A few months ago I Ordered Replacement Lower Shock Bolts + Weld Washers for 2nd Gen Nissan Frontier. Item was shipped a few days later. When I received the package I opened it to find they sent me the 2 bolts but not the weld washers described and in the pics. They sent me 4 regular uncoated steel flat washers. The entire point of buying this package was to get the weld washers to be able to weld them in place as they are thicker than your standard flat washer. I feel they just made a small mistake and sent the wrong washers.. no big deal right ? I was wrong. I then sent them a email right away explaining what they had sent me and even sent a picture of how they looked right out of the sealed box they sent me. I was then immediately called a liar and a cheat. They claimed I swapped out the washers for some of my own. I honestly couldnt believe how they talked to a customer who had a problem with their product. I dont understand what the point of me swapping out washers would be? SO I would have a set of washers that were laser cut to a specific bolt size that I would no longer have? what would I have gained out of this? Nothing. I then asked for them to send the washers I paid for or give me a refund. They refused both. Then I was told that i would be fully blocked from any further use of their website. Lucky for me I used PayPal to purchase these so I then contacted PayPal over this to dispute the charge and get my money back. I presented my case with photo evidence and all that All Dogs response was to send a copy of our email conversation that just further proved what a unprofessional company this was. Needless to say Pay Pal sided with me on this and I was able to return the product and they gave me my money back after Pay Pay forced them to. I also contacted the BBB and reported them there also. They refused to even respond to the BBB until the BBB sent them a final notice. then they just send another copy of our email conversation.. again proving I was in the right. I wish I would have read other reviews before ordering from them. I have found dozens of bad reviews towards All Dogs. They have multiple on the BBB website alone that they refused to even respond to. That shows the type of company this is. I have tried me best to post my honest review of my transaction with them on as many platforms as i can to spread the word.BE CAREFULProtect yourself with a third party like pay palI am sure they will respond to this.. and I cant re respond back so I will say it now.. PayPal and BBB both sided with me over this.

I havent been to the store but I have ordered from them many times now they have very quick shipping and had in stock every part I have needed for my nissan frontier build.

Poor customer service, attention to details on parts is low ( improper fitting parts are still sent out ) over all.. after replacing some parts of the lift with good parts from another company the lift looks good and works.. just leaves a sour taste that the latter had to be done. They also don’t approve any reviews on their site that aren’t 5 stars so here ya have it. An honest review.

FAST SHIPPING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Place a order on a lift for my xterra was told it would be shipped out early the next week, that Friday I couldn’t get a email back or a message via Facebook so I called an was told they no longer had my leaf packs in stock that they are expecting a new shipment in a few weeks then it will ship.problem is I have a busted leaf now. I did get a full refund but the few days of assuming my lift would be shipped has put me behind an now I have to find another vendor to buy from ect...I’ve seen these guys have a lot of good reviews an really wanted to work with them but my experience was not up to par. Better communication sooner would have helped a lot.

AMAZING customer service from Chad and Steve. I have their heavy duty lift springs, and rear differential breather - both fantastic quality. Shipping was quick and reasonable to Canada. Would recommend to anyone who needs aftermarket truck stuff. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

My set up wasnt as simple as pulling and shipping boxes it required a bit of communication with chad, but when all was said, done and installed it was dead on. I was purchasing parts as a birthday gift for my dad and I needed help. I called customer service and they helped me determine which lift kit would be best for his Nissan Frontier. Very knowledgeable and personable. Shipping was quick and my dad is very happy.

I wanted to build my nissan frontier into a pre runner. That would require modifying the suspension. I wasnt sure the necessary components needed for the build. I was referred by a friend to contact All Dogs Offroad. I contacted All Dogs Offroad and was surprised to hear a voice on the other end when callling. I was dealing with another company to try and make a purchase but they were almost impossible to reach. Chad answered the phone and walked me through the parts I would be needing. Great guy and definitely knows his stuff. Shipping from their shop to my home in Los Angeles came in two days. Super fast delivery and turnaround . I had questions with install and Chad was their each step of the way to help. Exceptional customer service. When people ask about my truck , I will be sending them to All Dogs Offroad. Where is Googles option for a 6th Star? Seriously, thats how good these guys are! I purchased my 2019 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 back in January and knew that I wanted to get back into the 4-Wheelin scene again (previously owned an 07 JK Wrangler). I had been researching lift kits, tire fitments, etc. for several weeks and eventually came upon Alldogs Offroad out of Lincoln, NE. Specializing in Toyota & Nissan fitments, ADO showed a HUGE selection of suspension kits to choose from. I was torn between the Bilstein 5100 kit and the Dobinsons kit. Browsing online late one night, I figured I would send a chat message that would be viewed the next day. Chad responded immediately to my message around 9:00 PM that evening! Not only that, he patiently answered all of my questions about the lift kits in question and the technical specifications of each kit. After a good amount of deliberation, I finally settled on the Bilstein kit. Figuring it was a shot in the dark, I asked Chad if ADO installed what they sold. Not only was the answer a resounding yes, but Chad invited me up to the shop in Lincoln that upcoming Friday. Im about 10 hours away (in the DFW area), but made the trek up to NE. to check things out and get the kit installed. Chad and Steven are consummate professionals with an amazing attention to detail that, quite frankly, is sorely lacking in most automotive repair/customization shops today. Every bolt was meticulously torqued, multiple test drives were done (before and after alignment), and final QA checks were completed to ensure flawless operation of my new kit and tire fitment (Maxxis Bighorns in a LT255/85R16). VIP treatment up at ADO, for sure! Not only was the installation process flawless, Chad treated me to dinner the night of my arrival, and then lunch the next day after installation of the lift. If you have a Nissan/Lexus/Toyota truck/SUV and are passing through Lincoln, NE., go visit these guys...you will NOT be disappointed. Heck, even if its a couple days drive, go visit them anyway...extremely worth it!
