Great service called around 10 am to see how long it would take to check if my tire needed a patch. The worker who answered the phone said they were busy but believed he would be able to get it done in three hours. I took it right before noon and they were able to fix it and have it ready in the time frame they had given me. Loved the honesty about their availability and time frame. Great price, would definitely recommend to others. They took the nail out of the tire and patched it.

The guys were Friendly and very helpful. They also did a good job mounting tires on my weld wheels. Will definitely go there again.

Walked in with without an appointment middle of the day. Asked if they would have time to fix a tire with a slow leak. Less than thirty minutes I paid my bill and was in my way. Even received a quote for new tires. Great service. Nice people.

Everything was really good but the when I had my wheels rotated on my dually pickup the chrome rims were not put back in place like they were supposed supposed be I expected the tires to be switched to the correct chrome rims to be shown on the outside not on the inside of the pickup

Every time I have work done at T.O. Haas, I leave happy. Dennis and Todd were so great to work with and listened to me try to (terribly) explain what was going on with my vehicle, and had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. They are transparent, quick, and always kind.

I recently had a good sized bolt penetrate one of the tires on my truck. The guys at TO Haas @ 27th and Pinelake quickly got me in and repaired the tire for a reasonable price. Over the years, and putting two driving kids through high school and college, these guys have always been easy to work with understood what we needed.

Went there to get a tire repaired I was there at 7:30 a.m. when they opened they got me in repair the tire also rotated my tires and have my vehicle back out again less than 45 minutes they have always been an excellent place to go they do good work and are dependable I would highly recommend them.

I needed a new set of tires! I called several places to get estimates. I called Wednesday around 4pm. Todd gave me my options and prices (which was the best prices I got)! They got me in and out quickly so that was nice. I thought the price for the service was a little excessive, but I should’ve asked before turning over my keys. And they didn’t put anything down on my floor mats so I got the truck back with tire filth all over the floor.

(Which was an absolute nightmare, cause it was rust-welded in there good from 19+ years, and 136K miles of serviceThen they were very accommodating to take out my front sway bar links for me so I could finish my project.The price was amazing as well. Under 40 bucks!Extremely satisfied, and I was able to complete my project ; now my truck feels near to brand new.I highly recommend coming to T.O. Haas for your service.I am for sure coming back in the future.Update 11/12/20: [Store 45] My shifter column tube snapped in the Super Saver parking lot across the way from this shop. I called them, and they were awesome enough to send a mechanic over to help me out. Todd manually put my transmission into drive so I could get home(11/11/20) T.O. Haas is the best around.I have replaced the broke part myself, and setup an appointment to have it inspected by Todd; just to be safe.Update 1/31/21: I had my truck hauled into the shop, cause I needed my 4x4 fixed for the terrible snows last week.These folks dont normally install parts that they dont order themselves. I had a spare CV axle on hand that they used, cause my passenger side was completely ruined.They asked if they could install it, and gave me a very fair pricing for manual labor to do the replacement so they could diagnose the issue with my 4x4 properly.The axle was the main culprit of my 4x4 locking up.I also had an oil change done.I paid under 170 bucks!Heck of a deal.Update: 3/6/21I had my powersteering pump, and lower high-pressure powersteering line replaced along with a new serpentine belt.I thought it was going to be so much worse, but T.O. Haas is always honest, call to update, and confirm work to be done which I appreciate a ton!$500++ for my bill.Remember that prices vary depending on your vehicle, and the parts cost.My truck is driving nearly perfect!Still got projects to do.T.O. T.O. Haas is always my go-to for anything with my car. WELL, I ended up getting a flat right down the street from them. I decided to have them take a look at it and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within 20 minutes of arriving. They never pressure you for additional fixes you know are not essential. Theyre honest and do great work. I definitely recommend them!

Thoroughly unimpressed: Two out of four of my hubcaps were improperly installed (one so much so that I couldn’t even remove the valve cap). None of my tires were aired up to the specification that I had requested. The air filter was incorrectly installed. I won’t be doing business there.

Walked in on a Friday needing just a little air for my tires spontaneously. I actually was just in to see if they had the small air compressors I could buy, but the gentleman just said ya just need some air? Pull around back. Within 5 minutes my tires are full, and all for free. Of course I had to tip the guy. Well done.

The service advisors are pleasant and honest guys. Been to this location several times over the years. My complaint is its not the first time Ive had to clean my interior after receiving my car back. I generally have dirt and grime on my seat and or driver door panels. I shouldnt have to do this when I get my cars back but generally a little cleaning with products I have at home takes care of this.

Been getting my tires here for over 15 years. Always been happy with their service and prices. Have had tires that were ruined by road hazards and happy with their replacing them.

I had a nail in one of my tires. I was able to call ahead and find out how much it cost to fix the tire. I got there early and they were able to work on it immediately. Everyone I interacted with was helpful. They gave me a 45 minute wait time and delivered the car without delay. I like the cost and timely service.

Took my car in to have the tires changed here, only to later find out that 2 of the 5 wheel studs at one wheel have been destroyed and one has been bent. I can even see where they used an angle grinder to cut one of the studs in half. Photos attached.I am surprised that they let this kind of thing out the door, awfully dangerous. Now i am afraid to check to see if they did the same thing on my other 4 wheels. Please add an option to for 0 stars, this cost me more to repair than the tires TO Haas put on

Took car in for a few minor repairs. Things were quicker than anticipated and car is now running perfectly. I communicated mainly with Todd and a tech and both were professional. Will continue to use TO Haas as my service shop for future needs.

Very good service as usual. Very timely with the work. My only complaint is that the new tires and Our custom wheels were left very dirty. I would think that a quick cleanup of the tires and wheels would be very easy to take care of for very little expense especially after purchasing $1200 worth of tires.

Got new tires on my truck - great, fast service

After getting a flat and finding that my tire had not only a nail in it but also a big slash, I went to Haas to see about getting a new set of tires. The price was much better, by $200, then the Subaru dealer quoted. The weight was not more than an hour for them to put them on. The reason I held back one star is that I did not feel that they took the time explain their warranty well, or at all. Basically they did the job, at a reasonable price, and added no extra in the way of explanation or helping me feel I made the right by, other than the price.

From Iowa heading to Estes Colorado our 5th wheel blew a tire. Without hesitation they took us in and within 20 minutes we had two new tires . Exceptional customer service and work. Great Job!!!!

I had a coolant issue with my car and the folks at T.O. Haas were very easy to work with. They were upfront about what was going on with my car and called to give me updates on when it would be done. The whole process was easy to go through and customer service was good. Accidentally left my lunch leftovers on the counter and before I could leave the parking lot, someone had come out to knock on my window to make sure I got them. Hopefully I wont need to, but if I need to go back, Id consider here.
