The worst customer service. They hire people with no customer service and no experience in beauty. I understand companies are understaffed, but at least hire people who capable of saying hello, may I help you? One young lady, with black and red hair was very rude.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable for my girlfriend to get her hair products

What a wonderful store and staff . I went in over the weekend looking for a birthday gift for my sister . Both of the employees were so knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for and even located the item which was on sale ! So friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be visiting this Sally’s location again very soon

The store is clean the girls are wonderful and its very sterile environment you have to buy a bag if you really need one however most of us dont it just adds to the pollution anyway some of the president little high but its worth it because they know what youre talkin about its all in one place you get everything you need right there! Thanks girls!

I tried to box dye my hair and it was a total disaster so I went into Sally’s first thing they opened and I didn’t catch her name but I’m pretty sure she was a manger.. she was so helpful and she didn’t try to sell me extra product she actually switched stuff out for me I highly recommend this store I go in every once in awhile and the staff is so nice but when I went in today I felt very cared for! Thank you so much!!

My gf went to pick up hair dye, which the one she uses was sold out. The two store employees were extremely helpful in picking out a replacement.

I have my license but choose to go to Sallys for the convenience of location. Today I was blown away with amazing customer service from Scott. Not only was he helpful(approached me in the isle) and helped me find a better fit of products for my hair but also appeased my grumpy 3 year old with finding a hair brush for her. Oh Scott also educated me on the product usage and what and how itll help my hair!!!! Way to go Sallys

Came in looking for a particular color safe shampoo. Was not greeted upon entering the store or once asked if I need help, but I was constantly watched by the cashier as I strolled through this store. I did not feel welcome in the store at all and will not be returning!

Contrary to the other reviewers, I was greeted upon entry by a very friendly associate. Now I knew what I was coming in for, so I didnt need assistance, but when I was ready for check out, my transaction was processed quickly. Will return.

I was there this evening and the older lady that was working was rude. The prices they have shown are only if you have some kind of club card that you need to pay for first. So be careful when you go in there because its not the price it says.

Im here every month for my hair color or shampoo and I have to say nothing is more irritating than being completely ignored in a store, waiting at the register while the clerks gossip and complain about their hair, then proceed to have a conversation while your trying to pay. When I am looking for something no one helps me, they even start putting things away directly in front of me as if I am in their way. Ive never had worse service.

Went in this evening with my girlfriend to buy her hair dye. They didnt know the answers to questions about products, and they quickly became impatient. They answered questions only partway, and really gave the impression that they looked down on her for not knowing how to use things. They were nasty, and one employee even asked other customers to come to her, so she wouldnt have to deal with this. Really rude, impatient, and overall useless. Lot of grunts from them, and even eye rolling.They seemed to be full time staff and even one being the manager, and not some temp worker who didnt care about the job. Really unprofessional. Ended up forgetting the sale and walking out.
