Jamie Hernandez was phenomenal! I went to at least 6 dealerships and test drove cars at each one. Jamie was the most knowledgeable about the cars I drove with her (4) and was able to not only answer all of my questions, but give me information that I had not asked for. She is the type of person you want selling you a car! I did not feel pressured to buy any of the cars I drove with her, but when I found one I really liked - she did everything in her power to get me the best deal possible. I highly recommend M&L - especially Jaime!!

I worked with Keith, he was absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the staff! Purchasing a car is very hard, but they made it extremely easy for me ! They listened to everything I asked and the budget I was working for, I left with a Brand New Hyundai Tucson, I already drove the car all the way from NC to UT, not a problem. There was times when getting approved that I was very worrisome, they helped to ease my mind and when I tell you I left that same day with a new car, they paid off the loan and I had and I was good to go!The car has the space and everything, I can go on for days. Just know if you are looking for a car this is where you need to go, they actually listen to you! Thank you so much guys!

I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago and I recommended my sister to do the same.Unfortunately it looks like she purchased a lemon that they refuse to fix… a week after my sister got her car the check engine light came on, she took it back and they turned the light off without fixing it. They did this 3 times… the 3rd time the light came back on they charged her $100 to “fix” it. Two weeks later it’s back on again. Same issue.Why buy a car from somewhere if they can’t fix the preexisting issues before they sell the car ? And then after they sell it they give you the run around. And charge you for it?10/10 do not recommend purchasing a car from here.Their auto shop is awful, won’t return calls and don’t fix the issues.

I had this experience twice, they fixed my car three time in three months and I still had the same issue. I took it somewhere else and found that nothing they fixed needed fixing. My car is running great now after having the other garage work on it. Safe to say I will take the longer drive drop now on.

All in all a good service appointment. We did add fuel filter change and sensor check so the length of time was OK. The only reason for four stars is when I got home there was a very strong fuel order. Never had that before when the filters were change. I can only assume the tech didn’t clean up very well. I had to park outside overnight as it was too strong in my garage. I will be back.

We were pretty adamant about finding a specific truck to fit our needs. We found one online late at night and decided to get up early the next morning and start the 3+ hour drive to M&L in Lexington, NC. We called when they opened, an hour before our scheduled arrival to make sure this truck was still on the lot and to schedule a test drive. We were promptly greeted by Patricia (Trisha) Hulin. We went through the test drive, highway and back roads for a “scenic tour” to test the 4WD. We were able to have the truck put on the lift so my husband could check that things were all good. Trisha was great! She was able to answer all of our questions and was a real pleasure to work with. She never once seemed unsure of what she was telling us, she walked us through the entire process and was never pushy, and was straight to the point. This was by far the best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We arrived knowing the vehicle we wanted and having already secured financing. George Bumgarner was courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. He met us in the parking lot right after our arrival and quickly arranged a test drive. Bought a car from them. Promised by Davis sales manager not once but three times that they would touch up scratches on car found as buying it. Made appointment took off work and no painters there. Drove 45 minutes one way to get done. Then they took it in and just buffed them and left it looking the same. Complained again to sales manager Davis. And he agreed to make it right. Made another appointment and was also promised a fill up of gas. Came to 2nd appointment. They said they already touched it up. Lies my husband has painted many cars and no fill up with gas either. So didnt stand behind promise when purchased car or two appointment later. Also my husband purchased a truck there 2 weeks earlier busted fog lights. Promised to fix took to appointment. Said no fog lights there. Said on back order another 45 minute drive and time off work for nothing. My made another appointment and still no part there but no one there to do it. Now waiting on his 3rd appointment to see if ever done. This place lies about everything. Warning do not trust or believe anything they say. Dont buy a car truck jeep or anything from them. All liBs. I will also be reporting to BB B. And going to all local news stations as well. I can back today to speak with sales manager Dave Brown not only was he rude and right in my face he immediately came after me with a huge attitude. He wanted to know what I wanted. I said first of all Ive left a dozen messages for you to call me so has my husband and he said he had gotten no messages for us either one to call us. Yet I explained the entire situation and he said he had seen my review and spoken with everyone involved and they had done all that they were gonna do except fix my husband fog lights and after that that was it. Said my car was touched up. Yet I have before and after pictures which prove it wasnt. Please everyone take this as a true huge warning. Do not purchase from this dealership ever

Here is a synopsis of what I have experienced dealing with your service department in regards to the warranty I purchased in conjunction with my truck purchase in Nov2020.The issue occurred in July when the AC cut out in my truck. I took the vehicle to Hall Jeep Chrysler here in Virginia beach. I was informed that the truck would not be covered under the warranty because of the aftermarket harness which was fried. The Truck was pre-owned (2018, 2500 Ram, 38k miles) and was a certified used vehicle. It is my understanding the responsibility should fall on the dealership for not doing their due diligence when certifying the vehicle.After several phone calls with M & L Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department, the agreement was I would bring the truck to North Carolina to be fixed. The understanding being that the truck would receive stock parts so that in the event something happened again, the warranty would cover the items. I paid the diagnostic and rental car fee locally incurred in VB during this process. I had a TAD trip with the Navy 29 July through 18 Sep, so I took leave and drove the truck from Virginia Beach to NC and paid to change both flights to start and end in Charlotte to support drop-off and pick-up.I was speaking with Carra at M & L while the truck was being serviced. I picked up the truck when I returned from my trip and within an hour of driving the truck, the same problem occurred with my AC. I spoke with Carra, and she explained that the mechanic “soldered the old harness” back together. I was very disappointed because that was not what we had agreed upon and after all the expenses, time and expectations, I was left back at square one.I was in communication with Shane the service manager. After 2 weeks of waiting for a response, I followed up with the service department only to learn that he quit his job leaving me back at square one.Frankly i am very tired of dealing with M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington. I am extremely disappointed in the overall customer service department and decided that i will pay the $3K locally to fix my truck.

I am extremely disappointed with M & L Chrysler. I called to inquire about a truck listed on both their website and car gurus. I asked the sales rep if the listed price was the price it was being sold for. She assured me it was correct. The next day I called to make a down payment and only then was I notified the actual price was $19,000 above the list price! I asked to speak with a manager as this is a classic “bait and switch.” He claimed it was a “mis-price” and would not honor the advertised price that I was previously told was correct. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m very disappointed with my experience at M & L Chrysler

Shane and the team at M&L were great to work with. Im not normally a dealership kind of guy but Im pretty particular and they had what I was looking for. I live about three hours away so it was great that Shane took the time to take quite a few more pictures for me before I committed to making the drive. He then came in on his day off to make sure it got detailed and filled with gas. The finance team was great working with my credit Union even though they never had before. Very laid back purchasing experience and a clean one owner used truck . Cant ask for much more . I paid a little more than I would have private party but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Shane and M&L to anyone shopping for a quality new or used vehicle.

Attention to detail is 100%, although I was wondering why it took 3.5 hrs. with an appt for a an oil change, rotation and alignment. Oh well, work was definitely satisfactory.The one concern I did have after getting my vehicle was that I noticed a box of items that were in my back seat had been thrown onto the floorboard behind the driver seat. I do know that the leather is a bit slippery but even with my everyday driving that box slides around but always stays in the seat. I am concerned that someone took a corner faster than they should have when test driving the vehicle.Kara and the service team are exceptionally easy to work with. If I am ever in the area and need something looked at I will definitely return.

I had my new car that I purchased from m&l earlier this year serviced for the first time. KARA was my service advisor. She was super friendly and got me taken care of straight away. I had called the day before to schedule the apt and they were able to get me in first thing the very next day which was great for me. I also received an estimate via email with the estimated cost which I also liked because it gave me an idea of what to expect as far as what was going to be done and how much I would need to pay. TERRIBLE service... The original estimate to fix my truck was around $550 ... I get a call from Wendy the service desk lady saying that they did the work and my truck is still misfiring and she said the mechanic re-diagnosed the truck and she said it would be another $700 OR MORE to fix it( on top of the original estimate price)I go the following morning and talk to Matt the service department manager and he agreed that I would only have to pay the original estimate price and that Wendy had MISUNDERSTOOD when she told me about it being $700 or more... so I get the call saying my truck is done and all the work was done....THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING...........My gas tank fell out while driving 45 mph after having them fix several things including a vacuum leak were they had to drop the gas tank while finding the vacuum leak.. the “FIRST YEAR” mechanic (as Matt the service manager called him) forgot to put the bolts back in that holds the gas tank in... and after asking for them to fix my recalled airbags while my truck was already there and they said ok ... that was not done,Wendy at the service desk verified they where not put in !UPDATE 6/14/19 ....Today I found a part laying on top of the motor.. see photo.. it’s a black bracket... I guess the FIRST YEAR mechanic forgot where it went and just did not put it back on......After I found the part today I had another mechanic look at my truck because it still has the original problem with misfiring... he said only one spark plug was changed and just one coil pack ... M&L was supposed to replace all of them ...THE MISTAKES JUST KEEP COMING !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡

While driving back from a Florida vacay to Richmond, VA, my Grand Cherokee had a hiccup on I-85. Had to have it towed to M & L. It was late afternoon, but Kara W. and the Service manager worked my vehicle in and got me on the way before they closed for the day. A ZERO is needed. I purchased a used vehicle from them and had issues with it twice before the ink dried. That I shouldve taken as a sign but thinking they have always done great by us surely this can be resolved amicably. Our family has been customers for years. NO... the GM Donnie was no help. He did not even offer to assist in coming to a common ground with the repairs. I have tried contacting them for about 2 1/2 weeks and finally I just showed up with the vehicle. After having it for 3 days they tell me that it costs more for the repairs than the car payments. I WILL NEVER BUY NOR SEND ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN FOR A VEHICLE...run the other way.

I was treated very well by the salesperson, Trisha, and am happy with all aspects of my buying experience. UPDATE: when I made my purchase there was only one key and a cracked windshield. We negotiated another key and a factory replacement windshield. WELL, its been 4 weeks, no key no replacement windshield and NO CONTACT from the dealership. I contact them and even then, no response. I understand that there have been holidays and the virus but come on. 4 weeks is disappointing and frustrating. At this point, just want what was promised. Will continue as a customer if these things are handled. Stay tuned..... UPDATE: the SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS GOT IT GOING ON!! So happy for their help. We bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee, and the salesman was great. he finance department however were not on top of their game. We signed all the paperwork and took the jeep home. We received a call a couple days later and was told we had to resign papers because the incorrect price was sent to the bank. So we ended up having another finance company finance everything , Gap, extended warranty, etc. Payment was higher and the interest was higher than previously signed for which was the fault of the finance department. I questioned this and was told oh well, the papers are signed and your trade is gone. It seems once they have the signed paperwork they do not want to talk to you any longer. I will allow them to do the first service on the vehicle but after that, this vehicle will never return to their lot and we will not purchase anything else from them. We are looking at trucks now for me, but we definitely will go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee, and I have to say it was an amazing experience, Trisha was very helpful! I’ve never owned a Jeep before and I found the one I wanted online previous to my arrival and she found me the one closest to the one I wanted on the lot! Sam in the finance department was awesome! He made sure I got the best deal. He also booked an appointment for his dog with me that day! Bad experience was looking to buy a 2500 dodge truck. Everything went well until they ran my credit. I asked them to run our credit with 3 banks of our choosing. They did run credit with the three banks I asked them too, but also ran it with as many other banks as they wanted too. So much for working on my credit.

12/8/20 I came to m&l to “look” for a vehicle! After a good talk game I did a test drive on a 2015 Dodge Charger. Drove alright to me within that hour & 1/2 so i decided to go with that vehicle, well let me tell ya ! The next day or two I started to hear ticking which was getting louder by the day, I took the car back to m&l due to the ticking noise that I know not suppose to sound like that. After being turned around twice telling me “oh it suppose to sound like that” come to find out it was things in the motor like liftors, cam, etc... it’s had over 3-4 thousand dollars worth of work done to it and I haven’t had the car a full 3 months yet. So not only that I say about a few weeks ago the washer fluid light started coming on & the back up camera started to work when it wants also ! so Saturday 2/27/21 I took the car for my first oil change cause obviously if the washer fluid light coming on already then who knows if it’s been serviced. I get there with a working motor (that dispenses the washer fluid) when I pulled off after the service I checked to see if it’s was dispensing like it’s suppose to & all of a sudden it’s not doing anything so I pulled back up to let them know & was told the motor gone and I’ll have to pay for diagnostic & to have it fixed when it was working before they touched it. I think M&L has been one of the worse experience I’ve had in buying a car I wish I would have bought one off the street

Went in for a brake problem which turned out to be nothing more than gravel stuck in. They got me in the next morning after my call and was in and out in about an hour or so, including an oil change. Very nice, helpful and courteous service advisors.

One of the best buying experiences I have had, the whole team there was great. No pressure, extremely friendly, and over accommodating. They stayed ahead of schedule for the timeline we had, the SUV that was picked looked brand new like it had never been driven! The finance department was great as well!
