We stopped in the other day Mr. Jason stepped up to help us walk around the lot and offered to bring any or all the trucks we wanted to look at so we didnt get wet.. ( was light rain) but we told him we were just looking , he went and rounded up the keys for us, offered us a drink then asked if we had any questions he could answer... very good salesmanship we looked a a few trucks and picked a 2020 with about 9,000 miles again he treated us was we were thr most important person he had , to top off the sale he gave us more then we expected on our trade in , so if your looking for that good old salesman you had many years ago just go to Lexington Nissan and ask for Jason hes the real deal

Bought my Nissan Rouge in April and brought it in recently for an oil change. Service Department/Advisors were very helpful. I broke my leg and had surgery so I have to use a walker. I’m not very fast at all but they were very helpful with opening the doors for me and helping me get around. Even backing my car up right to the door so that I didn’t have to go very far to get in it! Definitely a wonderful service department!

Great experience. I had been to the dealership prior to the day of my purchase and had the initial meet and greet completed. I hadnt decided what I wanted at the time so I didnt want to be pestered as auto salesmen usually do. Once I had made up my mind, I went on line and selected my vehicle, I let Janet know and she proceeded to the dealership on the other side of town to pick up the vehicle. When she returned, I went up and drove the car and was pleasantly surprised at all the upgrades the Rogue had. Upon my decision to purchase I was given a few numbers (purchase/lease) and deposits etc. They were not outrageous and I thought very fair. Signed paperwork and was out the door from beginning to end in less than 3 hours. I cant say enough good about them and would recommend that anyone considering a Nissan to go to the Lexington branch and buy your car from them.

Justin, the parts department manager is awesome! I was having a problem with my brake light sensor and was going to purchase one. Justin offered to come take a look at what the issue was and he actually pushed the sensor in. He said it had probably just worked it’s way out on the bumpy roads. He didn’t have to go outside and look at my car, he could have just sold me the part and sent me on my way. He went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful. He did a nice thing and I wanted to take the time to acknowledge my appreciation.

From start to finish my salesperson, Gaston Techera, handled all my queries with knowledgeable responses and selected the car just right for me and my budget. I was found a finance company who offered a good rate for my loan, and, the 48 month bumper to bumper warranty is extremely important to anyone who expects to keep their car till its paid off, at least. Everyone was friendly toward me, as well. An excellent car buying experience!

Overall was a pleasant experience. However, Used Car Sales Manager pulled a fast one that low balled my trade and Im not happy with that. tell me up front, dont have it in the background and then spring it when I was not happy with the value. this so called error is easily fixed and can be documented accordingly. Your Used car sales manager is a crook. Plain and simple. Otherwise, we loved the experience and I have to say was one of the best Ive had and Ive had many vehicles. Low balling a trade based on a Lie is Illegal and will keep me from attempting to trade another when I am ready to upgrade another one of my vehicles.

Wonderful dealership to do business with! I drove from Augusta to look at a car I had seen online. Ended up taking it home with me that same day. Jake was my sales guy. I had a steering locked replaced that was identified in a service bulletin . They performed the service free of charge. I belong to a Z enthusiast forum and several members have had the exact same issue beginning back in 2010 . Many have paid for the repair so I was very happy to not pay the 1000+ others have .

Went to schedule an appointment to have the AC checked. I was told that I would have to leave the car for several days for diagnostic purposes. They do NOT offer loaner cars but one can be rented from them. I got the impression that they were attempting to run up a large bill.

My experience was really good. When I picked my car Travis gave me a very detailed review of all I had going on with my car and the cost of things I need to take care of. He was very patient. The gentleman that initially to possession of my car was not at all nice. I believe his name may have been Mike... Not that he was mean but lets just say I was treated like dollar signs, not very personable in my opinion. Just more money he can get out of a consumer. I understand that is ultimately what it is about but at least have a personality when you are about to take my money. This is the only reason I didnt give my experience today 5 stars.

Very Friendly Staff , They go that extra mile to ensure we are taken care off.i had a Torn Tyre and my Insurance company wasnt available to approve a different model of Tyre since the same wasnt available , So first they requested me to pay it off and reimburse the same from the insurance company , Which i was not pleased to do so but i didnt have any option.The Lady manager on shift did mentioned to the technician why should the customer be made responsible if the insurance company wasnt available to approve the same. They instantly got it changed and eventually the dealership settled the claim with the insurance company. That makes me say they go that extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care off.. Stopped by on a Saturday to test drive an Armada. Was in a time crunch so I didnt have time for high pressure sales. Luckily I was met by Gaston! Gaston was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and respected my time restrictions. Over the course of the day we communicated by phone and text. This is exactly what I needed. We worked out a deal and I drove the new Armada home that afternoon. All this while attending my daughters sporting event. Gaston was spot on with everything!! Took my car in for a free oil change using a coupon I got last fall. Was able to make the appointment for the same day I called. They offered free snacks / soft drinks in the waiting room. Customer service was friendly and courteous. I went out to grab a quick lunch with my wife and son, and when I returned the car was ready to go and had been washed. They even cleaned the wheels. VERY IMPRESSED - a free car wash with a free oil change. Definitely didnt have to go that extra mile, but really appreciate that they didnt consider my car less important just because I was using a coupon. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to complete, but the service was outstanding!

We found what we wanted on the dealer website for what was a reasonable price. Made an appointment for the same day to test drive. Conducted the test drive. Liked the car. Worked on the price a little. Bought the car then drove it home. One or two car salesman games here and there. Not a lot. But we got the car we wanted for a reasonable price.

Went to get oil and transmission fluid changed. Travis went above and beyond. He could have charged me an extra $205, BUT INSTEAD explained what was wrong and said it would be wrong to take my money. Videos of his professionalism should be distributed throughout Nissan and more folks would come to have their cars serviced. Somebody give this man a raise and pat on the back!!

I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my Ford F150 pickup. I arrived early for what was going to be an hour wait time. I have been coming to the dealership since I purchased my truck from Dick Smith Ford. I come to the Lexington location since it is more convenient then going to the other side of Columbia. I have never been charged a shop fee for my oil change. I had purchased the extended warrantee when I bought the truck. I knew that the tire rotation was $19.95. I had to pay $22.00 because of shop fees. I asked about the shop fees for a tire rotation. What would have been used-- air wrench, take tire off, put tire on? When I inquired, I was told it was for shop fees for the oil change. Never been charged before. I left some 1.5 hours (9:30 am). Just was wondering was I taxed for labor with the tire change?

Worked with me wonderfully from beginning to end. Janet the salesperson was quite accommodating to my unique situation. The gentleman in the finance department was not like any other finance person I’ve dealt with. He was personable and worked to get me a great rate. Everyone involved including part of the service department stayed late on a Saturday to get me into my new car that day instead of having me wait until Monday to pick up my car.
