I expected to deal with a rough and tough haggler whod make me feel stupid but instead I got an informative, professional, and gentle speaking woman by the name of Brittany to help me with my first time in a pawn shop. Outstanding customer service and positive energy. Very appreciated.

Bought a air compressor, they could not test but stated it works. Compressor might run, but does not shut off. Wont take there junk back. Will never buy from them again. Buyes, beware, cheaper to buy from store, less headache. Now i have a air compressor thats useless. -100 stars

Ive been to this shop several times and have been super impressed with the staff and the service. Customer service and being polite to customers seems to be lost most places, but not here. They are fantastic!

Usually have great service until this week. Purchased a lawn mower for $75. Started while there. Brought home went to mow and herd loud pop. Engine blew. Didnt even get thru one line. And of course sold as is. Learned my lesson... Wont return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought 2 subs in one didnt work which is fine... but the other one that I just had hooked up that only is supposed to push 500 watts max the dude continues to push it thought his system at 1500 watts and blew it and told me its not supposed to sound like that and once I told him that the bottom says it isnt supposed to be pushed on that high of wattage he brings it back to me and says hes not interested. Blew my sub and didnt pay me for it

Personally, I havent had any problems with this place. The staff is very friendly, and they were very up front and honest whether something would be of any value. Ive gone to them a couple of times now, and have had a good experience each time. They made sure to tell me how the loan process worked, in relation to just doing a normal sale (where I had no intention getting it back). I have to say they are actually one of the better ones in town, as they dont try to hide anything from me as to how they operate loans or sales. Id recommend this store for anyone who wants a simplified experience, and whos okay with them being honest as to how much something is worth.

I have good experiences and they even let me trade dvds I got from them that skipped which is really unheard of for a pawn shop. Definitely my go to in Lincoln.

Best place to get ripped off. I wish you could give negative 4 stars. Theyll sell your loaned items without even letting you know. And Do Nothing about it except apologize. I strongly advise take your business elsewhere. Its absolutely not worth the migraine.

Went in to buy Bluetooth headphones for my PS4, was told they would work but when I took them home I found out PS4 does not support non-ps4 Bluetooth headphones. Went in next day and was told that if I didnt buy the protection plan, which I was offered but was not told I wouldnt even be able to get in store credit if I didnt purchase in case of a return, they couldnt even give me in store credit. To sum it up, incompetent employee sold me something I couldnt use and failed to inform me of what protection plan does. Would have spent more money here but dont want to get screwed in case their products dont work or they decide not to honor their return policy.

I have been going to the pawn in belmont for meany years. Long before they where AAA pawn. Up intell now they have always treated me right now with the new owners my last two trips there are my last trips there. They are out to rip you off the staff is not at all frindly like the last oweners they offerd me ten dollars for a watch i just got out of pawn 2 weeks ago at 70 dollars they make money on repeat customers they will go down fast. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!!!!!

Staff is very slow. This store will sell your pawned merchandise before they are legally allowed! Unless you like being ripped off, I would totally avoid this place!! I would given no stars if possible.
