I walked in and was immediately greeted and I was able to tell them what I was looking for, they got me directed to the right person and he was able to show me several options at a wide range of prices and functions. He even checked the inventory online and we were able to get something ordered! Thank you to the guy working behind the counter who helped me get an awesome helmet with a Bluetooth speaker. I cant wait till it arrives 😁

Would not recommend the service department, especially for tires. My son had two brand new road tires/stems put on his 2008 Kawasaki Versys 5 months ago. He probably has only put 500 miles on the tires in 5 months. He was getting to a stop light recently and his front end started pulling heavy...he looked down and his tire was near flat. Limped the bike home to fill the tire with air, and once he gets it filled back up, it is clear there is air leaking from where the stem meets the rim. Son called service to see if they could get him in, and inquired why the stem would fail so soon and asked if they would pick up the cost if it was the stem. They said theyd look at it, but it would cost anywhere from $30-$80 to fix if it was a stem. This is the price he was quoted with a tire that would be off the bike. Even if my son has somehow knocked the stem out of place, and the stem wasnt faulty...$30-$80 to replace a stem seems quite steep. Sorry Star City Motor Sports...youve just lost my business, my sons business, and anyone else who cares to listen to my opinion about your business and follow my lead not to return to your store.

If I could give them no stars I would. First of all they used a old salesmen tactic on me by keeping me there for almost the whole day. I was there to buy a used dirt bike they had. They claimed they were having trouble getting me financed with a credit score of 750 plus. So I offered cash for the bike. Then when they finally got me financed and have me sign the papers. The salesman tells me that I can get a extended warranty on the bike. I ask how much and he says its already included in the price of the bike. Which meant that he already charged me an extra $3500 to my loan. I didnt catch it until the last second. I had already been there most of the day sitting in the heat waiting for this deal to go through. I was just wanting to go back home (Council Bluffs) and didnt want to wait for them to rewrite all the paperwork. He told me that it would cover all the maintenance on the bike besides a blown motor. Ive had my bike in 3 times and all they will do is change the fluids. Wont replace sprocket , chain, brake lever, tires or shock seals that they say all needs changed. So I paid $3500.00 for oil changes for the next 3 years. Couldnt even get a new filter. I had to bring a extra one in with me when I picked the bike up after they did a $500.00 oil change on it. These guys are crooks and I would never buy anything from them again!

Excellent service. Erica in the service department got me in for a tire change before my actual appointment. In and out very quickly. Thanks Erica. I forgot to mention that Tanner did an excellent job as well. He checked the oil, tire pressure, brakes and much more. It was nice to have all of that checked even though it was only supposed to be the tire change. I should have mentioned this before and the mechanics often dont get the credit that they should.

Fun place to vist and tons of bikes new and used.Prices are dealership high but thats to be expected.On a low note we walked around the entire place and tried out different bikes for over 45 minutes and was never approached by anyone. I continued to ask questions louder and louder but noone approached to answer them.Also, numerous used bikes had no price on them and we had to seek out a salesman to get the numbers.

Star City Scammers. The service manager and all 5 mechanics couldn’t screw in a light bulb if you put them all in the same room for a full work week. Finance will tear you to shreds and sell you a service plan that isn’t worth the paper its written on but somehow costs $2,000. Even if you insist you don’t want it they’ll still sneak it in. All around terrible business, you will regret dealing with every department hereEdit: LOL! Robert you’re so funny, fraud is hilarious!! Especially the felony one’s!

I just got off the phone with Erica, in the service department. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had! My boyfriend and I were traveling out of state on our motorcycles and needed new tires. Erica and Tanner got us scheduled the next morning. Our bikes were thoroughly looked over and made sure they we safe to ride back to Minnesota. Very thankful for Tanner’s expertise in motorcycle mechanical maintenance.

Came in for my first sportsbike, Dustin was nothing but extremely helpful in figuring out what I want, gave so many tips in what to look for, advice on gear, and had full attention on making me happy. I couldnt ask for a better salesman for my first bike.They also do free delivery! That was such a huge peace of mind because I wasnt quite comfortable riding city streets despite going through the MSF course and getting my M endorsement. They sold me a bike with 16 year old tires, and thought they were safe to be ridden on. A lot of the bikes on their sales floor were dirty and not cleaned properly, leaves in the seat of a nc700x they had, dirt on the saddle bags still, and dirt and grease scuffs on a honda shadow I looked at. Star city wouldnt help me out at all with the cost of new tires or even the labor, the only discount offer I got was from my sales guy Myles, who was a really good salesman, no negative marks to him at allEdit: Theyre putting new tires on it for me, had to buy them myself but they said theyd do it and a couple other minor things for me

Bought brand new 2021 rzr pro xp4 had nothing but problem with it and they refused to help me they told me their was another dealer ship closer that I should go to because all they want to do is sell and not waste time helping some one that has bought two off road vehicles from them

They have 70cc kids four wheelers listed on their website for $999, called them and they wanted 999+ 700 for freight& doc fees and $250 more if I didn’t finance them. Website is false advertising, almost double if I pay cash!

Horrible experience we bought a new 2020 r6 and the finance guy told us it was 9% interest but only if we got all these extra warranties otherwise it would be 15%. Also he said i have to get the tire warranty package for $680 and have to pay for that up front so i did in cash.Later when i was looking thru paperwork it showed that i finanaced the tire warranty as well not that i paid for it. Several other issues all with the finance guy there just lying. Just wanted to also add the sales guy (fingers) was an awsome guy really helped us make the right choice. Anyways after reading about how the max any dealership can raise the interest by 2% no matter what i called the bank and they said no it was the same percentage with or without any warranty. So we went back to delarship finally they got it all fixed but i would never recommend buying anything here not even a piece of gum. Dillions brothers is in omaha but man those people are honest and fair.

Adam who handles trailer sales is a gentlemen. He was professional knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a trailer. Cant say enough good things about Adam.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars!!!!I will NEVER send anyone to Star City. All we did was get the run around. They sold my husband a extended service plan when he bought his side by side. My husband asked if he could take it somewhere closer to home to get the work done as we live about 60 miles away and without hesitation the salesman said yes absolutely just give us a call and tell us where your taking it and we will get ahold of them. Once it was time to get the first service done we call to tell them and we were told you had to bring it to Star City for the first service but then could take it anywhere else after that which makes no sense. After the salesperson argued and yelled at my husband over the phone about it they said we will just cancel your extended service and refund your money which was fine! 2 weeks later I call back to see if it had been cancelled yet the finance guy said no it hasn’t it just passed through his desk a couple days ago we have just been to busy! I ask again about us being able to take it somewhere else and he said we like to have the first service done here and then you can take it anywhere you want after that. we had it in for the service yesterday that’s why I called and since it wasn’t cancelled yet asked if there was anything we could do to make it work. He told me he would get with the owner and call me back. At about 7:30 at night they finally called back and said they only way they could honor the service deal was to have it brought back to them every time! When I spoke with the owner he stated you could never have taken anywhere else after 2 different people told us we could. Never once did we receive the same information and never once did anyone say I will go check or I’m sorry for the misunderstanding until I talked to the owner last night and made that clear he said they were making it right with me by cancelling and refunding my money however that was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago and still had not been done yet! Had they told my husband when he bought the machine the TRUTH about the extended service that would have been no issue but I have read several other reviews that other people have also got the run around so now that just shows that’s how this company does business!!! If you purchase something from Star City make sure you get every detail in writing and have your salesman sign it.

We had made an app for Aug. 1, 2020 three weeks in advance to have 2 recalls done on our Kawasaki Mule. My husband told them he would have to wait there for repairs to be done because he had to go out of town next day so need to have it done. They said no problem, would only take 1 1/2 hours to do. We were there when they opened at 9:00 and first ATV at door. Went in and said we were there. 2 other ATVs pulled up at door behind us. They came out moved ours to side of bldg and they took the others inside. Checked with them they said they had appts before us. Waited and waited...finally at 3:30 they took ours in. My husband said YOU KNOW I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A 9:00 APP and have to wait for the recall repairs till done, Im leaving town!!!Finally at 5:00 they got done..He saw the Manager standing there but he avoided my husband and would even come talk to us.Why did they make so many apps for same time???We dont have anything good to say about their service dept. We live just outside Lincoln and they are closer..but will go to Omaha from now on..they care about customers!!

I got my bike from Dustin at star city motor sports. I do not know how to ride a bike yet so my friend was supposed to ride it to my house. My friend fell through and I texted Dustin to ask if he could deliver my bike at some point. He really wanted to get it to me before bad weather today, so he insisted to bring it to my house when I got off work yesterday. I got off at 11 pm. So Dustin delivered my motorcycle to me at midnight!!! He did not ask for more money or a delivery fee. He just did it out of the kindness of his heart. I never have seen a salesman so dedicated to his clients! I don’t have any riding gear, and because of this experience with Dustin, I will buy all my gear from star city and I will recommend Dustin at star city to all my friends who are looking for a bike! Made a verbal deal on a motorcycle over the phone said I would be out later that day to take a look. Salesman said he had to put a battery in it, no problem I will give a call back this afternoon. Call back and they had sold the bike out from under me. I made an offer and they accepted it. Someone else showed up and bought it before I could get there. Needless to say I was pretty P.O.ed. I initially wrote a very scathing review. Kyle from Star City called me back twice and tried to make it right so I give credit where credit is due. I believe Kyle was sincere and wanted to make it right. But cant change what is done.

I purchased a 2015 Ninja 650 back in June of 2018. Initially the process was smooth, especially considering I already knew what I wanted and I paid cash for the bike. After signing the purchase contract and obtaining the keys, I was told that their process was to mail the title.After several weeks had gone by, I was getting worried about not receiving the title yet as my “in-transits” were only good for 30 days and were about to expire (I needed the title to get the bike registered in my name and obtain license plates). I kept getting the run around from their finance department and after calling day after day, I discovered that the bike they sold me was not even technically in their ownership. Somebody from the finance department explained that they received the bike as a trade-in the day before it was sold to me, but the person who traded it in still had a loan against the bike so his bank had possession of the title. After explaining my frustration to Star City, I was advised to “just call the bank that has the title to see what the status of it is”, although I shouldn’t have had to, I did call the bank and they had to release their lien and forward the title to Star City, and THEN Star City could mail me MY title. It took almost 45 days after I bought the bike for me to receive the title, therefore I wasn’t able to ride it for 15 days because my in-transits were expired.This was my first time buying a bike and it was the shadiest deal I’ve ever been apart of. I’d stay far away from this place and go to Dillon Brothers Motorsports in Omaha!

Great place to go lots of friendly staff great deals on bikes. Bought a brand new bike from them and so far I am extremely happy. My only suggestion would be to try to sell accessories with the bikes when they are being purchased. Helmets exhaust etc

They do not keep their inventory accurate on Amazon.com which means they will cancel your order a day or two after you place it which could very well ruin plans for a ride if you’re counting on a product from them in order to get back on the bike. I was left unable to ride on a holiday weekend with my friends just because they can’t keep their inventory up-to-date. Poorly executed on their behalf yet at my expense. Most likely, if I would have ordered elsewhere, I’d be riding over the holiday weekend and thereafter but because I trusted my purchase to them, now I won’t be.

I would like to personally give Myles and Lane (The two young gentlemen) who helped me with my purchase 5 stars for their great customer service. I just bought a CanAm Spyder. Myles (think I got the spelling right) was incredibly easy to work with as a salesman. Personable and very helpful. I also needed to integrate helmets and sound accessories into the CanAm. Despite this being 2020 when youd think manufacturers would make things incredibly easy, integration doesnt always go as planned. Lane in parts worked very hard to get the proper equipment, research the best solutions, and then worked with Myles and me on making sure everything was installed properly. Going the extra mile earns them the 5 stars.As a kind suggestion, however, as I have read other reviews, I do think making sure that customers are engaged by the front desk within a few seconds of coming in to get them to the correct people would strengthen their overall experience. Good job guys. Thanks....we are loving the new Spyder!

I have bought a jet ski and bike from Star City, both times the salesmen were awesome to work with and were willing to answer any questions that I had and give me advice on everything from brands to helmets to service plans. Im really happy with the work they did rewiring my jet ski trailer when my bad dog chewed up the wiring, their jet ski service crew is awesome

When I went in last month to look into buying a motorcycle. I first talked to Casey which was a great guy, had patients with me Motorcycles that was in the price range that I wanted. Casey then turned me over to Dustin which is a great guy as well, he is newer to the sales floor but was knowledgeable. Dustin did make the sale to me for a bike that I could not refuse. On the other hand, when I went to look for a helmet to purchase, the woman that does the sales on those went directly to the helmets that was out of my price range. I told her what my price range was and she immediately exceeded it by over $100. When I told her NO that is not in my price range, she told me to hold on and walked away saying she will be right back but never did. I know that everyone in there works off of commission, but my god be more of a sales person and work with your customers.I would say that my overall experience was a good one besides the Helmet Woman.

I often go here to get parts that I need for my bike or four wheeler. Depending on who you get service can be great or make you feel a bit like a burden. They have a decent selection of helmets and gear. Though I wish they had bigger selection. They have a large selection of bikes and four wheelers on the show room. Lots to choose from!

Would not recommend using their service department as I spent exactly twice as much for an oil/filter change as I have in the past at Rods Motor Sports. Their technician also recommended I get a new battery since the ATV was starting a little slow. I had been noticing this recently so I agreed to the new battery. Unfortunately, the ATV is still slow to start to who knows if I even needed a battery. I tried them once out of convenience and will not be returning.

Went in after a long day of construction work. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Over priced to the max too. Did not like being told I was to broke for their store...

Overpriced OEM oil! Kawasaki 10w-40 is $5.95 MSRP per Kawasaki.com selling here for $8.99. Have always been reluctant to spend money here but when in a bind decided to stop for 1 qt of oil. Won’t be spending anymore money in this establishment.

Not much selection but what are ya gonna do when your 750+ miles from home and are in need? Staff was helpful and store was as expected for a motorcycle store.If in Lincoln again I would visit again.

Made the mistake of not going to dillon brothers in omaha. Financing through star city big mistake. Still waiting on credit to my loan that they over charged me and deceived me on. They told me ot would be done by the 28th of last month. It wasnt, call a week ago, told they mailed check on 21st. Still nothing. Dont go here, go to Omaha. They treat you well.

Tanner in the service department is the man. Knows his stuff and doesnt beat around the bush. I trust this glorious bearded gentleman with all of my powersports needs. The sales floor is packed with bikes and wheelers, as expected. Trade-in value on used bikes leaves something to be desired, which is money. Parts deparent carries some good stuff, but the selection can be a little limited. Usually some good bargains to be had in the clearance area if you are looking for some random stuff. 5/5 stars - will be back to see Tanners beard.

Was impressed with the variety of bikes and ATV available however I was not impressed with the customer service. I was there to ask some questions and make a purchase but did not feel any of the sales employees were interested in making a sale. I chose to make my purchase elsewhere.

I bought a 2004 Yamaha Vstar 1100 from your dealership a year ago and I love my bike but I had some problems with it (and shes got quite a few miles on her). I had some electrical issues that cropped up about three weeks after I bought the bike that you guys fixed right up, even though it wasnt covered by my service plan, and a few months later, I had a major issue with my wheel bearings that took some effort to diagnose and correct. But now, my bike is running great, and Ill be in shortly for another oil change. I always get prompt service from good people and Im happy to continue to be a customer.

Good selection of bikes and atvs. Dont go on a Sunday as I did. Was looking at side by sides for almost an hour and no one helped me. A customer should not have to stop sales personnel from personal conversation to get help in my opinion. I left without being helped with the cash still in my pocket.

HE CALLED SOMEONE TO HELP ME 10 MIN LATER THEY SHOW UP BTW THERE WERE MAYBE 5 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. TOOK 45min TO GET TWO BOLTS ORDERED. WAITING FOR THEM NOW. HOPEFULLY THEY GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME. BTW THIS ISNT MY FIRST TIME HAVING A PROBLEM TRYING TO GET HELP ITS EVERYTIME IM IN. Personally I think the sales floor reps. care so much about the commission that they only pay attention to the people looking at the motor vehicles. Im not bad mouthing the service department just the sales floor they need to be more helpful as others have said. You get paid to help the customer not to talk with each other all day. I hope the owner catches this and puts his foot down. As said before I have never had any service work done but, I do have friends that say they do good work for them.

Sales is helpful , got exactly what I wanted.Finance is another story, classic dealership tactics so be careful. Ive tried removing my service plan idk how many times. I was told over the phone they would remove it (after I paid taxes on this because it was included in my purchase price) but that has not happned.(Edited for clarity)

I couldn’t believe the way I was treated by some of these sales men. I put a down payment on a motorcycle and decided not to get it after all because I found a better deal. I asked for my deposits back and was told I would receive a check in the mail. After not receiving a check I went in to the store to ask for my deposite. The salesmen claimed it had been received and proceeded to check the status of the check. When the employee called the manager he said the matter was not top priority. As we waited we decided to check out some motorcycles. I noticed the salesmen watching us closely following us. When I asked the price of a motorcycle the salesman replied “ oh I don’t think you can afford that.”

Got my first motorcycle from here. I’m ready for summer to take it back out.

I have been dealing with Star City Motor Sports for several years now the sales staff is always accommodating as is the service department and sales staff in the parts area. 2 years ago I purchased a new Polaris Slingshot from Star City and have been having all of my service work and everything else done there they are always right on top of things and very efficient and getting your vehicles back out to you as quickly as possible the prices may seem a little high to some people but like saying you get what you pay for and the knowledge of the service department and sales staff is worth the price.

Kyle helped me get my first bike, and was very responsive in messages when I had questions. After a short time I was on a brand new Kawasaki z125 2018. The customer service was phenomenal from every individual and I am very thankful for star city Motorsports and again Kyle for making this happen

Will not be going back. Ever. Was told it would $210 for a tire and $35 for them to put it on. The tire ended up costing $245 and the service charge was $45. The only good thing I can say is the staff were moderately helpful/friendly. If you are on the fence or even think you WANT to go here, DO NOT. Find another place somewhere remotely close and go there!

I have a 2008 Hayabusa. I purchase a lot of parts from Star City and I must say that the service I receive from them is outstanding. I have purchased close to $8000 in parts and accessories and the people that work there have gone above all my expectations. I think Star City is doing an amazing job at keeping all of their customers happy. If something isnt right, they will make it right for you with anything that they can. I will never use anyone else for anything I need except Star City. Good job guys, keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Had the exact bike we wanted at a awesome price. Over the phone price was what I paid. No bait and switch, no hidden fees. Even answered on Facebook on a sunday when most were closed. Pleasant transaction, highly recommend!

High pressure sales. Make sure you read and understand everything theyre trying to push off on you before you buy.

Took 3.5 hours to service my ranger!? 1.5 hours to change the cv boot. 4.5 hours all together. Hopefully they got a good 3 hour nap in. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice assortment of new and used bikes. Plenty of accessories, and a friendly and helpful staff.

Star City has a massive show floor, several different options, and is a great environment to hang out or purchase vehicles I have purchased 5 vehicles from Star City and I receive nothing but amazing customer service every time. If I ever had a problem they were quick to resolve any issues the best they could. I would recommend anyone to visit Star City Motor Sports for all of there power sport needs.

Fantastic selection of everything from bikes, ATV, Polaris slingshots and wave runners. Lots of riding wear and helmets too. Sales people where helpful without being pushy.

It easy to get too for parts has a alot of of road fun got oil an filter for 4wheeler they were happy to help you

I have purchased two bikes from these guys. Bought the service plans for both and never had any issues with services. In fact, one of the techs (Tanner) who has serviced my kx450f since brand new has went above and beyond when I bring it in.He takes the time to talk to me about making adjustments on the bike and just BS with me about riding. Goes a long way with a guy like me! Thanks Tanner!Nate in finance when above and beyond also. Kept working at it until he got it done. I was self employed at the time so proving income was difficult. He did not give up so thanks to Nate also!And thanks to Jesse and Bruce for getting the ball rolling on me and my sons bikes.Great experience all the way around. Highly recomend Star City. Always treated me right.
