Best service experience of my life! Traveling through Logan from NM to MT and needed a/c. They took me right in, fixed it—then told me if I came back in the morning, they’d clean my radiator and make it even better!! I did and they did—works great and pricing was absolutely a bargain. I’ll drive the 1,000 miles to them from NM if my a/c ever needs worked on again. They are that good!

These guys were AMAZING! I was looking at buying a branded vehicle so I brought to them for an inspection they were inexpensive and spent an hour on the vehicle finding things as strange as the fuel filler hole could be opened with fingers and shouldn’t be able to. I was really happy and if I was from the area I’d take my car there
I needed a hose replaced on my truck. These guys took the extra effort to go thru multiple suppliers to get the best quality hose, instead of just throwing in whatever was delivered. Truck was still ready on time. Trust them with your vehicle

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have taken my vehicle here many times for an oil change and several minor repairs and have always received quality service. You will need an appointment, so call ahead of time, if possible, and schedule one. When getting an oil change, Ill wait in their small lounge and theyre usually done very quickly. Repairs need to be scheduled, they call to let you know the work is done and will take the time over the phone to explain some details about the repairs over the phone. I love this place and will always bring my car here to receive quality care 👍

Honest, high-quality service. They tell you exactly whats going on and how much itll cost. I went most recently for a tire issue - they gave me their quote, then encouraged me to compare and look around since tires arent their main thing. I ultimately went with them because they have always done great work on my cars, dont pressure me into things I dont need, and I can trust their work. I highly recommend them.
Everyone I talked to was very nice. The workers were fast and efficient even on a busy day like Saturday and they have good prices. I will definitely go back if I dont feel like repairing something myself.

I have had two motorcycles get safety inspections here. I was very happy with the speed and friendliness of the employees. I even had a bulb that was out, and he let me go back to my house and change it before finishing the inspection. Would highly recommend for motorcycle safety inspections!
Friendly staff that was very helpful. They did a 50 point inspection but did not pressure you into anything that wasnt needed for your vehicle.

We took our vehicles their for lots of years knowing the owner he was honest and fair in his prices. Then one day after starting my vehicle after the battery was dead from a charger I blew a fuse which we had no idea had happened and it put our vehicle in limp mode. We thought we had checked all the fuses but I guess there’s some under the hood we didn’t find. We were charged an outrageous amount and told that they had to rewire from the fuse box to the inside because it fried the wires. We said ok, weird but ok. Got the vehicle back and they absolutely did not re-wire anything! Took it to a good friend that’s worked on our vehicles in the past but due to being swamped we didn’t ask him to do the repairs. He showed us the fuse was replaced and where it was and agreed the wiring was not touched.You lost a faithful customer because his sons took over and over greed of $$$ you lost a lot more. You lost your good name and trust and will never recommend them to anyone.Reply to comment from Transportation RepairNot sure how you can check your records, you don’t even know what vehicle I’m driving or what you worked on. Believe me I have the right shop. John Gibbs was awesome and honest in his dealings. Too bad his sons are not. That 250$ Dishonest charge cost you so much more. These guys redid my radiator and intake manifold gasket 4 years ago and have had no issues. Theyve done a bunch of smaller things over the years for me and its always a good price.
They did their best to try to repair a vehicle of mine however they failed to do one of the inspections but I requested and the result was that a ball bearing got loose into the engine basically and ended up blowing out the engine completely with no warning so these kinds of mistakes happen but still it tarnishes their reputation a little bit in my personal opinion

I brought my 96 Honda Accord in because the engine was misfiring. They had properly diagnosed the issue within an hour. Dropped it off at 9 and it was ready for me to pick up by the time I got off work. They broke a valve cover plate accidentally, but they were honest and told me about it. They even went so far as to find another one and replace it for free. The price was very reasonable, and they gave me a loaner car. These guys are honest, friendly, fair and professional. Way to break the automotive stereotypes!
Transportation Repair is an absolutely excellent place to have your car repaired. Two people I know said to go there and I did. I had my Jeep repaired earlier this week and they kept me well informed. When the repair took longer than expected because of some complications they even gave me a car to use for the night without any additional cost on my part. I cant recommend them more highly. Get your vehicles repaired here.
Took a day and a half to diagnose the problem, tossing out lots of different ideas. Charged $500 for the privilege of knowing that my valves need a $2500 rebuild. Ill take it somewhere else for a second opinion, and I bet the next place will tighten a few bolts, charge $50, and leave it running as good as new.Edit: The next place I took it to also charged $500 for the privilege of knowing that my valves need a $2500 rebuild.

Honestly if I could give them 0 starts, I would. And heres why:My grandparents have been taking their vehicles for years and years. Just a coluple years back they let me use their 88 bronco and I ended up pretty much taking it over. I keep up maintenance on it when it needs it to keep it running. I mean its old so its obviously gonna be more work that anything newer. If it was something simple, Id do it myself and if not Id take it in. Over time I started to notice things going wrong.. things that shouldnt have been. Now youre probably asking yourself what does this have to do with a 0 star rating? Good question.They told me the transmission was going out and to let them replace it so I took it to another shop that told me there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission. Then they tell me BRAND NEW alternator that Les Schwab put in was smoking and wasnt charging right. So I go back to les Schwab and they take it out, test it, open it up check all the components, NOTHING wrong. Couple years back I take it in to fix the speedometer cause it was completely broken and they tell me they cant fix it and to just use an app to check my speed while driving. I tell them Im taking it somewhere else that can actually fix it then and they remember that they CAN actually fix it themselves. Another time I tell them I think the drive shaft is messed up and needs to be fixed. They have it for 20 MINUTES and tell me theres nothing wrong with it and ask if they can fix a couple other things that arent actually wrong with it. So I go home to where I. Staying with my aunt and uncle(who is a mechanic and does his own work) and tell him what I think is wrong and he checks it. He can tell something is wrong just LOOKING at it. So he pulls it off and takes it to a friend of his who tells us that if I had drove another 10 miles it would have fallen apart and I would have REALLY been screwed. So my uncles buddy works on it, brings it back, my uncle puts in back in and off I go. No more problems.Fall of 2017 I take it in for my oil pressure gauge not working and a couple other little things I didnt have time to deal with cause I was a full time student trying to finish school and work two jobs. When I get it back two days later they tell me the bolt fell out of the oil pan while it was just sitting there and all the oil spilt onto the ground so they did a complimentary oil change (it had been changed a week ago and that bolt was FINE when it was put back in) didnt get my gauge fixed, fixed my cigarette lighter, and that was it.And now here we come to last week. This was my final straw.I take it in for an oil change and to CHECK the fuel filters and I leave with a million things wrong!Okay yes I have an oil leak. I knew that and where it was and it was exactly where they told me it was. Cool.I have a coolant leak. I knew that. They couldnt figure out where it was coming from. I figured it was in the same place its been the last three times there was a leak. They dont believe me. So I pop the hood and OH LOOK its leaking EXACTLY where I told them it was. I knew the ball joints need to be replaced eventually but they failed to tell me the last 4 times I was in there that they were dry and needed to be greased. They also failed to check the air filter even when i told them to check it for God knows how long and just kept telling me it was fine. They claimed it was cause the bolts were stripped and they didnt want to make it worse. They didnt even ask if I wanted the bolts replaced or anything. Just ignored it for years.This place is a joke and theyve lost us as customers. I will NEVER recommend this place. EVER.
