I was told in 90min my car would be done I have spent 4 hour sitting in their customer area and they just now started. Almost none of them are wearing masks. They are doing one car at a time and moving super slow,so if you dont have the whole day to waste, save some time and money and go somewhere better.

1st visit was to get the tires I ordered from them put on. I was second person to get there and still waited 3 1/2 hours. 2nd visit was to get those same tires retorqued. My son took the car in for me and was denied service at 3:30 in the afternoon. I called and complained and was told he was misinformed and to bring the car back in. They still waited 40 minutes for that.

Horrible customer service called to price tires due to double blow out got hung up on the first time and treated poorly... the second time was told they didnt have time to help me and to call back some other time knowing I needed them right away and if your lucky enough to get in expect to wait at least a cople hours

So y’all don’t greet your customers at the auto center? How was I supposed to know if it was a walk in service, or what lane to be in? No one said anything to me when I pulled up. Tried ringing the auto center to ask how it works with oil services here. Would give zero stars if I could.

Greg was super helpful. I had a flat tire and he fixed it during a lunch break—foregoing his own break! And Julie is always a delight to talk to while you’re waiting!

Good service at a good price. Is there a wait? Yes. At these prices and with no appointment of course theres going to be a wait. I went in Sunday afternoon and shopped for a while, took about 2 hours. If youre in a hurry then pay $20.-70. more somewhere else. For me, the savings & value are worth the wait, but I cant give 5 stars due to that wait. Recommended if you have the time.

I had my oil changed there before the had no complaints. I was planning to return for another, so I called to ask if they would replace the drain plug this time. The woman I talked go had an attitude and told me I should take my car somewhere else. I guess Im best off. If their people cant replace a drain plug then what makes me think they could tighten one. Its too bad because I was gonna do my grocery shopping while getting my car serviced. If Walmart isnt convenient then what are they. Ill get my groceries somewhere else. Their customer service isnt bad. Its nonexistent.

Went to get a synthetic oil change. Didn’t receive a phone call for 3 hours. Called them to find out they couldn’t do it because the machine wasn’t working. Could’ve at least called me letting me know they couldn’t do anything instead of wasting time. Wouldn’t waste your time going here

They get really busy so of course there is a wait, its understandable. The workers were constantly busy but the manager was very helpful with my problem. Even though it seemed she was overwhelmed with work she was still very polite and respectful. Great customer service at this auto care location. Just know that a high volume of customers means there will be a wait. Thats just how it is.

Tom at Walmart auto center on N 27th and Superior was very informative, kind and didnt seem bothered explaining things to me in a way that I would understand when it came to my vehicles maintenance. I know Walmart in general gets a lot of grief and disrespectful comments when it comes to employees but Ive never had any issues with the auto center here and will continue to use them.

Within 2 weeks I purchased 2 new tires from here. The 1st time the mechanic that moved my car left a oil hand print in my inside interior. This is textured so as much as i try to get it off it wont. The 2nd time I noticed scrathes on my rims that were not there before. Only on these 2 rims that the put the new tire on. Frustrates me. I take care of my things. Sad to see they dont have much respect for their customers things also.

Got an oil change and they did a great job. Fast considering there were several cars ahead of us. Will keep coming back

These guys need people that are a little quicker at costumer service the people that are there tend to socialize to much even with several people waiting to check out

I decided long ago that I would never bring my car to Walmart for an oil change but thought Id give it another shot and get my tires balanced. BIG MISTAKE!!! I was told it will be less then an hour and I was 1st in line... Its been 2 hours and Im still waiting...to balance tires!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I came in for an oil change just before 7pm on a Tuesday night with the expectations of possibly being turned away. Everyone, I mean everyone from mechanics to the cashiers were quick and polite.

Literally my worst auto experience ever. I had to wait OVER 2 hours to get one tire changed. I had to explain to the mechanic 3 times what tire needed replaced and which one rotated. While waiting later I noticed they pulled in another car while mine was not touched for 20 minutes! They skipped my car and worked on somebodys who got here an hour later than me. Never again will I come here for your service, and I recommend you all go somewhere else too.

I called on Friday to get information about tire rotation and balancing. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment to ensure that the time was available, so I did for that Sunday for 5 pm. I got there at 445. I was told it may take longer than an hour. I shopped around Wal-Mart for an hour and 20 minutes. I go back to auto care to see if it was done and was told they hadnt even started on my car. I will not go back ever again. Not even for oil change. They were quoting people a 4 hr wait time. You need better management and time management. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if you are not going to adhere to it? Ridiculous

Would give 0 if I could. Was told 1 hr for a tire change and was first car in...an hr later Im told itll b another 30 min. Should have better time guesses than that. If Id have known it would title that long Id have gone ANYWHERE else

They do a good job and have good prices, however theyre are often understaffed. Today there was a manager and employee standing around, while one person tried to handle 20 customers.

When did they suspended their service?

Had the items I needed. The only thing they didnt have was a key that would work with my vehicle! So if you need basic stuff for your car, this is one place that has the basics!

They didnt even lemme keep my old tire which had no holes or anything... Seems a little expensive for the small tire job I had em do. Feel like I should of just done the work myself😕🤔

The wait was a bit long to have a battery installed. ( which I purchased from Wal-Mart)I had a wait time of an hour and a half. Need to schedule more mechainics that do more then tires and oil changes.

Two times I had a bad experience here. First time the person at the register was completely rude and acted like I was a nuisance. The second time, it was similar. The person on the register told me that the car would be done when its done. It had been there for 4 hours already. After being told it would only take a hour or so. It ended up being 5 hours later. When I dropped the car off there was a full crew. When I went back a few hours later there was 3 people and 1 person was sitting down on his phone. I asked him if he could help get the cars out and he told me he only does oil changes and cant help. Seemed like he could have to me. Poor customer service and rude staff. Never will I use them again.

Rude staff. A 3 hour wait for a flat to be fixed under warranty. Has to be the worthless staff they have who are never even behind the desk. Took someone else 20 minutes to come to the counter. I will not ever get my car worked on here again.

Was turned down on getting the two back tires to get looked at and fixed. They said that they was not taking any more tire orders and was booked up. Had to buy a small air pump to air up the tires. Never use them Wal-Mart auto care center.

Had an oil change here, they never put the skid plate back on correctly. Turns out it falls off on the interstate and causes quite a problem. I go back to walmart and they said Walmart will NEVER be responsible for thisNot only that, but the very exact same thing happened to my sister in the same month, at a COMPLETLEY different walmart! What the heck? Never ever trust these people.

I called to see if I could schedule an oil change and the lady who picked up was quite possibly the rudest, most disrespectful person Ive ever spoken to in my life. It was a stretch even looking into this place for an oil change. Now I wont think twice about coming here for my car or even groceries for that matter. Do not come to Walmart for anything unless you want to be treated as inadequate or less of a human.

It is a good place to shop but not for car service or repair I did change my oil there but they didnt tie the filter will and that almost damage my car.

I have gone to this Walmart before for tire repair and oil change. Service is very disorganized! Either I am attended to or it takes twenty some minutes for me to be helped. Would not go to Walmart unless it was my last option. If you do have to go to Walmart for their auto center, CALL before you go otherwise youll waste your time if you need something done and their department person isnt in.

Well I thought the employees were very over worked. They seemed to be scurrying everywhere. But I got my oil changed. The lady working even gave me a lub job. Full services. Leaving me begging for more.

Cheep comes at a cost.. waiting area sucks, long waits, in experienced techs, rude counter people. Even simple jobs take forever.. I avoid it

Today I went in for a routine oil change. In was told they only had one guy in today. It was a Saturday! One person! The guy taking the orders said it would be am hour and a half. I thought, okay...ill get groceries and wait for a little be when Im done. Long story short. It took them 2 1/2 hours. None of the Wal-Mart staff cared. They really didnt. Three other customers were also ticked off. We called for management. Still no body showed after 15 mins. I got in my car and drove around to the front of the store. I went inside and waited another 10 mins for a manager. Said my piece and got am apology, nothing more. Any body with half a brain knows Saturday is going to be a busy day and you scheduled one person in your Wal-Mart automotive department?? I let Wal-Mart i will never be back for their automotive service and will never recommend anyone there.

Awful Awful service, went in with girlfriend to get an Oil change, they Quoted us 1-2 Hours with two other cars in the garage and 3 mechanics on duty. Very time inefficient incompetent workers save your time we waited over 3 hours and they couldnt even remove the drain cap on our oil tank so all our time was wasted. They claimed whoever changed the oil last Screwed it on too tight. When we got home we checked and it came off just fine.This level of incompetence is borderline unacceptable.

Came for an oil change told it would take an hour. Now it is an hour and a half and they still have not pulled our car pulled in. What a joke

We went to drop off a blown out tire to get replaced a half an hour before they closed. We asked if we could leave it for them to fix tomorrow because we have to work before they open tomorrow and the guy refused to let us leave it there for them to do tomorrow.

This place has it all ,however always packed , a ton of open lanes and still have to wait long periods of time , and getting help is complicated from time to time

I took my car in for an oil change. When I went to get my car there were scares over 12 in long on the trunk of the car by the gas door,a dent the size of a softball on the hood, and a dent on the back passengers door. Very noticeable damage and they say no one did it. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THE RISK IS TO HIGH. I took a chance and got a bad hand.

Always has a lot of work. And waiting takes a while, usually more than 2 hrs last 3 visits.
