The tech was professional, helpful and courteous. He explained the necessary repair and the time frame needed to complete the repair and he was exactly right . I took my phone in at 10:30 am and it was ready by 2:30 pm .I was absolutely relieved, and very appreciative.

I got my phone fixed. Thats good. Ive lost 4 hours when it could take max 40 min to be fixed ( theyd had the parts already: the samsungs replacement screen). Thats sad. They didnt give me any confirmation that they took my device from me for services and they didnt send me an email confirmation as an alternative. I dropped my cell phone Sunday, the morning of Halloween which also happens to be my sons birthday (so a VERY busy day for me). Only the screen was damaged but it was damaged to the point I could not use the phone. I need my phone for work so getting it repaired prior to Monday was imperative. Verizon sent me to iBreakuFix. Nick, the manager, checked me in. He confirmed he could repair my phone, confirmed they had all of the parts and processed my insurance through Verizon. He told me they were shorthanded but assured me they would get to my phone. He gave me a time to return of 5:30. I commented that the store closed at 5 but he assured me they would be there repairing all the phones they had taken in that day. Honestly, I was very concerned I would return to a locked door because who stays open late anymore AND it was Halloween after all. But thankfully, when I returned, the door was not only open but Nick was inside helping a new customer transfer the data on an old phone to a new phone. I gathered this was not even something he was paid to do. The customer was an older person who had health issues that made it very important she always have an operational cell phone. I was super impressed that Nick would be so kind. Brandon, the tech, brought out my repaired phone. It was good as new!!! I am really impressed with the commitment to service displayed by these employees. In addition, Nick was very professional and patient under the stress of being short handed and staying open late. I am VERY thankful for the service I received at this store!!

While having a place to repair glass on phones is wonderful, especially in these times, this location is short staffed. Normally this isnt a problem. However, they had my phone for over 6 hours after saying it would take 4 hours. They didnt actually repair it until I sat in the store and told them Ill wait for it.

After I had a appointment and driving a hour away I get there and they say they short staff not taking appointment or walk in. Try tomorrow the guy told me. So I went on line booked another appointment and decide to call before I make a two trip after I was told they would be able to fix my phone and again we short staff no help no appointment no walk in. He sorry but cooperate makes the appointment and they store don’t have staff to complete all the orders.

Great people,fast service. Only issue I can say is that it would have been nice if they would have charged my phone although I understand that they cant know when it would have been picked up. Maybe let customers be prepared for a dead device.

:Updated to show how long I was left on hold:On hold for 3 hours.... OutrageousI cant speak for their work as I was turned away from the appointment that was made prior to the hour drive there. Im currently on hold for the second time, first being 30ish mins with no answer and this one currently at 20 mins, to file a complaint after the tech refused to look at the phone and told me to come back tomorrow. Again an hour drive each way, normally fine why not but I just started my own business and cannot afford the time away from my clients with appointments to maybe getting shooed away again.

Great service. My phone had a cracked screen and some water damage issues. They made sure the phone was operational before giving it back to me. I would recommend them for you electronic repairs. They was also almost 100 dollars cheaper than two other places that quoted me.

Ive been to this location three times. I wont be going again, and I recommend you dont go here in the first place.First time here was to have a cracked screen replaced, and everything was done fine. Second time, cracked screen again (I had an unlucky couple months), but this time, the screen was not aligned correctly, and the adhesive at the bottom of the screen failed less than a day after picking the phone up. So I put up with that for a couple months until I had free time to take it back and have them correct the mistake. Mid last week I took it back to have them fix their mistake under warranty, and they did for no cost, which was nice. So I pick the phone up two hours later, and before I even got home from the store, the adhesive had failed and the screen had separated again. So thats a track record of 67% of them doing their job entirely wrong, at a Google Certified location. And, as I write this, Ive been on hold with their corporate support line for an hour and a half without a single word being spoken to me, not to mention the several emails that they havent replied to about my issue.I wont trust this company with any of my devices, ever again, and I recommend the same for anyone reading this.

I took my phone in at 2pm on a Saturday because my charging port was damaged. The phone needed a new battery, new screen, new charging port and the ringer off/on switch was hanging up. These people saved the day. Id been by Verizon and two other Phone repair places besides uBreakiFix. Everyone else said get a new phone on warranty... uBreakiFix couldnt guarantee they could fix it because it would even show that it was charging... But they gave it a shot. Sent me text to my business phone that I was ready 5 hours later. No $ charge because these guys are Samsung warranty repair certified and my phone was only 6 months old. I will NEVER use this company again. Horrible customer service! This is the 2nd horrible experience with the same location. The first time was a huge inconvenience b/c they replaced the back of my phone with the wrong color. After leaving my phone with them for hours to fix a cracked screen, I had to return and leave the phone again for several more hours to get the back cover color corrected with no discount or anything to compensate for their mistake and was treated as if the mistake was MY FAULT. I shrugged it off as them being short-handed. The second experience was worse. I tried to take the phone on a Sunday around 1pm and was told they needed to keep it overnight. I was quoted a price of 275.00 for a cracked Samsung screen. I decided to bring the phone the following day instead of leaving it overnight. I brought the phone back the next day at 12:20 and was quoted a price of 294.25 which I assumed was with tax included. They said the phone would be ready by 3:00. I returned at 5:10 p.m. (giving them an extra 2 hours). After waiting in line 10 minutes, the phone was still not ready. I left and returned at 6:30. After waiting in line again, I was given a price of 317.00!!! AND....after all of those visits, the guy at the counter STILL did not know who I was or what my name was. Then, acted as if I lied about the price quote of $275.00! Both experiences were HUGE inconveniences with nothing to compensate for their inability to get the job done a timely manner to save their customer numerous hours without a phone and several trips to the store.

I was very pleased with my experience. They all treated me very well. Called them before I left my house 2 1/2 hours aways. The data wasnt workings on my phone but had phone and text. Knew about where I was going but would need landmarks. The guy was so helpful with given me the landmarks. I had to call to ask which exit was I the take on I 20He even told me the exit to take off of I20 to Sunset Blvd _Hwy378. I was able to driveStraight to their location. They fixed my phone in just over a hour. When I returned to pick my phone up they helped me set the phone back up.made sure the data was fixed and that the phone and text was working. Called them Monday said the part to perform the repair to my phone would arrive Wednesday so I scheduled to get the repair done Friday drove from Augusta GA up there and apparently they were out of stock from where ever they ordered the part. I would suggest to them to take down the name and number of there customers who order parts so they can alert them if things change. That way they dont waste their customers time and money. Its just the right thing to do.

This review is for Majik.Thank you for taking care of me- going out of your way to take care of me. I havent been a happy/satisfied customer.While others here have also in their own ways, in the past, gotten something done for me or worked me in.. it has always felt like pulling teeth.. rather than feeling like the company is really blooming to help people... because truth is, these things are attached to us.. we do about everything from them.. especially us who use them for business. Its hard to work in for both parties many times, but totally inconvenient for the end user all of the time.It means a lot when you show that you genuinely care and go out of your own way, above and beyond to take care of a person in need. Majik did this for me today. The cards havent fallen in my favor this past week of not having a working phone, and its been made Very difficult to get done.Today, another issue arose... but, Majik understood, had compassion, and took it upon herself to help the situation be resolved.This is what it takes to succeed as an honorable business, but it cant be upheld upon one persons shoulders.. it needs to be shared and upheld by everyone in the team and in the company.Majik, at least from what I saw today, youre a model figure for what others should look at to be like when it comes to customer service, satisfaction, appreciation, and compassion. I hope all of the others will.When it comes to the company and rest who work within it, my input is to just be honest and true in everything you say and do. Phone screen looks brand new with no issues. My phone was cracked on the side and getting worse everyday, I could barely type, and it was causing my phone to just go crazy!! Now it was a little expensive since I didnt have insurance on my phone BUT WORTH IT! My phone feels and looks brand new! I got it fixed June 26th 2021 so to all the employees there that day that worked on my phone THANK YOU SO MUCH!

DO NOT GO HERE! They honestly do not know what they are doing. From insurance claims to repairing phones, they dont do the job well. After leaving me a message saying they had the parts and to drop off my Pixel 4a, when I got there they said they didnt have the parts. Then after making me wait a full week for parts, they had trouble submitting the claim and they gave me back my phone with a broken screen (picture attached).This is a horrible location and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you have a broken phone, cracked screen, do *not* go here, its not worth your time or money or gas.Edit: to the business owner for this location on Google: Id rather have a broken finger than deal with your business ever again, if you want to look into anything look into closing this location down.

Took my phone to them today 4/13/21 as a walk-in. Had an appointment for home repair which was cancelled and I had already filed a claim through my carriers insurance. My iPhone XS Max had a slight crack on the screen. They were very helpful. Left it only took a couple hours to replace my screen. Very please with the service!!!

I was quoted 3 different prices for the same screen replacement. I was first quoted $139,, but was told to bring my pad in for them to look at. I was then told the price would be $119 and that they would still look for a even better price on the screen. Later in the day the manager called me and told me the price of $460. This place will rip you off...STAY AWAY!!!

I drove an hour just to hear that they do not have the equipment and software! While it was different when we called or dropped off the phone! They said they can fix it in one hour, unless there is a problem with motherboard! They have not even checked the phone software. I know this because the black guy there said everything will be deleted on your phone!! But nothing is deleted nothing has changed in my phone! They were supposed to call or text me after one hour but they didnt after 2:30 hours! More interesting, they texted a link and asked for review! Really? You want review? For what? Just for dropping off and picking up my phone? You didnt even check it! At least you could do a reset factory!

Broken screen on my Samsung phone was fixed within a few hours. They are a Samsung approved repair facility so I was comfortable that they would do a good job. The guys were very helpful and Chance even stayed beyond closing time to finish my phone so I could get it back the same day. I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.

Majik came out to my husbands place of employment and repaired his Galaxy S10e screen on sight. The repair was completed on time and super fast! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of our family and friends. I would definitely use them again!

My son’s Xbox stopped working several months ago. I took it to one local place and was told the mother board was bad and it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. I let it sit several months and planned to get one of the new platforms that just came out. This week I decided to get a second opinion. I dropped it off Monday about 4pm. He started to take it in the back after I asked for a diagnosis since I wasn’t positive what the symptoms were trying to decipher from my child what it was doing. I told him to get to it when they had the chance. It’s been months and I don’t expect them to drop what they are doing. I got an email about an hour later saying it was fixed. I called assuming it was a mistake. Was told it just needed a software rebuild and it was fine now. $29 dollars later and we have a content household again. I really can’t say enough good about this place. I will be back for any future needs. Thanks guys!

The repair was done in a matter of a few hours

Back in September of 2020 I took my Samsung galaxy s10 plus in to the store after Samsung told me to. They let me know that the phone was still under the manufacturer warranty and the repair would not be any cost to at this location because they were certified to make all repairs for them. Well I drive over 20 minutes to get to the store. I ask as I was dropping the phone off how would I know when it was ready they tell we will call you....how you have my phone and it the only number I have to contact me. They tell it will take three hours to repair come back at this time. The young lady never asks any questions about passwords or anything for the device nor does she ask me to back up all data to the cloud. I dont walked returned four hours later and they tell me my device is fixed I just need to log to be sure the reset took. Well I could not because because the device was unrecognizable to my Samsung account. Then they tell everything was erased from the phone. That means no medical information that was used not banking or credit card information not pictures appointments not everything that we keep on our phones was gone forever. The manager told me would talk with employees about this mess up and would be happy to fix my device in the future at no cost to me fast forward January 2021 call and they cant find any record of my visit to there store. This place is a joke and cant repair and thing not even the broken screen in there store location

My phone lost its haptics and vibration acutely over the weekend. I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Verizon who ultimately authorized a trip to uBreakiFix. Within 2 hours after dropping off the phone it was ready for pick up.It is working perfectly again.

I came in to have my Galaxy s20 FE repaired as I had broken the screen. Unfortunately they only had 1 of the needed screen replacements in stock and it was being held in reserve for a customer with an insurance claim. I was prepared to go else where, however the girl at the front desk decided to check with her boss if it was okay to use the part since it was still unclaimed and was unlikely to be claimed that day. They agreed and I was cleared for the repair. This was very much appreciated as she could have just allowed me to leave since she had a valid reason but instead she went the extra mile to help me out. 5 star service from her as she was also friendly and informative. I forgot to ask her name so i cant give her a name drop but she said Awesome sauce a few times so im sure the owner can figure it out and pass on my compliments.As for the repair its self it was reasonably priced at 160 for the damage to the screen being complete. I was given a 3-4 hr time window but the repair was done in 2. Unfortunately this was not the end of my repair. The screen was new and the phone seemed to be in working order but on the ride back home it lost service. I took the phone back and they decided to wipe the phone to see if it would fix the issue however this led to another bizarre issue where after the wipe my pincode no longer worked to unlock my phone. After a lot of effort to get around the new issue from the manager and my self, he finally decided the best route would be to send the phone in to Samsung and offered to reimburse the cost of any fee they might charge. Although this was not ideal as I need my phone for work, this was also appreciated. A less reputable place may have decided to try and shift the blame to me or on other areas of the phone instead of owning up to the issues stemming from the original repair. After another trip home I was thankfully able to finally figure out a way to get my phone unlocked where I was able to find that the no service issue had not been resolved by the phone wipe/reset. The manager asked me to come in the next day so they could open the phone back up and give it another check before going the route through Samsung and I agreed. So after one more set of trips there and back, the issue was resolved as it turned out there was just a loose internal wire causing the problem.Even though it was not ideal to have to make several trips there and back and be without my phone for a day instead of a few hours, the friendly service and willingness to handle and own up to the unforseen issues with repair without any question means I would definitely recommend them and use them again my self. You can be sure that they will fix the problem and if any issues arise they will not try and pass the buck onto you.

Needed the screen replaced on Samsung Galaxy, was told it could be done no problem. After three hours, I returned to find that the screen wasnt the replaced.The attendant/cashier danced around the issue, trying to explain why I wasnt notified before about the straight talk issue (obvious incompetence, cowardly customer service).The kicker? On my return, they were in the process of explaining a similar screw-up to another client. At least two customers with hours wasted due to a lack of communication (and judging by the reviews, this is not an isolated incidence).Dont go here.
