Personnel are very helpful and friendly.

Took a covid test, still waiting for results. Checked the website, says I was a no show. I am now out of work with what I believe to be a cold, but need a test before returning. Cant get any answers....

People in the store are nasty and rude/ pharmacy is wonderful and they are ao nice and helpful SAD

My uncle bought hair dye from here. He brought it home and when he opened it up it was already used. He called and spoke to the manager who accused him of already using it and trying to return it. Clearly they do NOT check returned items before putting it back on the shelf. Steer clear of this rite aid.

One of their pharmacists took it upon themselves to change one MY prescriptions from a 30 day refill to a 60day refill!!! I only found out after several excruciating panic attacks (I have anxiety) as to why they weren’t filling, telling me I had to wait 30 days. They said I filled it 10/9/20, I tried refilling 11/9/20, then I called everyday trying to explain they’re making a mistake what was going on....finally on Saturday I called and spoke to someone, I talked over her and asked her to listen and look at my history why was my medication not being filled. After on hold she came back annoyed sounding told me it’d be ready in half hour. After I picked it up, I spoke to Tam lead pharmacist on duty, she ended up saying “someone changed it in the system from a 30 day to a 60 day refill, so the system wouldn’t let us”, I said to her if it was heart medication would be dead, expect to hear from a lawyer that’s so wrong” and of the jerk in line behind me had to chime in, people if someone is having a panic attack and yelling, stay away and mind your own business. whoever that man was, if his meds were changed like that he’d be mad too...so learn patience & respect old man. Rite Aid teach your pharmacists they’re not god and keep their hands on the counting and not change things. If I find out it’s that tall lady I had a problem with before, kiss your job goodbye holier than thou P.O.S!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS RITE AID!!

Nikki is always the most kind and patient employee in the pharmacy. She knows what she’s doing and does it correct and fast. She’s always in good spirits and makes my day. Amazing lady.

Since I live so close by I find myself stopping in at least once a week. Have NEVER once felt with an employee who wasnt amazingly and friendly. Esp Delores

L am there to take a passport photo and the camera lost the battery power and the girl who was taking the photo, put the camera down and left without saying anything to me.I thought she has trying to figure it out and actually she just left us alone there. after I waited for a while, i came up to ask where is she, whats going on, they called the manager and the manager switched the battery then took the photo finally.

Ive used this Pharmacy for years would recommend to anyone easy pick-up and drop-off filled within moments inexpensive co-pays with or without insurance awesome sales on everyday items over the counter products cosmetics and things like that cigarettes at the lowest possible price by state law would recommend to anyone 4 Again One Stop shopping

I’ll never come here again! I came in and when I asked a worker Brielle for a product price she said “well, I don’t know” and rolled her eyes making me feel unwelcome. There was no manager in site or I would have reported it immediately afterwards. Drive the extra 3 minutes to Walgreens, not worth it. Clearly I’m not the only one having these issues!

Horrible customer service from Dolores. She saw me come in and walk over to the western union and she tells over to me (mind you she is ringing up customers) what are u recieving money because we dont have much. I told her I wasnt sure of the amount. I called to find out and walked back to stand in line( because yelling while customers are checking out is rude). Once I get to her I tell her the amount is 80 she opens the drawer and says thats all we have is 80 go to another riteaid. Theres a way to talk to customers. I planned on spending money there. By the time I got to my car she comes outfront to smoke a cigarette watching to see if anyone gets in line. Yall need a better staff then this lady. Horrible and its rare I put in a complaint. Coporate will be hearing from. You never know who the customer is.

My primary reason for using this RiteAid is for the pharmacy. All of the pharmacist, technicians and cashier are always extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone is extremely professional and answer any questions I may have for them. This team cant be beat. I have also used the the store for purchases and the employees that I delt with are always helpful and are willing to take that extra step to assist.

I did not have a pleasant experience, a worker who had a nametag that said Brielle was very rude and disrespectful to me. She gave me an attitude when I asked where a certain product was located and barely helped me find the product, another worker helped me. She made me feel unwelcome to the store and acted as if I inconvenienced her. Next time I’ll chose another rite aid or a different store so I can avoid being treated like that.

My favorite drug store to shop is rite aid. 2nd is Walgreens. CVS is not even in my options. Not a fan.

They fired the only employee that worked in the store and managment knows nothing. I will never go in the store again.

New store was just completed in march of 2013, being so close to 5 points you take your life in your hands coming in or trying to get out, go down 4 lights to their store at 8716 new falls by the 7-11 and youll be much happier

I can always find what Im looking for. I have yet to be disappointed.

I just went in to buy Dayquil and I am asked at the register for my date of birth, why is that riteaid???

Just another expensive Rite Aid. Poor checkout. They somehow need to open another cash register.

Staff is friendly but they do move slow compared to other rite aids

Slowest Rite aid pharmacy I have ever been too. No one knows how to do their jobs back there
