They had whut I wanted, large variety of sports gear and fishing, great store, very respectful workers and very polite.

The store is always out of items I need. I was attempting to buy shoes for the 3rd time and I was told to come back today because they said their load was coming in today. I was told they were out again. Also I notice every time I come to this location is that I allways have to ask for help. Employees here do not automatically come up to you and ask you if you need help. It is really poor customer service.

The parking lot is a bit confusing but the store is great. It is very clean and they have almost everything that you would need. The customer service is also great.

Randomly found this store in Lincoln. They have a large selection of everything from fishing to golfing.. Prices are affordable and staff is friendly. Clean and safe store. I got my fishing poles from there recently. Recommended!!!

They are very disorganized. Inventory is useless. Had to go to three different stores to find an item that their website said was available at the first store.

Yesterday I was in this store to buy 2 pair of shoes. The employees went to great lengths to avoid customer contact and offered no assistance in any way. Today I went back and there was a different crew and even though the store was busy they were very helpful and found what I wanted.

Mask wearing requirement is ridiculous. Prices were good.

This place is a great place to go. Its not gonna have everything for everyone but it has a good mix of deals and quality.The store has a lot of young people but they have always been helpful and try to go out of their way to find what you need. Im happy the store is here and they have some surprising deals sometimes.Visit often and you will save way more than the casual shopper.

I have purchased a lot of things from Big 5 over the last 25 years, different locations, obviously. I called however they dont carry what I was looking for this time. But theyre always friendly and knowledgeable.

Great help - Went to buy some night crawler worms for my 31 year old Box Turtle and young person named tagged Tom helped me. Stopped what he was doing to ring me up at the register. Im sure I looked like some weird old man trying to buy fishing supplies. Tom listened to my dumb old man stories and even seemed to care what I had to say. They are lucky to have Tom. In my estimate of years he represents them well and will go far in life. All the staff here has been great each time I have shopped here.

I went to Big 5 to buy play ground balls. They have a good selection of fun recreation games to buy.And , they are always friendly and helpful too.

9.30 softball game, store opens same time. Got there at 9 am and they wouldnt open a little earlier so my daughter could have the cleats for her game. Company policy!!!! Ill never come back!!! And Im going to preach that to the other parents and my friends.

This particular location had quite a bit to choose from. My only complaint, and it seems to apply to every Big 5 Ive been in, is lack of customer service. I can never find anyone who works there to ask a question and when I finally get frustrated enough to go roaming the floor to find someone, they either dont know the answer or give me a ridiculous answer that I KNOW is not right. Personally I feel bad for them because they are typically young adults who have not been trained properly.

Its a smaller store but (as opposed to a super store) easy to find what Im looking for. There are always specials, clearances, and coupons. Can be a little short staffed at times, but they try to be welcoming and helpful.

Drove here from Rocklin to get some wading boots and some baseball gear. This place is great. The staff is so incredibly helpful. And they have so much stuff here. My son and I could spent hours in the store.

Went in with my dad and it was like the cashier didnt want to help him. Once he saw me he changed his attitude really quick. I dont know what his problem was but it was some young punk teen that didnt care about the customers. Horrible customer service

The store is a cluttered mess with no organization whatsoever. The employees dont know how to ring up their customers or use their OS. 15 minute wait in a line for two people. Its a wonder why people go to the store. Train your staff and organize like a normal company.

Nice clean store, friendly staff walked us to find volleyball shorts and the dressing rooms. Wish there were more options of overall sporting goods, but they have a lot of variety for their small building size.

Its nice to have a sporting goods store nearby, but its so empty. There are not a lot of options in much of the product lines. Bats are thin, gloves, shoes, cleats, everything is light. Hopefully they can get enough business to warrant carrying more product in Lincoln.
