I showed up at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning with hydraulic clutch issues, Logan got my bike in immediately flushed and filled the system, washed the bike and I was on my way an hour and 15 minutes after I arrived. Everything works great. I never had a bad experience at the Frontier dealership.

Needed a back tire for our Road King quickly. Called Logan in the service department, he was able to get us in and out and hour and a half great very professional and helpful! Great experience.

Jase is a great salesman. He stuck with it and eventually sold me a 2021 Road King so now I can be the king of the road. I talked to several dealerships and most of the salesman were just too pushy or not willing to help much. They also cut me a good deal on the price and added a couple of accessories.Pretty good experience overall. Will probably go back to buy some road clothes soon.

Logan at Frontier has always been my go to guy for services. He is knowledgeable, honest and is willing to go the extra mile. You can tell he cares about the customer.

Frontier is the only Harley Davidson service place i will go to trust handling my bike. They scheduled me a week out for service nd were right on time starting on nd finishing it. They even washed nd buffed my bike after service. Thts not all, they gave me a FULL tank of gas already in the bike 4 pick up. U get wht u pay for nd thts a perfect example of doing things right and not cutting corners. Logan the service advisor is great nd knows his bikes. He knew the year of my 883 sportster hugger by looking at it without me saying a word. Dont take a harley to a hole in the wall with poor lighting. Trust the professionals at Frontier HD in lincoln, ne. I did nd thankful i did.

Stopping along the route to purchase tee shirts and other dealer merchandise we decided to stop at Frontier. Best choice of the 8 dealerships we visited. Understand we had no bad service from any other places.Every person we encountered greeted us and we were directed to a young man in apparel. His name is Levi. I do not know if he is the only person in this position but encountering him made the visit a 10 out of 10, period! He was inquisitive, informative, personal and engaged my 13 year old son as an equal. He went out of his way to make our experience excellent. I didnt see any tee shirts that caught my eye, he went into the storage area and came back with more. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area of Lincoln, NE. Stop in and see Levi for Harley apparel, I dont think you will be disappointed.

First off I rode in there on my 2013 fattylo( 15 mins before they close), thought I was hearing something in primary, caught Logan walking from service to the showroom, asked him for a quick ear, no hesitation the man comes and helps me. Get it in the shop, they inspect it,(I was nit pickin) all was good, it had other stuff that needed done,( tires, brake pads, wheel bearings, ) they handled it all at a fair price and checked with me to ok everything before doing so, which I appreciated a ton. All in all I had a great experience with the guys down there, professional, chill guys. Last but not least, not only did they help a guy for a day, they earned a customer for life. Will definitely be back when it’s time for my road glide. Big thanks to Logan and the rest of the guys down there!

I was riding from Idaho to Indiana because my father was very sick. About 150 mi before I came across this Harley the rear bolt for my floorboard broke on my 2020 Street glide special. I saw them next to the highway so I pulled in and they had me repaired and back on the road within 30 minutes. Great friendly staff.

Came to check out the dealership after the sale from Dave to H & H. Still felt like the same place so far. There was a big open house party with stunt bikes, BBQ and a band going all day long. They had a great sale of several bike parts and I picked up a set of grips for my bike half price. The next stunt bike show had not started yet so I proceeded to put them on in the parking lot. In the crowd of people the staff noticed me tearing into the bike and made sure everything was ok. Hopefully they keep up the good work and not go the way other harley dealerships owned by car dealerships go. That is, if you dont look like youre buying or have money, you are completely ignored.

They always treat you like you are the most important. Lance is the mechanic I have work on all my motorcycles. I have had 4 different motorcycles so far. I am always very impressed with Lances expertise and customer service attitude. I have personally refered Lance to several of my close friends and he never disappoints. I will continue to refer him to others.
