Im a casual runner and its always very intimidating going into a running store. But I didnt feel that way at Lincoln Running Company. I was encouraged to try a few similar pairs to my first preference in type of shoe and took them home. They mentioned if I didnt like them to bring them back. I wasnt a huge fan of my first selection and they were great about swapping them out for something that was more suited to my style. I wasnt pushed to the most expensive shoe and not hassled to buy.

The staff helped me as soon as I walked in and they were very kind and knowledgeable! My new shoes are great, too.

I visited Lincoln Running Company to buy a pair of shoes for my flat feet. Max did my walking assessment and pulled out a couple of different shoe brands. I spend almost 30-40 min trying many other shoes for overpronation. However I end up buying the first pair that Max pulled out for me. This speaks for how well trained the employees are and they know what they are doing! My feet, and knees are happy!

Employees are well-trained on HOW to fit shoes properly....finding the best shoe for each customer. I am usually in and out in no time at all (15 min or so). I always leave this store knowing I have the perfect shoe for my needs.

I had been told repeatedly to try Lincoln Running Company when I was having issues finding running shoes and I am not disappointed that I took that advice. The team member who helped me started out by getting information on what type of activity I would be doing in the shoes and then proceeded to measure different areas of my feet and took note of my stride. He came back with multiple options, all which would have worked, but I picked my new favorite pair of running shoes out of the bunch and will definitely return to the Lincoln Running Company when I am ready to replace them.

They have a pretty good selection, but for whatever reason they try to push me towards shoes that Ive said arent comfortable or they try and sell me on bright purple and pink shoes when my whole wardrobe is black and Im not a huge fan of brightly colored shoes. I asked if I could order my size in the black but wasnt allowed like the first time I was in there.
