Neighborhood Walmart did exactly what it was built to do. Its Friday evening and store is somewhat crowded. However, we go in, find the one item we needed and get right through the check out. In and out. Great experience!

I have visited this location a few times and it seems like every time that I visit here, theres a wide variety of all sorts of items. Most of their shelves a full of products, and their staff could be seen pushing tall pallets of products, across the sales floor. I wasnt really looking for anything if particular, so I guess I was just doing some window shopping. Also this place had a good crowd of shoppers, during the time that I came to visit. You will not be disappointed if you shop at this location.

Placed order at deli on 8-25-21 for my place of employment, gave the place of employment name, which can easily be found on line. Was told 24 hours later, when I went to pick up, that they had no bread to make our sub tray. Plenty of bread on the rack right beside of deli. We have always used this deli for our company lunches and been very happy. But we will take our business else where from now on

Neighborhood Walmart pharmacy gets five stars from me because theyve always been nice and treated me with respect but the actual store is very judgemental, and I was ready to change my review because I started going in the morning, and the Walmart staff was being very professional, untill I went after dark, and I have never been more affended, I was one all over during close to the cat food section and I heard a crew chief being blessed out for not taking inventory right so when I got on that aisle to the cat food the lady started questioning me on where I got my cans from and tried to say that I got them out of a box that had been opened and taped shut and opened again and completely tried to blame it on me when I just got there this completely blew my mind and I tried to ignore her and just go to the front and check out what items I already had and she followed me up there and three of them from the back came and took me off of a register and gave their friend the register and sent me to another register they did this three times and during the three times that they did this and selectively put me on different registers that were messing up that they told me that had been messing up during the day but took me off of the ones that was working and put their friends on them then when I tried to report it they all took their name tags off and would not tell me their names so I got a picture of them and you can see them in the picture being very violent and just completely violent towards me and judgmental and Ive never been so embarrassed in my whole life and embarrassed for a store to act that way I cant believe the manager that was on staff that night let it go on but none of them would let me know their names because they knew that I worked at another Walmart and could turn their names in so on the way out I asked the guy handing out masks who was the manager that night and he told me Cindy and one of the women from the back came running out there almost knocked me over and almost knocked the boy giving out mask over to keep him from telling me anymore about the managers name so all I know is her name was Cindy and this was about three nights ago I will never be taking my business back to neighborhood Walmart on highway 60 us 64 and that is a shame considering I have been spending my money there every single day of every week because I am a daily shopper of every week and I have been going there ever since they opened so they just lost their best customer here are some pictures of the people who were giving me a hard time and assaulting me

I usually shop at Walmart Food Store in Clemmons, NC, but on occasion they maybe out of things I like. So for a few more miles I tried Lexington, NC. I was not disappointed. They have a different check in method (which seemed to be faster) and then Michelle loaded my backseat carefully and sent me on my way. I was there less than 15 minutes. The only thing I couldnt get was a Ceasars Salad and Walmart Brand waffles but they made good substitutions.

I love the store. It usually is stocked and well maintained. The only problem I can find is the pharmacy likes to lie alot and lead you on about your medicine. My wife had surgery. I went to pick up her meds and they said 30 mins. So I took my wife home to rest and clean up her bleeding mouth with a bone graft in it. Went back a hour and a half later(30miles one way there by the way), and they lied to us and said they had just received her scripts and it would be awhile to come inside and wait. Then we call again after we come home once again and they tell me that they pushed her scripts back because I didnt stay and wait. So my advice? DONT use this pharmacy unless all the others close and never open and its the very last pharmacy on earth.

Had a fried shrimp basket and the husband had oysters, fish and shrimp. All were great as usual.

When they have shelves stocked you have no problem finding what you need Friday nights is not a good time to shop at this store

Amazing as always. So close to closing time and it wasnt very busy at all. So calming to shop for a few minutes in peace. Store was super stocked. Super awesome job!

Went to pharmacy and deal with them on a weekly basis. They are very helpful and always help even when there are issues. Definitely a good pharmacy. And a good place to get groceries! FYI the line at the pharmacy drive through is almost always long so be prepared for a little wait.

Many of the store shelves are empty, used to be a well stocked store.

If you need to go to the customer service desk, pick a different store. Theres never anyone there and nobody knows when someone will be there. The rest of the store is typical of a Walmart Market. They struggle to keep shelves stocked, the deli is tiny, may not have what you are wanting, but the store is clean, its convenient and the prices are fair.

Found a great deal on pumpkins! Got in and right out.

More expensive then i thought it would be not what i would expect. But people working there were so helpful and so kind from stockers cashier to customer service. Awesome people working there.

Out of any Walmart store Ive shopped or worked, this Walmart is my favorite!! I call it the Green Walmart. This store always has what I need!! While going through this difficult year where nothing was in stock any where. I could always count on Cindy & her team making sure this store was stocked & customer ready. Not to mention everyone is ALWAYS friendly & ready to assist!! Thank u Miss Cindy Leigh!! You R Awesome!!

I need certain dog food, but its hard to find here at this Walmart store, because they do not stock very much of the brand that my dogs use oh, so I end up having to go to another Walmart to get the rest of what I need which is very inconvenient.

Excellent place for every day grocery shopping and for just stopping by to pick up a few things without having to wait in line or walk 20 miles to get to entrance of a regular store

My visit was great. There was several employees restocking the shelves. They were very courteous and kept the iles clear for shoppers. The store is clean and the lines were not long. I used the self-service check-out line.

The cashiers are really worked but do a hell of a job. That stands out above a lot of criteria.

I walked to walmart express today to do a return because my boyfriend stole my money and my kids needed lunch money and at 2 oclock on a Sunday the customer service was closed and they told me they couldnt do a return because the customer service was closed so I called the corporate office and spoke to a customer service rep.they helped me by calli g the store to speak to a manager. a associate answered and was asked to speak to a manager whom never came to the phone. After 45 mins of.Being on hold I went back in the store to get a manager for the rep to speak to on the phone then we were disconnected accidently disconnected..by this time I had been on the phone and at the store for 1hour and 30 mins all to do a simple return. Finally a manager came up and did refund for me .all of this could have been avoided and I and my kids could have left happy but it turned out like it did. Thanks Walmart

The woman who packed my groceries in my car name is Julie. She was very friendly and has great customer service. They only thing I didnt like was that my meat has to now be bagged in the clear meat bags and not in the grey grocery bags. I feel as though that is very unsanitary and it can be cross contamination with my other groceries as majority of the meat packages leak. Please go back to bagging the meat in the grey grocery bags.

If I could give zero stars i would. It took the cashier 7 or 8 attempts before had to CALL and let her hear my giftcard balance because she couldnt get it to work....nothing was wrong with the card, min you. All this before another cashier tried 3 times then called a manager, who walked me AND all my groceries to the customer service desk. Then it TOOK HER AND 2 other associates another 5 attempts AND me calling and letting THEM hear the balance as well, before FINALLY another cashier came over and FINALLY GOT IT TO GO THROUGH....howmany associates does it take to ring groceries with a dang giftcard, WalMart???? Jeeeeez!!!! Bad experience all together.

Very rude employees. And dont ever work there. The management does not respect their employees by no means. Take sexual harrassment as a joke and still make you work with them. Definitely need new management period

I love this little Walmart its convenient prices are a little different from the Supercenter which is hard to understand especially on milk one week you can cash your paycheck at the next week they say its a two party just very Im consistent and some very rude employees thats why the most for it the ones that have been there for a while or awesome

I appreciate that Walmart Neighborhood Market for having the fresh vegetables and fruits. They also have a pretty good selection of meats as well.

I dont like the parking lot . have seen 2 bumpups people trying to back out of straight in parking. Have to really watch walking on cross walk in and out traffic goes little to fast through lot. Well stocked store.

You can shop most items cheaper than Food Lion, especially the 99¢/gallon milk. Not a large Walmart Super-center, so do not come here to buy anything other than groceries and pharmaceuticals. Great parking, easy access in and out, and plenty of check out lines. You won’t wait long in a check out line here. It’s all good in the Neighborhood.

Its wal mart I only shop there if I absolutely have to.

The disinfectant that are pumping through the air vents is really strong and makes hard to breathe with mask on. My clothes smelled of disinfectant for an hour after leaving store

Im very slow when I walk, before I could cross from the parking lot to the store, a store employee was bringing a motorized cart out to me. That really made me feel special. I did my shopping and ✔ d out. As I got to my car and finished loading my groceries a nice gentleman offered to return the cart for me. It was just a very nice experience for an otherwise dreary chore. Thanks Wal-Mart and Lexington.

I have been using the on line shopping sense it started and have been very pleased up until today. I know there is a virus situation, very clear on that sense I have an autoimmune disorder have been very grateful for this service. I understand that pick up appointment are backed up and I planned ahead putting in my order on Monday for a pickup on Friday evening. My pickup time was for 6:00P.M. Friday ( today). I just got a message from them telling me they canceled my order due to high demand. I would like to know who decides what orders are most important. I had medical supplies on that list for my elderly fatherA very angry ex_customer!

This is the ONLY Walmart that I can rely on to have what I need in stock! This is also one of the only stores that is always clean along with not having someone stocking and blocking every isle!

This Walmart has a very convenient location if you live in the area. Its not the Walmart Supercenter but it has a decent size selection of normal Walmart products. This location closes at 12 a.m. so it makes it convenient for later evening shopping. Ample parking in also has a chain of other stores in the same location so you can pretty much cover all of your shopping needs in one small area

Almost exclusively groceries, but a very good selection of items. From prepared fresh vegetables ready to take home and cook to prepared desserts ready to serve. A good selection of produce, meats, canned goods, frozen food, bakery items etc. Along with odds and ends of trash cans, box fans, towels, and assorted other items. Decent selection of cleaning supplies and hygiene and makeup products as well. Very clean store.

The Pharmacy Staff at our Neighborhood Wal-Mart on 64, Lexington NC is A number 1. Best Pharmacy Staff I have ever known and seen.

Products clearly marked and easy to find. I got help immediately when looking for a particular item. Aisles wide enough to prevent bottlenecks. Was in and out with zero problems.

I love the options available in such a small store. Your prices are great. A nice little store and very convenient.The poor guy working the register was under the weather. I am sure that he was miserable and spreading a lot of germs to the general population. Please do not make your employees work while they are sick!!!
