Had a flat first thing in morning, got my car over to TO HAAS on 84th. They were able to fix the tire for me for only $26! They could have easily told me I need to purchase a new tire and I would have never known. Very friendly and professional.

I have always experienced very courteous and professional employees. Today I went in because my brakes were making a funny noise and had a scheduled appointment for next Monday but I was given a call to say that they had a cancellation 15 minutes after I left so they were able to work me in. I have always been very pleased with this TO Haas. Thank you!

Ryan and his team of techs have taken such good care of me over the years that they are my first call whenever I need tires or service. Today I took my 42 5th wheel camper in for new tires. They got right on it and even though they had to work on it in the back of the shop, they were done in an hour. Really like the look of the new tires and the camper pulls so much easier with them on. Staff was very helpful and gave me a couple of options to get my tire repaired. The earliest I could get my car scheduled was 4 days out. Instead they suggested I swap the tire with the spare and they would try to work it in. They completed the work in less than 24 hours!

TO Haas is always great. I’ve been using them for my car needs for almost 10 years now. They are straightforward and honest and will always let you know what your car needs. Very helpful staff and mechanics that do great work. I recommend them all the time.

Terrible. Scheduled an appointment the week before to find a leak & repair as needed. I told them I would be taking just the problem wheel/tire off the vehicle and drop it off 15-30 min before scheduled appointment. Booking agent said “that’s great, it should only take less than half an hr.” I showed up as stated about 25 min early to a packed lot. Rolled the tire in and the tech at the desk said “dropping off for a repair?” I said I had a scheduled appointment and I’m a bit early, but yea it’s got a very slow leak. The tech then said they would try fitting it in. I again noted I had a scheduled appointment and was told it would likely be complete within 30 minutes, but I did plan to leave it and come back when it was finished. The tech then noted that “all of these cars are getting new winter weather tires”. I left very frustrated. After alittle over an hour I called and asked if it was done, the reply was “we are going to try our best but it might be end of the day”. I did pick it up before end of the day but had it not been my day off I would’ve been late for work or had to take a day off. Extremely irritated that I was treated as a walk-in customer when I had a scheduled appointment. What’s the point in scheduling if there’s no regard for the schedule when you’ve got walk-in new tire sets? I have 4 vehicles that will be needing new tires and 2 classic cars that also need tires or repairs. If this is the service I get for a scheduled tire repair I will be finding a new tire shop.

Brought my pickup in the have an alignment done. Left and noticed that the steering wheel wasnt straight and that there was a popping noise coming from the front end. Looked the next morning and both upper ball joints where loose. Never had any problems with TO Haas until this.

Paul was extremely helpful. He made sure I got the best possible deal as well as best quality. He was polite and nice and very hospitable. Ryan was great as well. He kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the process. They were also very cautious and consistent about sanitation and during this time of uncertainty making me feel safe. Would recommend 100%. This is place to get your tires at, no question.

Unfortunately, I can’t say that I’m 100% satisfied with the outcome but, I have new BFGoodrich tires that are 500% better than the Hankook factory tires that made it less than 20K miles and left me stranded in the snow 6 times in two days. Just in time to make a 2,000 mile trek across this country to help family. In the end, I’m grateful for the effort at T.O. Haas tire.

I brought in a flat tire with screw imbedded. I live about 30 miles from this location. Even though they were busy that day I had the repaired tire by the end of the day and did not have to make a return trip. They reinstalled my tire and securely put the spare into its proper place.

Ryan at T.O. Haas North store at 8300 Dawson Creek Drive (North 84th and Northern lights) in Lincoln is great. I have not had a bad experience. I took a Van in thinking I needed new brakes and the Mechanics there found that I didn’t need new brakes. Ryan told me there was no charge. I have since taken all my vehicles to T.O. Haas for service. They are always clear and concise with there explanations of the issues my vehicles are having. I appreciate their honesty. Thank you to the entire team at the store.
