Went with a friend for a coffee date. And was a nice experience to just sit in there and talk and smell the coffee. It was great, and the coffee is always great. I only put 4 stars because instead of makin both drinks on our order at the same time. They made one and I had to wait almost 15 mins for my drink.

I have been going to this Starbucks for awhile now and every time I go I’m very pleased. The entire staff is very welcoming and really seem interested in getting to know every customer that comes in. I usually have my kids with me when I go and all of the staff interact with them as well! 10/10 recommend this Starbucks!

One of the nicest looking locations Ive ever seen. It really sticks out to you. Inside isnt as open as some Starbucks but still nice with ample room and plenty of seats. Outside there are a lot of seats for summer as well as shade for the hot days. Some of my favorite baristas now work at this location. I know the service will be great because of them. Im always happy to see them and my days are always better because of them.

The place was very dirty and full of flies, the attention was not good, the employee who was taking the orders was slow to attend us, he was making calls and had a bad attitude. definitely one of the worst experiences at Starbucks.

Starbucks always has great coffees and lemonades. Mine is regular black coffee with a little ice and 2 pink sweetener. My partner likes lemonade with 2 yellow sweetener. Great place to stop for drinks. I recommend shopping here.

I came in around 10:45 on 4/14/2021 and I want to say thank you to the girl who asked me how I was doing and seemed genuinely concerned when I said that I’m just doing all right, and to the girl at the window who gave me the cake pop. They’re super small things, but they really meant a lot to me today. I’ve been having a really rough time the last few days. So thank you again, and you two really did a lot to cheer me up. 💕☺️

Twice now in the last week or so we have ordered a vente and the drink was not even close to being full. The first time I decided to let it go but come on! Once about 3” from the top. Felt ripped off, they charge enough for their drinks they should at least fill it up.

I never thought I would like the mainstream place so much but Starbucks, their customer service, theyre hot and cold drinks, their cheese danishes, everything about the place is absolutely wonderful!

If I could give zero I would. Ive never seen people work so slowly or a line move so slowly. Waited in line for 25 minutes, only to leave when 8 cars were in front of us. Hire people who can actually do the job.

I like this Starbucks probably the best. I normally would go to O streets either 33rd or 70th starbucks. All of the lines are crazy busy, but adulting requires coffee lol.This starbucks always does an amazing job with my coffee, and they have added almond milk. They dont just have regular and soy milk anymore. So great add starbucks.I will say the only reason Im giving it a 4 star is because, while amazing service, very inconvenient parking lot. Theres only 1 exit in and out. Theres multiple business in this shopping area. So when the line gets backed up, its hard to get in and out.

Always friendly staff, but recently the drive thru has been super slow, they turned off order ahead and they almost never have food.

Coffee was good. But we werent allowed to sit on the outdoor patio. Had to find somewhere else to drink our beverages. Stupid as all get out. 😤

I would be rating them higher (usually 5 star service) but the wait is insane and drive through can stretch to street. Not really the stores fault and definitely not the staff, but it is a problem and if you are in a hurry this may not be the best store for you. This is something that should have been thought of when planning the build.

Cant live without this place. Service is kind, knowledgeable and quick. The beverages are amazing. I cant comment to the food as I have never eaten here. I have never heard of there being any issues with the food, I just am drawn to this place for the awesome drink combinations!

Great service, wonderful and friendly staff, this location is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the drinks are so good. I love both the indoor and outdoor seating, but the patio is nice because I can bring my dog :) I have brought my own bottles for them to make my drinks in before so it is a good option if you are trying to be environmentally conscious. The app is convenient and easy as well.

Fast, friendly service. Barista made suggestions that I wouldnt have thought to ask for, and that I enjoyed. Tables were clean and busy, but not packed. Games available to play, and relaxed atmosphere.

Theyre never open when I go anymore. But the one inside hyvee is apparently always open. I dont have time to go park in hyvees busy lot, walk into the store, then wait an egregious amount of time to get my coffee. Considering this is the only drive thru place with such limited hours, I think its a little ridiculous.

Our barista Ethan was so great! He was so genuine and friendly. He even offered thoughtful recommendations when we couldnt decide what we wanted. Exceptional service!

Honestly this is the best Starbucks Ive been to. Its a good location, quiet when you need to study, service is quick, and the staff is the friendliest Ive ever had in a Starbucks.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks in different towns-this is the worst one I have ever been to. They are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, and they have screwed up my order So many times it’s actually comical at this point. The only reason I even continue to go to this location is because it’s the only one on this side of town with a drive thru-and I keep hoping someone from one of the other locations will come train these guys.The have added the wrong syrup to my order so many times-but I think the best screw up they’ve made is when they put my boyfriends Caramel drizzle on my peppermint Mocha-we laughed-but it was not a good flavor combo.🙄 Accidents happen-but this location is like an accident prone kid that needs to walk around in bubble wrap.Oh and I’m writing this as I sit at the window-waiting for my order-it’s been 15 minutes-good thing I’m not in a hurry and a fairly patient person.

Slow service. Filled hot tea to level with top. No second cup. Ran over in cup holder and on seat with driving from window. Ending up having to pull over and empty cup some because I was getting burned with any motion if the car.Additionally Kearney NE locatiin completely screwed up on tea order. Should have checked it before I drove away.Generally noticing poorer and poorer service and accuracy of orders. This includes Denver area locations.

I come here almost everyday. I have never had bad service from this location on 26th st. The baristas are super friendly and always have my order right. Now lets get to the manager Brian. Walking into his store is like a little bit of sunshine added to your day. His big smile and engaging conversation makes u want to stay and hang out. He is always so upbeat and positive. His energy just lights up your day! Highly recommend this Starbucks. Probably the best store in Lincoln Ne when it comes to friendliness and efficiency.

If you need a drink that doesnt have coffee I suggest the dragon fruit mango refresher and it has chunks of dragon fruit I get it all the time its so good

I came in store was not that busy. The lady that took my order was nice at first, but I waited 10-15 mins for them to make my drink. One of the lady’s was just standing around. So I said I’ll be back to get my drink the lady said ok your drink will be waiting, I was going to be late so I ran across the street to the bank and got a roll of quarters. Came back and my drink still was not made, I was the only order that was waiting inside. Then the girl didn’t even know how to make my drink I had to ask the lady to help her cause she had no idea how to make my drink and the other lady still made my drink wrong. I asked for extra caramel and she just pored it in the cup so now all I’m drinking is Carmel. It was a waste of my time and my money. The worst drink I have ever received from Starbucks I will never return here again. After complaining the lady who took my order said that it was ok. Sad this is the closest Starbucks to my house

Service was prompt but the staff member that called names was unclear to hear your name and when asked if the order sitting on the counter was ours, the response was, I think so. He didnt look or ask a name and was very rude. We wont be back to that location.

One of the only Starbucks that had Veranda brewed and I didnt have to wait for a too strong pour over. If you advertise it is brewed, brew it.

Great place to catch up and enjoy coffee

This was the first time Ive been to the Starbucks its right by my house it was very convenient and very fast I was super happy about that other Starbucks drive-thrus in Lincoln take forever this place wasnt I liked the staff they were very nice she was very sweet very efficient spelled my name correctly just saying my order was perfect and I have no complaints they get you in and out and threw it is off the road though a little ways and have to go into a congested parking lot but dont worry you get back out just know its faster to go out and around the bound through the neighborhood instead of waiting at the light cuz the light by there takes forever especially if youre trying to turn left or go back to the interstate if youre going right you should be okay if not go down through the neighborhood

I always have a great experience here. The baristas are patient and friendly and the coffee and beverages are what youd expect from a starbucks. One time they even figured out how to get a candy bar to scan for me that the o street location gave up on.

Our iced drinks had no ice, and the barista at the drive thru window told us there was cream in our drinks as he handed us black coffee. He was probably new. We called after we left and we were given free drinks for the inconvienence, so all is well!
