Went in store the other week and it was nice and clean. Praise the manager on how clean it was. Today was a whole different story. Looked just as messy as all the rest of them do. Stock and totes all over the place. Couldnt even get to where the make up was at be cause of all the totes and that was the reason I went in.

These folks at this particular store, are exceptionally kind and very helpful! If theyre out of stock on certain items they normally carry, all we have to do is say what it is and the 2 managers Ive met will make certain its on their next supply order, and then, they get it quickly! Ive experienced this several times. Enjoy them all, they make YOU feel like youre greatly appreciated.

Friendly staff, great prices & convenient location. When in town visiting family I come here at least every other day. Its a great place if youre just needing a few things & want to get in and get out. They always have great prices & are usually well stocked. During COVID19 Ive observed most staff & customers wearing face masks.

Every time I come to this location 95% of the things I’m looking for are out of stock. It seems like nothing is ever stocked completely & the store is always a mess.

You cant never go wrong at McDonalds they just got good food and the best fries in the world

For such a big building, there were lots of empty spaces on the shelves. It was chaotic trying to find things because they were scattered over several aisles. Wont go back.

Im very impressed on how might have to change Dollar general have become. If youre looking for something quick to buy for dinner, you can always come to Dollar general. Customer service wasand I have pretty much everything you could think of.

Well today I bought two things and they were bad .no refund.

This store is organized and usually well stocked even if it’s small. The young lady with dark hair and glasses (sorry I forgot your name) is very friendly and always helpful.

Nice store but the customer service was not so good . The cashier had a nasty attitude just because I was using coupons and dollar general in-store instant savings didnt come off like it was supposed to . I coupon alot and this location is near me however I will not be going back the service I received was just not good at all I love going to dollar general but will be going to another location from now on .

This DG was busiest of any DG Id been in.Actually had to wait in a line of six or seven shoppers and more behind me. The score would have been higher if there were less restock in the aisles (must be the reason there was toilet paper, bleach, etc.)The one cleaner I was looking for wasnt in stock but a suitable substitute was.The stores margin is probably too small to sustain more than 2 people per shift but they were friendly, even with all the traffic.

I always like going to the Dollar Store the dollar aisle is amazing if I must say so myself great deals for a buck

I love my little DG! They have almost everything I need in quick stops, friendly, clean. This DG has a great frozen foods section, too. TY, DG!

I go here because i hate Wal-Mart. Usually they have everything I need. Lately though the shelves are empty and nothing is in stock.

Finally found birthday cards after several weeks. Store was in disarray but cashier was very nice.

They were busy but the employee was very nice and helping.

I would have rated this location a 0 if I could. Ive been calling the store attempting to ask if they have a certain product available, each time the cashier would answer the phone, then immediately hang up. The last time I called they answered the phone, however, gave no greeting whatsoever, then placed the phone somewhere while they continued to work or whatever they were doing!! Unbelievable!! This is how customers are treated???

I was very pleased with the variety of items available at this store. THe store is well laid out and the prices are quite reasonable.I was shopping for some birthday cards and the selection was very good.While there I also browsed the aisles for food, soda, snacks, toys, housewares, books and candy. Vary good selection on these items as well.Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Dollar general is good.. it is a quick stop to pick up random items you need in a hurry.. for example... I needed a card for someones graduation. It was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Always clean.. 99%of the time all employees know where items are located.. the other 1% I am sure is for fill in, stocking help, etcOne of the better DGs in our town.

VERY rude employees. Just drive further down the road and go to a different DG.

Easier to run in here and grab a few items than to deal with Walmart or grocery stores. Prices arent bad and there is usually no waiting in line.

This is the most fantastic discount store I have ever been to! I frequent this store because it is close to my house, but I pass others because this one is the best! My autistic son loves play dough and we come in at least once a week to buy it. The staff is so friendly. The store is so clean! You can really tell the people that work here take pride in this store. We sometimes hang out for a litttle while, its nice knowing i can afford the things we want in here!!! And I want to be specific, there is a dark haired gentlemen and a brunette woman that are usually there to greet you, and they are obviously the heart of this store. You should have seen how well they decorated for Valentines Day, and how loving they were towards the maniac last second V-day bingers. TOP NOTCH SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR SURE! Look forward to many of years of shopping here.

Ive always heard about the racism in Lexington but to experience it is another thing. I used to frequent the local Dollar General often but after learning that they do not carry products for African-American skin, or hair I cant shop there any longer. This is a shame. I have to travel nearly 30 minutes to a nearby Walmart when the Dollar General is less than five minutes away from my home. 😣

There were carts everywhere. Couldnt really maneuver through the store. Much difficulty with a cart. It is always a mess when I come in.
