Had a flat while driving cross country, and the tires were discontinued. We received a very good price on a new set of four, and were prioritized to get them installed so we could get back on the road quickly. The staff was efficient, pleasant and professional...I wish they were in our home area so we could utilize their service for our other three vehicles. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had an alignment completed on an F-150. Scheduled using their online appointment maker and had an email response before the end of day. Took the guys about 40 minutes to complete and cost about $85. Only thing that would have made it better was if they would have been able to provide a print-out showing a before and after of the pick-ups alignment, but the printer was out of ink today. Overall quick and easy process.

I always get great, fast service at this location. Today, I dropped my car off before work and they called to tell me it was done before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone is always very nice and I never feel like theyre trying to upsell me on unnecessary things like other places have in the past. I started coming here because the location is convenient but I keep coming back because theyre great!

T.O.Hass ran scan on my car after i had it towed there and told them was alternator and they said nothing was wrong with it but few miles later battery went dead in middle of road and after everything within 1 week i had put 8 batteries new alternator serpentine belt and radiator but nothing was wrong hmmm. Im no mechanic but dont recommend this place cuz it costed me more than buying another car

The work was done promptly when replacing my tires. The 3-star rating is for the fact that when you call for a quote, they don’t break down what all the charges are for. So I ended up paying $22.50 per tire for their “Platinum Package” Tire Care, when I could have paid $10 per tire without. That was never presented as an option. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

Im always confident that I will be taken care of at T.O. Haas! The need to have all four tires can come at the worst of times, but I knew when I called T.O. Haas, they would offer a competitive price, get me in soon, and ensure Im taken care of after the tire replacement. For instance, free tire rotation at 5,000 miles, free flat repair, etc. Helps that they are on the north side of Lincoln and excel at customer service. Thanks, T.O. Haas!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They say on the paper they rotated my tires but I have a slow leak on my one tire and they didn’t even bother to fill it up or move it. Ugh.

I discovered a serpentine belt that needed to be replaced on my daughters vehicle just days before she was moving to Chicago. I called TO Haas and explained the situation. They had me drop off the car that evening and had the repairs finished first thing the next morning. Life savers!

These folks know their tires well, but can also do other work on your car. I feel like they do their best to treat you well and provide timely service. They offer tire balance and rotations when you purchase tires through them. The place is clean and there is a waiting area if you need it.

Initially I hated anything tires but am forced to deal with tires thanks to cold temps and pot holes. The staff at N 27 have changed my attitude! They are respectfully explain issues in terms I can comprehend, are timely, and have a sense of humor. They demonstrate real joy for their jobs. Very authentic! Thank you for taking away my angst re tires!

I hit something on the interstate that punctured my tire. I went to T. O. Haas without an appointment. They were able to work the repair in to their schedule and had it completed by the time I finished my burger at the Ruby Tuesday’s next door. Great service.

I dropped of my tire to be repaired off my porsche 911, To haas on north 27th street yesterday! I have 11 years experience working at another tire store and im an ASE master technician! My tire had very little wear from the rim on the inside! They wouldnt repair it! So ill be fixing it myself! Tire stores much rather make $450.00 on a tire sale then$26.00! I checked the price before i picked it up , $300.00 on tire rack!

TO Haas was very helpful when my vehicle died on the street and had to be towed in. They keep you informed as to what is wrong and how much it will cost. Rick is always professional and helpful. Would recommend using them to all my family and friends!

Very nice staff, tire order came in fast. Clean facility and waiting area well spaced out.Staff was not wearing masks. Sign on door asks customers to wear them. Plexiglass at counter covered only a small area and they stood in that area a very short time, mostly to side where customers had to stand to sign, give keys, discussion etc No gloves either handling keys or inside car.

10 years ago I had an extremely BAD experience with your W. O location. Was VERY RELUCTANT to use you but price got my business. Pleasantly surprised by the experience so far. All went well except that my pickup was backed into an evergreen bush when I picked it up. Had it been a windy day my newly painted tailgate would have been scared an you would be repainting it again.

TO Haas were very friendly and got my wheels, mounted, balanced, installed the next morning. Recommend anyone to come here for work on their vehicle.

Always a great experience but today was exceptional. My car had a fuse go bad and wouldn’t start. The guys at TO Haas helped me troubleshoot and got it started so I could drive it to the dealer and not have to tow it. And the new tires made it drive like a dream.

T.o haas always had a good service with them.Today I went to get a tire I dropped it off with them, told the service writer my back was hurting if one of the mechanic can have the tire install in spare hoist he said no we dont have time for that and refused to help me.i guess the have time to work on my work truck but not to help there customers.

Went in for new tires, got an great deal and was informed of a transmission warranty on my vehicle I was unaware of. Jesus, the tech, also promised to look into and get back to me on a weird issue my car was having in the future. Great service, will return!

TO Haas on N 27th is easily the best auto service store I have ever used. The staff is super friendly and they communicate with you very well. Recently my wifes car had the battery go out and AAA told us we probably needed alternators too. I called with next to no notice and they got me in and diagnosed that it was just the battery and got it fixed in a couple hours even though they had a full day booked.Ill drive across town to take my vehicles to this location before I would take them anywhere else. Weve been taking our vehicles there for a couple years now and I really cant say enough about how great they are, absolutely excellent all the way around!

I have always had great service here. I had a tire fail on my pick-up the day we moved to Lincoln 8 years ago and although it was 103 degrees and the 15 minutes to closing they stayed late and installed a new set of tire for me. I have purchased several sets tires from T. O. Haas since that day. Today I had an alignment performed on my car, T. O. delivered the same great service as always.

I was having issues with my car starting and I pulled up and they tested my battery for free and I ended up changing the battery and they took off the original cost because they did it quicker than expected. Good honest work and I will go back soon for small repair work! Great job!

I took my Jeep in for a tire rotation. I was told I didnt need an appointment. I went to the North 27th Street store in Lincoln, NE. When I got there the store was just opening. I went in and was told I needed an appointment at that location. I asked the manager to call the South Lincoln store to see if I could take it their. That store was busy but couldnt get me in. The manager at the North Lincoln store said he would take care of me and he got my Jeep right in. He went out of his way to make the situation right. I was so thankful and appreciative. I would recommend T.O. Haas to all my friends.

We had a problem with our truck the day before we moved. They were able to get us in and fixed the same day! Tad was great on the phone, Ricky was great checking us in and the guy who checked me out was very friendly also. Now the truck works great and I’m going to miss these guys when we move.

T O Haas took my pickup into a bay shortly after I arrived. The problem was the heat gage was not registering. They changed out a sensor and installed a new thermostat. Works fine now. Would recommend T O Hass for service.

Rick is always good to work with. Good place to get oil changed also, because they dont try to sell you parts you dont need. They bring problem areas to your attention but dont try to talk you in to fixing it immediately. In my experience they are very honest at the North 27th location

They were quick to help and didn’t turn me away even though I had my weapon on me. I had come out to a flat tire after work. I took the tire off and went to get it fixed. I was just turned away from another business, because they didn’t support open carry or ccw. Mind you I was in uniform and was just trying to make it home. T.O. Hass was great!
