What an amazing tapas restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff very willing to answer questions and suggest choices.Four of us shared six tapas which was plenty for us with enough room for dessert.Definitely the kind of place to go with friends and have a bit of food and good conversation. I will definitely be back.

Ive been to this place a couple times and went yesterday for their re-grand opening as they moved across the parking lot to a larger place. The coffee drinks never disappoint! I havent had a lot of their food but the grilled cheese I had before was truly scrumptious! The new place is much larger, airier and has plenty of seating either at the large bar, tables (large and small) or sofas.

So cute and large selection of drinks. Oh and the deviled eggs are amazing..

This was my first time there, I was not aware it was seat yourself, there were no signs so I waited awkwardly in the doorway. The lady behind the bar said its seat yourself and pointed to a table with dishes all over it and told me someone will be there to clean it. So I stood by the table for about 10 mins waiting for my friend to show up and waiting for the table to get cleaned. I was told 3 times it would get cleaned and eventually it did, but it never got wiped down so there was salad dressing all over the table from the guests before. We got a cheese board and some wine. Food and wine was delicious thats why I gave 3 stars, but the service could really use some help.

Really great food and yummy mimosa options. Friendly and attentive staff. Cant ask for anything more. We look forward to coming back when we are able to sit on the patio for happy hour!

Great small plate food, great wine. Had a Birthday dinner here today (6/11). Opens at 4:000pm, we got there about 4:05, and it was already busy. They dont rush you. Our server Melanie was great, very helpful with the menu, and choices. Highly recommend it.

Stopped by for the brunch for their first weekend, food was half off which was a great deal. Food quality was okay, avocado toast was a little over done, but coffee was pretty good. First weekend felt a little Rocky, but Im sure after they get into the groove it will improve

Casual friendly environment, delicious food, attentive staff and good wine. If its busy....and it does get busy, it can be crowded which can slow down the pace of food delivery....but its worth the wait. We love this place. Cant wait for the weather to turn and the patio to open .

Im becoming a regular. Amazing food, great environment. Ths outside patio is beautiful and the place to be. The service is as good as it gets and the place is so welcoming and makes you want to spend your whole day there. Definitely give it a shot, and maybe have your first time be happy hour or Taco Tuesday!

If your into wine this place is great, my wife loves the white sangria that is topped with blueberry champagne. They also have 6 beers on tap and a nicer bar menu to pair with the wine. Gets noisy when its packed but has a great vibe.

Since moving into their new location ( same area, different building) Citizen Vine is rocking! Lots of room including an outdoor patio. For wine and hors doeuvres it opens at 4:00 PM, except Friday it opens at 3. It is family friendly, serves great food and a variety of good upscale wine. Lots of fun. Incredible service.

They recently moved to 845, so be sure to go to their new space (same complex, across the lot). They were still working out the kinks when my friends and I dined there, but I came before they moved and continue to come again after. Ive never tasted anything there I didnt like, excellent wine selection and nice atmosphere.

A friend of mine mentioned this place so I thought it would make a good date night. I went there on a Monday and it was not what I expected. It was extremely loud with people basically yelling, chaotic, music was blaring, and it was super bright inside (far from intimate). I have been to the House Of Oliver in Roseville several times and expected something similar. This was not. House of Oliver Wine Bar is casual yet classy. This was too casual and chaotic for a wine bar. We ended up going somewhere else for dinner and drinks instead. If I go back, I will update if need be.

This is our favorite place to pop in for a light dinner and drinks. All of the servers here are fabulous: generous pours, great at suggesting wines, very personable and interesting to talk to. Great tapas, and reasonable happy hour specials. The wine list is rotated regularly, and the food menu is constantly evolving. I HIGHLY recommend following them on Facebook: its the best way to stay up to date on upcoming events (their wine dinners are reasonably priced and SO FUN!!). Very pleased to find such a great place in our neighborhood!

What a cool find! I was looking for a place to take my parents to, as they live close by in Sun City Lincoln. Using yelp I sorted restaurants in Rocklin and Lincoln to see the ones with the highest ratings, at this one was at the top of the list. I can see why.Small and comfortable setting, with an owner/operator who really cares (he was working the bar, where we sat). We ordered the hummus bruscheta, chicken quesadilla, chicken tacos, and meatballs, which let us share and sample and was a great way to go. We all agreed wed come back again, especially for Happy Hour (3-6pm I think) where most food items are just $6!I live in Midtown Sacramento and am quite a foodie, dining out all the time. I can vouch for the high quality of the food here, the thought that went into the menu, the quality of the ingredients, and the care taken in prep and presentation. This place is doing it all, and Im happy to help promote such an awesome small business!Btw, we were there on a Tuesday night and the place was full, but didnt feel crowded, just obviously popular and everyone was in a good mood. The wonderful wine selection probably helped with that, lol.
