I enjoy coming here to get my coffee beans and chat with one of the two employees here about coffee. Anything Ive gotten has been excellent, and the owner is passionate about his work you can tell. I dont see myself going to any other roaster while Im in Lincoln.

Honestly this coffee has changed me. Ive become great friends with Mr. Nate Jones over the years and I can guarantee this man will go far and beyond out of his way to accommodate anyones coffee request. Now lets just talk about the product. Through those years Ive learned much about Canyon Coffee Roasters Company and this stuff is legit. Freshly roasted straight from the country of your choice. It doesnt get better than Nates coffee. Get yourself a few pounds of some lightly roasted Costa Rica and you can thank me later. He is available in shop pretty regularly working his tail off so stop by and chat him up and get an experience like I am lucky to have very often. Keep it up Nate!! Got the chance to try Canyon Coffee on while stopping through Lincoln. I still dream about the Guatemalan coffee! Coffee-lovers must try, nothing but good things to say about this coffee and brand.

Its delicious locally roasted specialty coffee. This is the real deal. Ive managed a specialty coffee shop in Orlando and Ive spent a lot more coffee that I didnt enjoy this much.I wish this place would have existed by my old shop, because they would have been my primary roaster.

Dave is the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate roaster in town. His coffees are outstanding; whereas most places tend to over-roast their beans. Its always a pleasure to have a cup of their coffee.
