Jeff Brandl is great, he made me feel very comfortable and wasnt pushy. He seems to really care and is very good at answering all your questions. All the people that helped me seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for and really made me feel welcomed. Great team of people!

Very nice staff, very helpful without the salesman stereotype. Answered all my questions and had very pleasant small talk without feeling pressured.

Stopped in here with my elderly father, browsing bikes and looking for an Indian of Lincoln t-shirt. Not one person greeted us, spoke to us, or helped us. There was noone shopping but us. Never found the size of shirt I wanted, so we left. Noone said a word. Funny thing is I own a 2016 Dark Horse and wouldve spent some good money here. Not now.

I havent bought anything or had any mechanical stuff done yet. Jeff Wayne and Bill took their time and answered my questions, and any accessories that I was thinking of they had the knowledge for that as well.My visit was great I will be back
