Great coffee. Cute atmosphere too. Will probably try it again and grab some food. No one was wearing masks though and I was on a time crunch (as most people are getting their morning coffee) and got the impression regulars were more important than new customers coming in and trying out the place.

I always love this spot when Im visiting my daughter. Its got a cute funky vibe, staff is super friendly, and the coffee is always on point! But today I got the breakfast bowl and it was phenomenal!!!! Eating in the car felt like a high dollar brunch lol

As soon as we moved to Lincoln, I put out the call asking local friends where the best place to get coffee was... and the resounding answer was Rebel Hen. Im happy to say its lived up to the hype, and has quickly become a part of my week! The Brown Sugar Latte is my absolute favorite! Ive tried the cob salad, Bills Breakfast and the Hash Brown Bites so far, and all have been delicious. Parking has been readily available each time, and Im really grateful for the curbside option during this lockdown - Im high risk and I feel safe picking up food at Rebel Hen Cafe. Portions have been perfect, food was fresh and delicious, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Hit up Rebel Hen Cafe! Great coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and adding new items added everyday. Local couple who both have a culinary background. She is a Cordon Blue trained chef and his background is a Head chef. Warm and friendly environment with a cool vibe. I always support our local companies. I am definitely coming back again!

Delicious and awesome meal! I had the breakfast bowl, a churro donut and a cold brew and all was perfect. The flavors in the breakfast bowl are on point.👌

I ordered a lemon poppyseed muffin, got a blueberry one. Paid an extraordinary price for a piece of avocado toast, muffin and small coffee. It took a while to prepare the toast. ??? The toast, however, is phenomenal. I probably wont go back seeing that i only went there because i care about them staying in business and my $18 may help. for a muffin and a piece of toast with avocado and a small coffee? The food is good, but repeat customers is what you want, and a little less expensive would bring people back. Love your efforts!

Not many places to sit, but the coffee and food was great. I had the breakfast burrito. Delicious and plenty for two meals. Very pleasant staff, friendly and eager to help. Hope they can move into a bigger place. Meanwhile, Ill be stopping whenever Im on my way through Lincoln.

Bad service, food was okay at best and very over priced. The golden milk is bitter. Workers are very rude

They have free wifi listed on their business page/ description, but there is no hues wifi/and the wifi doesn’t work.Coffee/pastries are good. But wifi is a dealbreaker if you want to get some work done.

Good matcha yet not so hot as Id like. Lox bagel was good yet didnt like the sweet relish. I like capers capers and traditional lox with red onion, tomato & cream cheese.

Great service!! Coffee was bitter, bones in lox sandwich. Bagels are chewy. Prices are high.

Great place to go. Good food and AMAZING coffee. Just don’t order online, they messed it up entirely. Call in or walk-in.Update: Very positive experience with the owner about the messed up order. From this, I notice that they put deep care into the image and identity of their shop, and expect their employees to do the same. Took feedback with grace and Im sure will build upon it. I had lunch via Door Dash here the other day. I ordered The Beast sandwich. It was awesome! Reading the menu made my foodie heart happy! I cant wait to try more off their menu.

One of the employees, repeatedly, removed his mask when talking to one of the other employees. While it’s concerning that he would remove his mask at work in the first place, especially while handling food and drinks in a fairly small location, what made it more so was his total lack of concern with a customer right there who could blatantly see him removing his mask nearly every time he would speak with the other employee.While I enjoyed the drink I couldn’t really bring myself to finish most of it considering how often he was removing his mask while near all the drinks and equipment.

Great tasting drip coffee and Matcha lattes. The staff are also friendly and sweet.

My husband and I always get our Rebel on a couple of days of the week. Awesome amazing owners great quality produce product and meals. Theyre at a great price if you havent tried it you definitely need to check it out

Just go try them. Their espresso is delicious, the food is fantastic, and the pastries are TO DIE FOR!!!! Not to mention the cozy atmosphere and kind employees. Rad place. My local fav for sure!

I have discovered my new favorite coffee place!The fact that it’s local and family owned is just a perk of this place. They make their own syrups for their drinks and the coffee is killer! Also the food is pretty kick’en too!I’m so so so happy to have found this little hole in the wall and to have meet the kind owners of this little cafe.I’ll be back soon 👍

Such a perfect little coffee shop!( with delish food) Order the tomato soup with grilled cheese. IT WAS THE BEST TOMATO SOUP I HAVE EVER HAD!Friendly staff, clean environment and yummy coffee!

Wonderful experience. Had an excellent Matcha latte traditional style and espresso banana muffin was amazing definitely try it. Owners are super nice and it’s a great spot to have in Lincoln. Will be back!
