Had a great experience from beginning to end. Our designer Beth Duel was very patient and professional and made sure we used every bit of available space in our closets and pantry. She came up with designs to completely transform our closet and pantry spaces to be practical, efficient, and beautiful at the same time.The installers were very professional, arrived on time and well prepared to do the work and periodically communicated with us to make sure everything was being built according to our expectations as well as following the design specifications. They were very meticulous, neat and cleaned up every bit of debris and before leaving made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. My experience with the Closet Factory was amazing! Danielle took the time to sit, for quite some time I might add, and helped design the closets in my new house. Leanne develop a design that maximize all the space in my master closet. I have lots of space left after putting all the items back in. I especially love the area that was design to store my purses and shoes. The project was just what I was looking for.

Danielle Trimnal came out to measure our small his/her master closets. I wasnt totally convinced that the space we had could ever be really useful as a master closet. I was wrong! Danielle Trimnal has put in a wonderful closet for my husband and me! It is amazing on her design to have so much storage space! Our hanging clothes are neatly arranged so that we can see what shirt or pants we want to wear that day...and we could not believe the clothes hamper in the closet out of the way, and can pull out laundry in bags with handles to take to laundry room! And number of drawers for small items to be out of the way, as are the shoe racks easily available cabinets!She did such a good job on the clothes closet we asked her about storage cabinets in the garage.....And this job was a joy to see her ideas for yard utilities and a work bench that was so neatly arranged in the overall design for other spaces for all manner of junk to be put out of sight with paint cans, cleaning rags, yard tools, even a freezer and a small refrigerator, and a small lawn mower!She has a remarkable way of putting cabinets and counter space and places to store all sorts of goodies!!We rate her with 5 stars!!!! Leanne at Closet Factory did a wonderful job of helping us with our closet space for our bathroom renovation. It was a very unique situation where we wanted to eliminate the wasted space of our walk in closets on each side of the entrance into our master bathroom. Instead we wanted to increase the space available for a larger shower and completely rearrange the bathroom. We came up with a design to use wall space in the bath as more of a wardrobe closet on each side. And, even though bath vanities isnt a specialty, Leanne proceeded to design our back to back vanities suggesting counter height for them which we love. We truly have more closet space now then when we had our inefficient walk in closets. The project is still a work in progress as I am doing the work for all but the closets and granite myself, but the pics should give you an idea of the work Closet Factory can do. I hope to post more pics when the project is complete. Thanks Leanne for doing what you do!

I cannot recommend them enough! Danielle was amazing and did such a great design. The install only took one day instead of two. No mess left behind. Very professional. I could not be happier! Danielle designed a beautiful closet for us that solved all our closet problems. We were able to remove 3 dressers from our bedroom. The installers were on time, quick, competent and even loved on our dogs- extra credit!

I used closet factory years ago in our other house and decided to call them again for our new house. Leanne came out and is absolutely wonderful to work with. She saw my vision for my kitchen pantry and my loft built-ins and designed it perfectly. Not only are the designers great, Closet Factorys prices can beat anyone else around. I got other estimates which were double and even triple for some of the work which was crazy! Before we moved here to Myrtle Beach, we built our home in Monroe, NC and had Closet Factory to complete our closets. Knowing their work, when we moved into our home here we called to have our master closet done. A wonderful lady by the name of Nance Southworth came out to take measurements and give me suggestions on how to maximize the space. Wow, what a great job in designing our closet for us to use it to the fullest. The installers were fabulous and even cleaned up after themselves. Not only are we well pleased, we are having Nance to come back and design our office. Love, love, love our closet.

I needed to organize and make the most of my 25 square foot closet.I contacted the Closet Factory and received an appointment with designer Nance Southworth. My closet is beautiful now and so organized.Nances expertise in designing and taking accurate measurements, as well as her suggestions for optimum use of my space made my closet perfect.There is one more thing to do, which Nance suggested, and that is to change the door so that it opens out . When that gets done , the entire closet will be able to be viewed upon entering. Thank you to Nance.

Installation of cabinets in my garage by Closet Factory has just been completed. For many years our garage has been cluttered with mis-matched plastic cabinets of all sizes, none sufficient in size to store the things that accumulate over time. My daughter, who recently had Closet Factory perform work for her, suggested that I contact your organization for a review of our garage situation. We made contact with Closet Factory and made an appointment with your designer, Nance Southworth.When Nance arrived our garage was in its usual dis-organized state so she was able to see the problem we wanted to correct. After discussion about what we wanted to accomplish and sharing of different ideas we agreed on a plan for cabinets. Nance provided us with drawings so that we could visualize how the cabinets would fit into the allotted space. Nance was very helpful in offering ideas for our consideration. She was very professional in our discussions and there was never a hint of pressure in making a decision.When a decision was made on the cabinet installation it gave us an opportunity to do a garage cleaning and painting. We now have a completed garage do over enhanced by our beautiful new cabinets.We cant praise Nance enough for her assistance with our project. More than pleased!Based upon a recent experience, we highly recommend The Closet Factory/Columbia. We got designs and proposals for a new-house pantry update from three companies. While pricing was about the same, The Closet Factory designer stood out in terms of making well informed suggestions and exhibiting a willingness to take the time necessary to accurately design exactly what we wanted. Contact and drawings were clear; dealing with the office was efficient; scheduling was prompt; project was completed on-time exactly as promised. The installer was clean and careful; appearance and quality of materials are right on.We now have a nice looking and extremely functional pantry. Neighbors have also had installations and are very happy. We will not hesitate to use The Closet Factory again as we improve other areas of our home.

We had or master closet shelf and drawer system installed in 2011. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the product, but most impressed with service after the purchase. Recently one of the drawers started to slide open, every time I pushed it closed, it would open again. The local Charlotte office has since closed so we reached out to the Apex, NC office for help to have it fixed. They responded immediately with an offer to help us fix it virtually. We were able to fix it 15 minutes with their professional guidance. I would highly recommend Closet Factory!

My dream closet is a reality! Not only was the install fast and accurate, the installers cleaned up so well we didn’t even have dust on the shelves when they left. We had the Closet Factory come out to help design and install organizers for our Master Closet and our Pantry. We had no idea how to go about the design. Beth Rivers showed us options, took measurements and spent significant amount of time working through options to best fir our needs.When the time came for installation, they did not send some sub-contractor to do the work. They sent trained employees of the company. This was one of the reasons we went with the Closet Factory. I had already seen examples by our builder of what kind of work poorly trained sub-contractors perform. With the Closet Factory, their workers actually are employees of the company and are trained professionals.While they were installing the organizers, they worked with us to see if we wanted to make small changes based on how we were going to actually use their products. They wanted to be sure that the finished product was functional to us as well as attractive. In fact, we wound up moving the tie rack and belt racks to better locations that made them much easier to use and ensured the full functionality of the closet doors.They took the time to show us exactly how to move the adjustable shelves and how to properly take care of the shelving - both for cleanliness and durability.When all was done they left the work areas even cleaner than they were at the start of the job.I love the fact that I have a lifetime warranty, easy customer service access and the ability to obtain further shelving and hardware should I desire to customize additional shelving space. We now have much more room for items in our pantry. Once we put all of the pantry items back, we still had used only about two thirds of the space. Even though we had cubby slots and show racks installed, we still had enough room for all of our clothes and still have additional space left over for more clothes and storage items.Beth and her staff made the whole process painless. The design work, the contract and the installation scheduling was all easy to do. All we had to do was to give them a few weeks to make sure they had the products they needed and to get on their calendar for work. And now we have a beautiful closet and pantry.

When I had Closet Factory install my closet system, I had just moved to SC. I met the representative, Noel, at a home show and was excited to finally have an organized closet. The install went smoothly and I was pleased with the outcome. Everyone was professional and Noel came by to see the results and bring some parts that the installers needed. She was always very personable and helpful in helping me create what I wanted in the closet and even a year later, she helped me when I needed to know how to pull the drawer out to retrieve something that fell behind the drawer. Im pleased with the results and wouldnt hesitate to use and recommend Closet Factory to others looking for a closet organization system.

I’ve used the Closet Factory for five separate projects in my house because they’re phenomenal! Noel is the absolute best and she designed each project exactly as I envisioned it! Then the actual building is so well done and the attention to detail is fantastic. My experience with Beth Deuel went terrifically well. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I gave Beth a rough idea and she turned it into exactly what I had in mind. Her expertise and patience got me a closet that was both functional and efficient. I have enjoyed my new closet set up for months now and have realized how perfect her design is for me. She listened to my idea and executed it to perfection. Her guidance on the colors and types of hardware make it look as if it was part of the original design and belongs in my bedroom. I couldnt be happier.

We originally had wire shelving in our pantry installed by the builder. Cans would not sit right, bottles tipped over, and it just looked awful. We made a change....I installed DIY shelves and brackets myself. I used melamine shelving and the angle brackets from a big box store. It was certainly better than the wire shelves but I overdid the size and the shelves were too deep. It was hard to reach items in the back. Also, the shelving chipped when I cut it to size and left an unfinished look to it. After a few years it also started to warp and bend, with small items sometime rolling to the edge.Finally I had Laurie with Closet Factory take a look. She designed a custom pantry system that covered all my needs, with adjustable shelving, and pull-out baskets for some of the bulky items (chip bags, etc.). The cost was in budget and they completed the installation in less than a day. Fast, efficient, and cost-effective with a lifetime warranty! I would highly recommend Laurie and Closet Factory!

First of all, Leanne Carnes, a sales representative for this company was wonderful, professional and eager to answer our many questions about a Murphy bed which was new to us.We are very pleased with the look and quality of this product. Our in-laws slept on the Murphy bed and said that it was a very comfortable mattress. We purchased the regular size bed so I will say that the only downside could be the smaller mattress particularly for those who are used to sleeping in a king-size bed.The installation team was also very professional.Our experience overall with Closet Factory was exceptional.

She visited both our old, larger home with two Master Bedroom closets and our new home with only one. She was able to design a solution that worked for both of us. Noel did an outstanding job incorporating my wishes into the designs of my pantry and master closet. Braydon and Rich were able to install both projects in only half a day. Installers were professional, friendly, and cleaned up everything after they finished. I couldnt be more pleased with my Closet Factory experience.

Barbara was great to work with on my project. We remodeled two closets, his and hers. The design was perfect for our needs. Working this project through Costco made a significant discount possible, and project was completed within a month from initial design. Very happy with the outcome.

Bill and his team did an amazing job through our entire home. We had a pantry, mudroom, garage, two closets and assorted hall-way closets designed. All measured and designed with care to ensure our fit would be ideal. Bill worked closely with my wife choosing finishes and accessories. The South Carolina team took two days to install our solutions and all was cleaned up and wiped down upon completion. Plus everyone involved with so polite and respectful of our home. Next up our master closet and a homework center for our children. Bill and his team are experts. We would not change a thing.

Awesome experience from Chuck Whitaker to TJ the installer. I worked with Chuck to design built-in bookcases on either side of my fireplace to include covering two windows in my living room. So HAPPY with my results. I highly recommend them.

Nance Southworth was with us every step of the way as we designed an entire wall of bookcases, shelving and a space for my husbands work at home office. Nance took the time to get to know us and our style. If we wanted some changes she was so patient and made great suggestions. The end result was awesome. We show it off to everyone and highly recommend Nance.

Leanne came to our home and expertly designed our master bedroom closet, kids shared closet, and a large awkward hall closet. Her design is fantastic and also gave room for adjustments as our needs change. I’ve now had the closets for over 6 months and not a day goes by that I don’t love how well organized I feel. The original design had my husband and I sharing shoe storage- by my choice- however after a few months I realized that wasn’t a great choice. Since the design is flexible, I just called Leanne and she ordered a few more shelves to convert one of my hanging sections into shoes for me. It’s a great product and wonderful company to work with!

Just had my second Closet Factory install this week. It is lovely and very functional. Beth Rivers, our designer, did a great job with the space and it was expertly installed on the early end of the expected window for the exact amount estimated. Couldnt be happier.

Fantastic finished product and great service all the way from the design phase to the installation! Danielle was very skilled at helping us figure out the best configuration for our closet, and she was very patient with us as we changed it several times. The installation team was neat (a difficult thing at a new construction site) and finished within a couple of hours. Our only complaint was that, when we had to reschedule the installation due to construction delays, the next available date was a month into the future since they are apparently very busy installing their excellent products across the midlands. :)

Danielle was excellent! I’m so happy with my custom-built closets and will make this the absolute first thing I do when I move to a new house.

I would highly recommend Closet Factory for your needs. They installed garage shelving and storage for me in 2011. I had an issue arise a couple weeks ago and because they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY, they came out and did exactly what they said they would nearly 7 years ago..they stood behind their WORD. I wouldnt change a thing about what they designed, installed and followed up on. Id give them 6 starts if it were possible.

What a wonderful experience I had with Beth Deuel helping me design my new Master Closet. From start to finish it was a dream come true. The closet is beautiful. This is an amazing business! Their designer can give you great options and their installation team is really good as well. I think the reason theyre so good is that they plan your closets and measure precisely so it fits when they are ready to install it. The warranty is also surprising - but they do such a good job on the initial work that they seldom need to go back.
