I screwed my siblings out of their share of the business by having my father sign a legal document while on his death bed. Got a big inheritance though. Long loved this store.

My fiance and I found a ring we loved on Etsy. After a few months I noticed the center stone was very dull and cloudy despite routinely cleaning it. We decided to stop in at A T Thomas Jewelers to have it looked at. Even though we didnt purchase the ring there, Sam took our concerns seriously w/o judgement and confirmed it wasnt a Moissinate stone. She gave us a few options on replacing the stone with great prices, but never pressured us. We ultimately returned to have the stone replaced with a true, colorless Moissinate stone. It only took 4 days to replace the stone and Sam called us as soon as it was ready for pickup. I am beyond grateful for finally getting the engagement ring I thought I was getting in the first place. I highly recommend this jewelery store, especially Sam, to everyone!

When I went in to look at it she was kind enough to come over and give me the entire history and background on it (again, very knowledgeable and personable!). Matt continued to work with me during my limited lunch breaks to find the perfect ring setting to match the stone. We went in looking for a center stone for my engagement ring. Mind you this was the day before thanksgiving and they were closing but they didn’t care, the owner sat us down and showed us options, natural versus lab grown. He was very honest with us and I didn’t feel like he was trying to take our money, but just trying to get us the best deal and what we wanted. They didn’t have the size that we were looking for so the over-nighted the stone from one of their suppliers and had it for us the next day to look at, even if we didn’t go with that option, it was still there for us to look at. Love the engagement/wedding ring my now husband shopped for four years ago and love the welcoming environment every time I go in for a cleaning. The staff is always happy and inviting. My husband brought my little sister in with him to help find the perfect ring. As a hairstylist my hands are always in chemicals and pretty much everything. Knowing this, my hubby and the jeweler were able to set my stone a little lower and I hear they were super sweet with him being in there for four hours picking the best engagement/wedding ring for me. I chose to not go with a wedding band, because of the unique antique waves that the stones are set in, and because it felt very meaningful that my engagement band could also be my wedding band and the significance of that.

Funny story:My dad gave me a blue diamond ring in a white gold setting. I wore it everyday. The diamond fell out, I was devastated. Didnt know how to tell my dad. But then my friend miraculously found the diamond in my truck. So I took it to A.T. Thomas on O street in Lincoln and asked if they could fix it and while I was at it get an appraisal. They did just that in a weeks time. When I saw the ring fixed and polished it made me so happy! Dad was happy too there was a solution and I can wear it. Thank you all staff for everything!

When my husband went in 4 years ago to pick out my engagement ring, he was in his work clothes and he is a cable installer, they treated him with respect, and listed to what he was looking for and were very helpful. He was very impressed and we have gone there ever since. We love this jewelry store and won’t go anywhere else!

I love this family owned business. They do custom jewlery and we’ve had two pieces done here. Other places told me they wouldn’t touch my design(and I was prepared to have it maintained) yet AT Thomas took my business and knocked it out of the park.

I was not impressed when I walked in looking for an engagement ring. The gentleman that helped me was hired for sales and nothing more. He was not knowledgeable about diamond rating reports. Everything about my experience was sales driven. They were very pushy on the lab grown diamonds. They also failed to explain that GIA and IGI reports are not usually the same, which can be deceiving. I was able to find a GIA rated in ground diamond of similar size and quality for much less than they were trying to sell a lab grown diamond for. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because every employee was very friendly. Regardless, I do not recommend going here based off of my experience.

I came for a custom engagement ring with a family heirloom diamond. AT Thomas worked with me to find the exact design I wanted with open communication, helpful knowledge, and fair pricing. Id absolutely recommend checking them out for any kind of jewelry.

Sam and Chris have always been incredibly helpful, from ring looking before we were engaged, to designing custom wedding bands. A.T. My husband got a diamond necklace for me here as well as my engagement and wedding rings. He also has purchased two pairs of diamond earrings for me. We were very happy with AT Thomas and their service, selection and prices. However, I upgraded at Christmas to larger diamond earrings. I specifically talked with them about wearing them all the time and to bed, swimming etc. I asked for screw backs for the safety of them. They disagreed and assured me that there were “stronger better backs that would work better” . Within a month I lost both earrings. The other pair I had for more than TEN years and no problems. Very sad and disappointed that I was talked out of the screw backs, assured their safety and now lost without any!

Got one ring resized and another repaired. They did a fantastic job and it was done in less than a week. I was very pleased with the service.

We had a miscommunication about ring resizing when we came in the first time but AT Thomas Jewelers was quick to clear up the miscommunication and get my ring in to be resized.

I went there a few days ago to look at wedding bands, for my fiancee and I. I started talking to this gentleman and showed him my wrong I bought from another store, for my engagement ring and told him I need bands to go with that. He was so polite and friendly. He was also very knowlegable and helped me to find the perfect wedding band. The bonus is he showed me with those bands I could think out of the box and flip them the way you normally dont and create my own masterpiece. He made me feel very special. I couldnt decide what I wanted to do and left to look at another jeweler, and I told him I was going to do so. He didnt try to bribe me with discounts or specials to stay. He told me to take a look around before I made a decsion. I didnt feel pressure at all. Needless to say I didnt find anything more beautiful then those rings. So I went back. Also he didnt stop until he got a great price for my picky fiancee and his wedding band! Not until we came back and discussed to buy our rings did he tell us he was the owner. He was just a laid back and great guy! My fiancees ring shoudl be in soon, and I just have to wait until closer to our wedding to get my ring put together! I cant wait and will be coming back to this jeweler anytime I need anything!
