Second time I have taken my Subaru WRX here. Absolute best people I know. GREAT work. I hit a rock and my front end was really messed up. A week or so later I pick it back up and my car looks better then it did before I hit a rock!! They matched paint perfectly. Gave me options, communicated through the whole process. Earlier this year they replaced my clutch, same experience. I could not be happier or more impressed with them. You guys are amazing to say the least!!

Listen people!!! There are many places in Cache Valley you can take your vehicle to for repair. I recently had my Audi A6 Quattro serviced here. Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment, which is fine. Services on these Audi vehicles can be expensive which is semi-expected. I really appreciate that there was always clear communication from Jordan, one of the service advisors. A fair price quoted before work was performed. And their Audi technician, Mike, is amazingly competent. I will always be willing to wait for an appointment with these guys!Thanks boys!!

Accurate has serviced 3 out of my 4 vehicles. They tell me honestly whats wrong and explain it in a way I understand! They never try and pull anything at all, theyre honestly the best in the valley in my opinion. The crew is so friendly as well, they make their lobby so inviting and its such a comfortable atmosphere. As long as theyre open they will get my vehicles!

These guys are great! They resurfaced a flywheel for me and later made me a new hydraulic hose, they do it all! They even have a dyno. They are very fast and do quality work!

I had an intermittent engine issue that I couldn’t figure out. Another shop attempted not ended up really screwing everything up. Norm was super helpful and we found the root cause. Not a lot of shops really have the knowledge to dive into custom applications, but I trust Accurate!

They are very knowledgeable and professional. They are trustworthy and a good company.My complaints would be the speed at which they were able to work on my car and the price. However, its because cars are expensive sometimes and they are always busy with people lined up for them to work on their cars.

Very greedy and unprofessional, asked for and received a quote for labor only as we already had the parts. At every point of contact, including drop off, let them know service was for labor only but not a single person notated that important fact; they used their own parts anyway and then charged to remove and replace despite not driving off their lot after seeing their mistake. Even after all that they still charged for the parts that they mistakenly put on making the cost double their quote, I wish I had driven somewhere else to have them removed just so I would not have given them more of my money.

Very impressed with this business. Craig and everyone here provide excellent customer service. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent repair shop. They are clean. Like where are all the cars theyre fixing? They have several associates assigned to specific vehicles so nothing is lost or confused. They are fast! Like get it checked out & let you know the same day most of the time. They also do boats & not just as a side thought. They excell in boats. Can customize vehicles & give you a proper lift that wont ruin your truck. Excellent & fun. Not the cheapest in the valley, but definitely the best.

Took my car in for what I thought was an electrical issue but turned out I had a brass casing stuck in my passenger door cigarette lighter and still got charged $90 for one hour labor for something simple like removing a bullet casing.

If you want to take any hybrid vehicle to them I would not recommend it.

I have taken vehicles here for years and they always get stuff done right. They arent a bottom end shop, but still have fair prices though. I recently had an issue from another shops bad work; Accurate fixed it quickly and cheaper than I had imagined.

These guys really know there stuff. Carl is the boat guru and they can get you in and out quick. They have worked in all my Malibu boats.

Accurate Automotive is good a what they do. They have expertise in almost any problem that your car has. They are not cheap in terms of labor, but they get the job done and make it right if the fix didn’t work the first time.

Awesome service and terrific staff! I wasnt able to catch the name of everyone who helped me with my oil change today, but JR was great with not only me, but every customer and call that addressed him. They also did a complimentary wash and maintenance check! Everybody here works really well together and i as a customer felt very taken care of. Thanks guys😊

I have went in to Accurate Automotive many of times and always been very happy with the service. One year ago we had a Sea-doo Spark blow a ware-ring. Other local companies were 3-5 week out to have it fixed. I was in a bind and headed on vacation and Accurate got it threw the line in a timely manor and kept me updated!Than most Recently I needed a hitch added to a box truck. When I walked in I got the new guy! Reluctantly I went along. To my surprise he took care of me In a timely manor and gave me a quote and got the hitch ordered. I received updates and he always kept me in the loop! If he wouldnt of told me he was new I probably wouldnt have known! He got me out of the door and i was able to have it for my business trip.I plan on going to Accurate Automotive for all my car, truck and boat needs. Great Team, Highly Recommended.

Replaced clutch in my camaro. slightly bumpy experience. not the best communication throughout, but the mechanics they have are why its worth it. thanks to the mechanic who did the work and who talked me through my questions. plus, the clutch has been great so far!! going to need new tires in about 2 weeks :)

Accurate is one of the most honest businesses in Cache Valley. Their priority is the customer, always. I have never felt like a number to them. They communicate early and often, and will make recommendations based on whats best for you, not their bottom line. Ive been to a few other places, which I regret. Take your business to Accurate Automotive, and youll find yourself going there indefinitely.

I was looking for a local shop and was referred by a friend to try Accurate. Had to work with them a little to get scheduled in since they were busy. They did an excellent job and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied.. I was really impressed with their quality of work and how they kept me informed when the work was done. They were competitive on their pricing as well. Jarod took the time to show and explain the work they did and even about the warranty. Wasnt expecting that. Was fast getting the repair done as well. Would go back to them again.

They always get my car in right away and give me an honest answer to any questions. Having a mechanic you can trust is great, which is why I have been going to accurate for almost 10 years now. Carl has been fantastic, and everyone at the desk treats you nice, love going there!

I was recommended to Accurate from Croft Marine to work on my 06 Malibu Wakesetter. I have been nothing but impressed with their knowledge, forethought, and expertise. Carl has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process with top notch customer service. I will returning here for repairs in the future.

Accurate is hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever used. The counter staff know what they are talking about, and the communication into the shop is - well - accurate, so my vehicles always come back exactly as Id expect them to. Very little turnover, so they know you and they know your cars. But you cant rush perfection, so dont expect to have it back in an hour. the wait is worth it.

This place rocks! This guy named Carl I think. helped me and made my truck run so much better!Better fuel millage, plus a ton of power! I wish the world was full of honest good people like this!

Good service, but very costly. Labor is extremely expensive anymore, but they did get the job done when the water pump went out on my auto. Wasnt a repair that I was willing to do myself.

These guys were so nice! The rigging on my power window broke on a Friday, at 5 pm and I had to drive to Ogden the next day (This was back in the winter too). They were so nice to stay late and rig it up so I could at least drive over the weekend, and then when I brought it in to be fixed they were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them!

Just took my van in last night to have them do a oil change and to grease the runner on the sliding door, not only did they do that but they went the extra mile put air in my tires and also cleaned up garbage in my van and vacuumed it out! Thank you Thank you! As a busy mom who cant always clean it out I appreciate it! They always go the extra mile with little things like cleaning the windshields or fixing a dent without charging you. I appreciate that they take the time to tell me what is wrong and explain it to me so I can understand it, they are honest about their prices! Thank you Accurate!

I worked with Jeremy at Accurate. I was referred by a friend to Accurate. I was looking to buy a used truck and I am not in the area, so they did an inspection and compression test. There was some miscommunication between myself and the business on pricing - which came out to be higher than what I expected. I was a bit frustrated by that and expressed that to Accurate. A week or so after I made contact with them again, Jeremy called back offering to refund half the difference of the price discrepancy. I really appreciated their customer service. I feel that they are an honest repair shop and I would likely use them again.

Awesome place to get service

Had several issues with our boat in the last year, took it to a mechanic in Bear Lake since that is where the boat broke down, they supposedly fixed it (over 1 month later) and the very next time we got on the water we had the same problem. Looked online for a boat repair shop in Logan and Accurate was the first one to pop up and had good reviews. Needless to say they had the boat up and running in no time, great customer service, and they even went above and beyond and tested the boat out on a local lake before we took it back to the lake. We will definitely be returning to Accurate Automotive for any further needs.

I was displeased with their service this time around. I came out with two vehicle to be fixed but one came back wrongly diagnosed and the other with damage parts that was not an issue before. I was not compensated for the errors made but had to pay more to have it done properly. Not as accurate as its title presume!

I have been taking my cars to AA for about 6 years. In that time they have done everything from simple oil changes to suspension work to clutch work. I have never had any problems with their repairs.The best part, though, is their honestly. On several occasions they have diagnosed one problem and later found it to be another problem. I was informed early and never charged for the labor to discover their error. Its nice to have some level of trust with a mechanic.

Not sure about this place. I got exhaust dumps on my Durango R/T, was told there was no hard wire switch with this system. Just remotes. They worked late to get it done (was happy they did that) and when I picked it up, no remotes for the exhaust dumps. Called the next day and asked about the remotes, then I was told, that was the system they were going to order but there was a month wait, so they got the next best thing. How do you do work on a car and not know what you put in??? Not sure Ill give them anymore business.

I have an older ford ranger that had issues that seemingly couldnt be cured. After visiting the dealership repeatedly for the same problem they told me there was no fix and tried to sell me a new truck. Within just a couple visits accurate had the problem fixed and repaired multiple mistakes made by the dealership. Theyre the best mechanic/autobody shop Ive been to. My entire family and parents cars go here now.

Overcharged for parts and labor, for less than an hours worth of work. The issue wasnt even fixed and a refund was refused. Dont let them fool you!

I was in Logan for a funeral and had a problem with sudden low fuel mileage. They fit me into their busy schedule and ran diagnostics to isolate the problem. I appreciate their consideration in meeting my schedule.

They were able to fix my husbands truck when the dealership failed to do so. They did it relatively quick too beings how there were a lot of things wrong.

I went to Accurate to get a quote on a clutch job and transmission fluid change. I told them I had the clutch kit already. They quoted me $1600 for the job! That sounded insanely high. I called the Mitsubishi Dealer in SLC and they quoted me $1500 but with the OEM clutch kit they would provide. I then called Turbo Labs in Orem and they quoted me $675. So for a two hours drive I saved myself almost $1000. Accurate Automotive are crooks! Ill never bring another vehicle there again!

Technician Certified? Yes, Where? Um, i have not taken any classes , HOW? ... I hope a manager can give a sales rep & mechanic as expensive lessen as I had. More Damage was done then repairs. Hours were spent diagnosing before they attempted to look at issue vehicle was brauguht in for. Recieved estimate over $5,000 before issue vehicle was brought in for was looked at. -- Counter Boy Popleton has NO Integrity and quickly changes story depending if he is on the phone, or depending who is standing behind him to make corrections. Have to pay another shop to take care of Damages Created at Accurate Automotive. AND had to pay them for a NO INFORMATION Evaluation and the time they took to vandalise my vehicle.

My go-to for all things marine and automotive. Carl and team are the absolute best!

Ive had some pretty bad experiences with Accurate Automotive. The first time I took my car in to have the starter replaced, they placed the starter wires against the EGR tube, and the wires melted and caught fire. I was lucky that it happened just as I was getting home and could grab the fire extinguisher.The second time I took my car there, it needed a new timing belt. They replaced the belt, but not the idler pulley or the tensioner. After just a few days, the plastic(!) idler pulley broke, and my engine was wrecked. When I went back to AA, they refused to take any responsibility for the situation. In the end, it cost me a LOT of money to get it fixed.So, Ill never go back and dissuade all of my friends from going there, too.
