We were test driving vehicles trying to decide which one was right for us especially after we settled on one only to find out it had a salvage title which changed our minds. We were approached by a male employee (after driving four of their vehicles) and treated very rudely because we wanted to drive more vehicles and check them out. Im not going to purchase something without checking it out thoroughly. I have never been treated so hateful as a customer. I guess it is a good thing we saw their true colors before doing business here. I do not recommend them at all.

I bought my car in April of 2018 and I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience. I have never had any trouble out of my car and the finance process was easy. I definitely recommend buying your next car from them.

Phenomenal service and friendliness dont even scratch how this place and its employees are. Absolutely astonishing and amazing vehicle buying experience, even after the deal was done they continue to hold that standard weeks and months later. While there I witnessed two repeat customers come in, one of which was buying her third vehicle bought from Phoenix. They seem to somehow know everyone that came in to make a payment by name. Definitely buying my next vehicle from here should the need ever arise.
