Better off going to Walmart and getting prepaid. Rudest people I’ve ever met. Might want to consider treating other like you would want to be treated. The heavy set lady needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I’m pretty sure she is the owner and thinks she is above everyone else. Can’t get business like that.

I bought a Galaxy S5 Page Plus phone from there and it is the absolute worst phone Ive ever had. The owner wouldnt do anything but Tinker with it and tell me I should have spent more money on a phone. He does not bother to tell his customers that the phones he is selling are refurbished. Page Plus customer service is awful and all in India. If you dont want to hassle steer clear of this place. I used to feel differently but after two lemon phones Im done.

I was not impressed with their customer service. I was interested in a phone and a new plan but they tried to sell me something I didn’t need or want. I went with another local company and saved big time.

As always....G & G Wireless was very friendly & helpful. Waited until 2 days before Christmas & got just what I needed. Been with them for years....just for these reasons.

Great place with great customer service. The owner is a very sweet,helpful guy & knows everything about phones.The prices for phones & accessories are cheap, good price, great quality. Sometimes he has used phones & accessories great prices as well. I have used the Airvoice phone plan it was great. I had service everywhere in Lexington from Mt. Airy to Myrtle Beach. The only place I didnt have service was on very top of the Mt was told no one does. I was very pleased with the quality of Airvoice service mainly the price couldnt beat the monthly plan which was good for 30 days for $40. If they dont have an item you need they can usually order it or send you to a place that has it in stock. If you have a problem with your phone (even if your not a phone customer ) they will let you leave your phone over night to work on it. Very great place!

I just called up there and asked if I could bring my phone and the new LCD to see if they would replace it. The person that answered said they dont do any repairs but if you look at the about on here it literally says: offerings - repair services. So I dont understand if yall dont do repairs then why post up that yall do?
