver mountain while my wife and I were on vacation from MN. The owner and staff were so helpful at the ski resort we decided to pre-order new snowboards and binding here for next year. While in the shop the owner was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Highly suggest purchasing from these folks no matter where you live as we will.

The Directive is an amazing local shop. They always have a good collection of sneakers and for great prices. The best board shop in town. Chain stores can learn a thing or two in hospitality from the staff here. Disregard the mall and come here for all your skate/snow needs.

Directive always has or can get what I need. Zac is great at what he does. Just purchased some new sneakers and ordered a new deck - going into the local shops is better than ordering online since skateboarding and snowboarding are very much locally oriented and snowboarding is governed largely by local conditions. Zac knows what’s going on locally and no website or mall store can compete with that. Thanks!

Ive been a loyal customer of Directive since I was in Elementary School, now at 20 years of age it is still my go to place for pretty much all of my Apparel, Skateboarding and Snowboarding needs. They deliver a variety of great products alongside the most premium customer service any store possibly could. Very pleased to see that the shop is now located on Main Street in a very nice looking building. While other reviewers would give a 1 star rating for what they were trying to describe as a Personal Problem and not in the intentions of the shop or owner himself, I can surely give Directive a solid 5/5 stars for always meeting the needs of whomever walks through their doors.

Took the snowboards to get waxed. They did a horrible job. Very gloppy and missing a lot of spots. There was wax all over my edges and even on the front. Lost my business. Beaver mountain did a great job waxing them. Im going there from now on. Its worth the wait.

Love this place. They have the same, if not better prices as places like Zumiez, but its a local business. I found a pair of shoes online that I wanted and Directive was able to get them for me at a better price.

Took my board to get waxed. It was absolutely God awful. There was excess wax in some spots, yet some spots were completely missed. It wasnt scraped well either. The guy also took over 2 1/2 hours to get it done. Too long. Not going here ever again. Lost my business.

Every time Ive bought from Directive, Ive been disappointed. Im not impressed by the owner either, he doesnt show respect to customers. The trucks I bought from Directive broke in 2 or 3 months of riding, and I dont ride very hard. I wouldnt recommend this place for anybody. Born and raised in Logan, it disappoints me that the locally owned skate shop isnt worth a bit of my interest. Its no wonder why Directive has a history of getting broken into and burglarized/robbed. Karmas tough.
