I bought a washer and dryer from these guys on March 28th 2020, I was told I would need to install it myself because of the pandemic. I was told it would be simple. We installed it and the dryer worked for about 6-7 months. After that it would work some of the time but we could never do more than one load in a day. I called today to see if I could get someone to come and look at the dryer before I shelled out more money to buy a new one and got hung up on. The man answering the call was very unprofessional and Im overall unimpressed with the service I got. I just wanted some guidance on how to get my dryer to work properly

We bought a refrigerator and range here. Excellent to work with. Has a lot more stock than home depot or lowes. In-store rep (Tristan) was helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions. Delivery crew (Kyle and Brandon I think but Im bad at remembering names) were very professional, did not damage anything, and made sure to test that everything worked on arrival.Will do business again when I need to replace an appliance.

Very knowledable staff that even can answer the hard questions that your big store appliance guy fails at.They have a fast rotating stock with good deals often sliding under the radar without much notice. Ask the older associates what they suggest and why. It will be worth it even if you dont end up buying from them. I bought from them and loved it.

Within moments of walking in I was asked by an employee if I needed help. I let him know I was good. And he left, not a few minutes later another employee asked the same. Curtis was very knowledgeable and helpful when making my selection. The delivery guys were not only meticulous about detail, but very friendly and professional. I love how they carry the appliance rather than roll it on a dolly. They even made sure my dryer vent was secure, and they made sure the appliances worked providing a quick tutorial. We moved into our first home last month and my father told us to go to hooker so we went and looked and wow the prices are half off of Home Depot prices. We ended up getting every appliance from them and they did a awesome job delivering. They were very careful and got everything set up and ready to go. Saved us ALOT of money! You cant even see the dings/ dents.
