First I called to see if they had an item. The guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about so he said no. Called another store, they looked it up and told me they had the item. I went to this store, guess what, they had the item.When I got to the store I got what I needed and came to the registers. One guy was there not paying attention to anything. I wasn’t sure if he was a customer or worked there. He finally looked over so I brought my item. He scanned it, turned away from me and walked a few steps away from the register while my card was being processed, then came back to hand my receipt. No words said, no eye contact, no thank you, nothing. Might as well put in self checkouts and cut the people out. Ridiculous!

Pretty good. The people actively try to help you. I bought some seat covers there.

First visit, and unfortunately they don’t anything I need at the moment. I got a Mercedes 2007 E350, and simple brake pads needs to ordered. Also some bulbs are not in the stock. The worker was nice and polite, but it does not change anything. It’s still a good place with big verity of parts, but I guess I was not really lucky this time.

Terrible customer service! Please take your service some other place they don’t care at all even the manager was terrible she was very rude and not concerned at all . Thank god for O’rielly down the street. Smh

It is adorable store, perfect place to buy parts. There was gentleman, at first help desk( I think his name Benjamin ), he is very nice, respectful and was so patient with me. Auto Zone must be proud of having this man. I used to go to Advanced Auto parts, but after I met this man I have chosen Auto zone at Vine and 48. He has the arts of listening, very charismatic, ambitious to help and smiles for all the customers.Thank you a lot... very recommended.

Nathan and Felipe really helped me and my wife out. After having to come in over and over again, they were always there and helped us quick and with expertise. Nathan came out multiple times to check the battery, jump start it, and even helped get our tire back on. Definitely a good place to go.

Nathan was very helpful give this man a raise! My front parking light bulb burnt out, and other places had trouble locating it but Nathan found the issue and replaced my bulb. Great service!

Immediately upon walking in the store I was greeted in a very friendly way. Not only were they able to help me find the part that I needed, but offered to install it. I needed a tail light. The gentleman installed the tail light, but not before determining that I did indeed need it replaced. Great job! I will be a return customer!

I bopped in on a Saturday mid-morning knowing I would need help locating exactly what I was looking for. Ben was behind the counter and appeared occupied, but when he noticed me pause and look around, he stopped what he was in the middle of and helped me find one measly plastic screw. Not only did he help me find what I needed, but he made several trips out to my vehicle to make sure that I went away with exactly what I needed. Not only did he help me find my measly plastic screw and ensure that it fit appropriately, but he rang up my purchase right away, looked at me and told me that if I had any issue (with my measly plastic screw), I should come back and ask for him, and he would tend to it. Ben was personable, humorous, and exceedingly helpful. And all for a plastic screw.

Knowledgeable salespeople. Had the battery I needed at a reasonable price and installed it for free. All in less than 20 minutes. Thanks.

On 3/18/2021, the battery on my 2013 Ford Escape died and couldn’t be jump started so i went to the AutoZone on North 84th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska to buy a new one. The battery on newer Escapes is very difficult to reach and remove, which makes replacing it a nightmare. There was no way I could do it myself and I would have had to have it towed in order to get it to a mechanic. Although AutoZone staff aren’t normally able to replace batteries on vehicles like mine due to the complexity, Store Manager Matt offered to help me replace it and even came to my house to do it! He didn’t have to do it and wouldn’t accept any payment for his work. That act of kindness and his genuine desire to help, restored my faith in humanity. Thank you, Matt!

A lot of car stuff except for 3 inch exhaust parts I needed.

Last week my parents and I traveled 3 hours to Lincoln and stayed for a week so that my father could have open heart surgery. While we were there the battery light in their van came on. Normally my father cares for all of the vehicles for himself and his wife, his daughters, and his grandchildren, and it would have caused him a great deal of undue stress to know that we were having a problem. So I went to a different auto parts store that just told me I had a bad battery and they arent allowed to do an installation for me. Later, after I dropped my mother off at the hospital to stay with dad, for the day, I was passing by AutoZone #3788 on North 48th in Lincoln, so I stopped in. Roy was so helpful!!! He tested the battery and the charging system, found that there was only one battery in stock, and reserved it for me so that I could return the next morning. Im sorry I forget the name of the gentleman that helped me the next morning, but he was just as helpful and polite as Roy the day before. Thanks to these two I was able to drive my parents safely home without worry. Hopefully I wont need to visit an auto parts store anytime in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely be a loyal Auto Zone customer. Huge thanks to these two men for taking care of me, so that I could take care of my father, so that he can get back to caring for us and our cars.

Each time I have gone in to the AutoZone on 48th St in Lincoln, I am immediately greeted and asked if I need assistance. I went in for new windshield wiper blades and Adam was super friendly and helped me with no hesitations. He saved me when he noticed there was just a small issue with my wiper arm and did not actually need a new one, very grateful for that. Will always be going back to AutoZone!

Today I wanted to evaluate the consistency in relation to the service. Terrible customer service will never return here. I returned a battery and struggled to get in the door with it and then lift it onto the counter. Then when I got the replacement battery he sat it on the floor so it would be easier for me to pick up..no offer to carry it out.

AutoZone, always has the parts & accessories you need. Higher priced than OReillys, but about half the price of NAPA Autoparts.

Very friendly staff. They did a quick diagnostic for what my check engine light was on for. They gave me a good idea of the part needed to fix it. The employee had a similar problem with their car and assured me my car was safe to drive short term. Took about 10 mins, very quick!

Fast and friendly staff. They take the time to hear what youre needing to do and recommend what parts youll need. Havent had the issues of up sale at this store. They know the regulars and treat everyone as such.

Typically great service here (today in fact) but sometimes theyre under-staffed during busy times, and the wait can get a little long. Still, probably the best auto parts store Ive been to.

I usually come here for the parts that I get, prices can be high sometimes. Staff are always friendly and helpful except my last visit when they got a little busy and the man helping me turned very rude saying he didnt have time for this and walked off, I tried asking one simple question at the checkout.

We walked in during somewhat of an emergency. Our key fob was malfunctioning. It had quit unlocking the car a few days ago, but today it got stuck and locked the car spontaniously, several times per minute. The manager was able to open it up, clean the board and contacts and get it put back together. It works.

Both times I been to auto zone the guys were very helpful and listened to me. Treated me like a person and not like a dumb girl like the other places. I know what I need and they didnt tell me i was wrong when i explained what i thought was wrong with my car.Thanks guys.

Great place to go for vehicle parts,advice &help with questions ..Guys are always personable friendly and willing to lend a hand....whenever anyone in my family needs parts or some quick advice its always here they come!!!!!!!

They did what I needed, but they only had 1 employee there working the register and helping people find what parts they need. It took 30 minutes of waiting between standing in line to make my purchase and then waiting again while the rest of the line was handled before they could install it. The install took less than a minute.

These guys are awesome! They are helpful and dont make a female with car questions feel stupid or like they dont know what they are talking about. Showed me exactly what asked for, and offered a higher priced product AND a lower costing product of the same. Dont force purchases on you like other places do.
