The Chocolate Season is a must visit in Lincoln! Not only do they make the best chocolate, but their coffee, treats, & other drinks are all amazing! I highly recommend going on a Saturday or Sunday morning for specialty waffles. Erika & her staff are extremely helpful, & work to ensure a perfect experience. If you need gifts, come here for an assortment of chocolates or a gift card!

Bradley and Erika have been such a joy and pleasure to work with and have at our most recent campus event. Ive greatly appreciated their clear and prompt communication in accommodating to our events needs. As always, their coffee truck was a big hit! They serve absolutely delicious drinks and sweet treats! Ill be looking forward to working with them again.

Picked up some chocolate-covered gummy bears, two kinds of chocolate dipped toffee ( one with OMG bacon!), and a bag of Monster Munch for a birthday party ( adults).Next time Ill get the chocolatecuterie. Didnt plan far enough ahead. My bad.Great service.The place is drool-worthy.Ill take one of each, please.

Hidden gem in Lincoln, the waffles are delicious! Indoor and outdoor seating. The bathroom was super clean! Will definitely be going back to try other things on the menu.

What a refreshing find in Lincoln! Erika and Bradley have a special way of finding the right palate combinations that just melt through you! Ive had the pleasure of tasting a few of their chocolate offerings, we are now looking forward to coming in for waffles one of these weekends when we are back in town!

You never know when they are closed. I got used to it always being closed on Monday, but then SURPRISE! They closed their dine-in to handle a big order. Im not interested in drive through coffee, I can go anywhere for that.Poor business practice. I wont bother coming back, especially since I never know when they will actually be open.

Hands down some of the best tasting food and coffee I have yet to try. Didnt try the chocolate yet, but if the food and coffee are any indication on how good the chocolate is, I highly look forward to it.Definitely a must try!

This is my third visit to The Chocolate Season and it has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in Lincoln! Their salted Carmel hot chocolate is AMAZING. The baristas are so friendly-this morning I ordered a London Fog and they didn’t have their regular earl grey tea to make it with so they made a variation for me and let me decide if I liked it before paying. (Of course I loved it). Such great service! Thank you, Chocolate Season, for making a rainy morning of studying worth it!

The Chocolate Season is fantastic. Food, chocolate, good coffee and a nice quiet place to sit and relax.

It was a decent experience. My chocolate Oreo muffin was good. Looks like their waffles are a morning speciality. They didnt have plain decaf coffee but they arent a coffee shop so that isnt a huge deal.

Fun staff and excellent chocolate and bakery items. Homemade pop tarts are the best!

I was excited to visit as Lincoln has been sorely lacking in chocolate shops. It has more than just chocolate. I had a sweet potato cauliflower soup and a coffee. Both were delicious. You can tell everything is made from scratch with love and is super fresh. Such a nice change from all the pre-packaged food from chain restaurants. I tried 4 different truffles and a Tuttle (like a turtle). All were super yummy. The caramel in the tuttle was soft and fresh. I also bought toffee which will take me awhile to make my way through! The space is really big, warm and inviting. It looks like a great place to sit and relax and have coffee and treats. I wish it was closer to me! But I will make the short drive to try more truffle flavors. Oh and the staff was lovely and welcoming. :)

My valentine online order was on time and packaged so nicely. My husband surprised me❤️ All the products were fresh and tasted great! My favorites were the chocolate dipped orange slices ( So fresh 😊), and the very pretty artisan chocolates. Thank you !!!

Very chic spot to try craft chocolates, as well as other desserts, and sip a coffee! They serve your double espresso with a mini biscotti!There didn’t seem to be any vegan dessert options (sad face).

Im not sure if finding this place was good for me or not. 😀 They have a variety of chocolate and/or bakery products, as well as tea & coffee. The staff was very friendly & helpful. If you are a fan of hot chocolate, you have to try the salted caramel hot chocolate. The best hot chocolate I have ever tasted!

BEST HOT CHOCOLATE I’VE EVER HAD!I lived in Bavaria, in southern Germany, for a while. While I was there, I did some traveling, and had the opportunity to sample some of the best hot chocolate in Europe, so I consider myself somewhat of a hot chocolate “connoisseur.”I can honestly say, The Chocolate Season’s salted caramel hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Who knew I’d find it in my hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska?! 😃👍🏼🍫

Love this place! Its usually pretty busy, but if you go earlier in the morning you can catch a pretty nice quiet environment.

The coffee shop came up on my recommendations from Google. It is very bright and fresh with contemporary casual decor. Service was very pleasant and expediant. I enjoyed a delicious slice of almond joy cheesecake and cappucino. A nice addition to the neighborhood. I will return and do recommend visiting this establishment!

I can not say enough great things about The Chocolate Season!! Erika and Bradley have become amazing supporters of the Lincoln community, and their product is always delicious and well presented. As much as I love the sweets, I also really love their lunch menu. They have items that will really fill you up, and they are intentional with their choice of ingredients. I totally recommend stopping by for a cup of coffee and bite to eat.

Im basically a Chocolate Season evangelist at this point. :-) Best coffee joint / restaurant in Lincoln for my money. The food and coffee is great and the staff is pretty remarkable. Theyre all very positive and seem to enjoy what theyre doing. Been to other shops in town where it seems like youre burdening them to order a cup of coffee, but everyone Ive interacted with are very knowledgeable and very friendly.Keep up the great work!

Great food and place to eat, however it is very rude of the staff to ask for a 20-25% tip before you even pay and before you even get the food. I don’t mind tipping a $1-$2 as a thank-you but asking for a very large tip before you even pay or eat is rude. The staff doesn’t serve or pick up dirty dishes or refill your cup or ask if you need anything else. The customers have to throw away their own trash and put the used dishes in a bin themselves, which is completely fine. Just don’t beg for a tip, earn it. Otherwise great food and atmosphere.

One of a kind chocolate shop, coffee, bakery, and tea selections. Everything is made in house, even the delicious syrups for the lattes. They use local ingredients and have a high end yet cozy feel interior that you experience while enjoying all the goods. Heading back this morning for a fresh bagel and coffee! Highly recommend!

Very bright, open atmosphere. Super friendly staff that even came around the counter to help me while others were still making their purchases. Mocha was delicious- and even better when I found out it was made with homemade chocolate syrup! Chocolates and pastries are tasty and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back for lunch next time.

Ordered the Einstein tea and gluten free strawberry almond muffin. Holy smokes they were both fantastic!I do not have a gluten allergy but the muffin was absolutely delicious. Would definitely get it again.The owner was very nice and very helpful with my order. The layout of the shop is very calming and relaxing.

Had a latte and scone with gravy. Holy buckets that scone was delicious! Im sad I only got one. The coffee was excellent and we will be back!

I ordered the Apple/Bacon Grilled Cheese and it was amazing...I also picked a few dessert pieces to take to family and they LOVED them... The Irish Creme Brownie, Marble Cheesecake and a Snickerdoodle rice Krispbie bar. Cut them up for all to sample and they got 5 star ratings.... Highly recommend for your chocolate fix..

The coffee and chocolate tasted great. However, none of our drinks were full. If Im paying $5 for a speciality coffee drink then I expect it to be full, not lacking an entire inch of space in the cup.

Executive Summary: Very Best In Town! Just went there (drive through) for a vanilla-flavored iced latte and a ham-and-cheese waffle. De-li-cious! Wow. Their vanilla flavor is rich and warm because it has real vanilla bean in it, not this chemical vanillin. Vanilla bean is the real stuff. The ham-and-cheese waffle is exceptionally good. Juicy ham and warm cheese sauce, mmm! Their brownies are also very good. Not too long ago, I had a dark-and-white-chocolate one, and it melts on the tongue. This is true, smooth chocolate, with this fine creamy texture I only know from top-level European chocolatiers. All this for a reasonable price. And their service is very friendly! You are greeted super kindly---excellent remedy for cabin fever... Take a break, forget the news, go there, enjoy their delicious food.

If I could leave 10 I would! Exactly what South (and all of) Lincoln needed! I don’t even really like brownies, I have this saying - I prefer to drink my chocolate because I love Iced Mochas. The brownie I purchased here was for the hubs and yeah, he never got it 🤷🏼‍♀️🤤 sooooooo goood.and the Iced Mocha was the best I’ve had in America. That sounds dramatic but it’s the only coffee drink I buy so I have it locked down, and this one is IT!!! #Icedmochasforpresident
