Found a pair of boots I really liked but they didnt have it in stock, so the lady at the front took my info. She said shell call me back once the item ships. She never called me back so 2 weeks later, I went to the store again to inquire. Gave my info again. Its been 3 weeks and no follow up at all. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Very unpolite and rude customer service. I dont know if that is an owner but the lady who was in store on Monday, Feb 25 was so so unprofessional.Would not go there again if everything was free.Nice clothing though.
