My mother is elderly and disabled. We brought her van in for some much needed repairs. They were fair and honest in their dealings with us. I feel better knowing her van is safer and we werent taken advantage of. They also offer a nice discount for military. Great place and wonderful people!

These guys are the BEST... I normally do my own auto repairs, but when a major engine issue showed up I took a chance on Finish Line since they were close by. They exceeded my expectations in every way. From a difficult problem to troubleshoot, to giving me options on how to proceed with the repair, to keeping me informed of the progress. On top of it all, the price was as quoted and extremely fair. I would give them 6 stars if it were an option!!

I have been coming here with my auto repair needs since the 1990s. They have repaired many of my family vehicles. All of the staff have been very professional and genuinely care about their clients and satisfaction. The shop is spotless and it feels like a home in the waiting room. They are always very flexible about dropping off and picking up vehicle after hours. They dont price gouge and do not misrepresent the repairs needed. Awesome place especially for women that arent comfortable or knowledgeable about car repair. Keep up the good work guys!

Brandon is gone. New guy is a poor listener and rude. A light had come on with a code relating to the catalytic converter. I made an appointment explaining that I had used an additive in the oil to get the light to go off. They drove the car and apparently scanned the codes themselves. They said they would not do any work on the car because it has a transmission issue and told me to trade it in. I have taken the car there for years and had other work done and they were well aware of the harsh shift issue. We had discussed this last year and first they said they could fix it but Tyler said no. Since its intermittent no one has ever refused to fix other things for me. After the fact Tyler sent a rude text laughing about it. I would recommend taking your car elsewhere this is not a professional shop. They did no diagnosis of any kind to see if it needed a catalytic converter or not. Rev. They never offered to diagnose anything nor gave me an estimate of any kind. Apparently, Tyler decided on his own that I didnt look wealthy enough to afford repairs. This despite being a customer there for years.

Getting my trucks brakes serviced here was a great experience. It is nice to find a local repair shop that does a great job taking care of my vehicle, charges a fair price, and I didnt feel taken advantage of. Such a unique and pleasant experience for an auto service shop these days. Tyler and his co-workers are easy to talk to and I felt like they made sure what I needed repaired was taken care of. There was no push for additional repair work. I usually take my truck to a dealership for service but Ill use Finish Line for my service needs now.

They did a great job of aligning the front end of my 09 Mustang GT. After the alignment they had me drive it down the street and check the alignment and the centering of the steering wheel. The alignment was great but the steering wheel seemed to be just a tad off center so they drove it and agreed and then readjusted it perfectly. I have never had a repair shop check this although several got the steering wheel off center !! I always had to catch it and request them to fix it. The Finish Line guys are awesome!!!!

One friday morning the window on my car just stopped rolling up! I brought it in that morning, they had the part sent to them that day by a local dealership and had my car back to me by monday! They told me up front what they roughly thought the cost would be and it ended up being correct in the end so just about as good as you can get from a repair shop! My only issue was that they werent wearing masks when helping customers. Other then that good service!

Vacationing and needed truck repairs. These guys brought us right in, knowing of our situation and gave us the best service we have ever experienced. Our family has been taking our cars to Finish Line for years. We recently moved 45 minutes and we still take our cars to Finish Line for the honest and quality service.

I have had some really off the wall problems that required ingenuity, with 2 different vehicles. The techs could have replaced expensive system/parts but they limited my expense by isolating the finite cause, without extensive labor cost. Also,they never forget my military discount.

These guys are great. I have had four repairs on two different vehicles. Each time they went over with me the work that needed to be done and the parts. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the prices were very reasonable. I am definitely using this shop again.

I actually had my sons car (that he had only owned for two weeks, before it wouldnt start) towed to them from another dealership, because I was not comfortable with info previous dealership was giving. They figured out what was wrong with my sons car, Brandon called and explained in detail the work involved and the cost. These guys are Great!! I had called about the motor in my drivers side window was quoted a price but Tyler told me they would have to make sure is was just the motor. Few hours later I went in, they assessed the problem and let me know everything as the process was being done. The price was same as quoted and they were very pleasant and friendly. I originally went up to get an alignment, and they found some major issues with the front end. He wanted me to come in to show me the issues on the lift. Most mechanics just say things are wrong and won’t take the time to show you. Brandon was very helpful and had a positive attitude. They got the parts ordered and had it all completed within a day. Very honest shop with great people. Will be back in the future.

I let my brakes get really badly worn down so when I finally brought it in for service it was urgent that I get them done. Driving my mothers car, which had been sitting outside for a long while, a lady in the parking lot noted a tire seemed shredded. As I use Finish Line, and had a plane to catch that afternoon, I went straight there. The heat of the outdoors and driving into Atlanta had shredded all four tires! Calling for new tires to be delivered, Brandon began to take off the old ones. As soon as they arrived, he put them on. Efficiency and willingness made the difference. The price was fair! I made the plane. He is also willing to talk on the phone.

These guys will go out the way to insure that the service on your vehicle is done correctly. I give Brandon 5 Stars because my car stop after leaving the servive shop. I called the shop and Brandon came to ny location to correct the problem. Took back to the service shop and made it was performing as should. Tyler could have charged us the diagnostic fee and suggested unnecessary and possibly expensive repairs, but he didnt. He is an honest and fair man with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Convenient location and GREAT customer service! My check engine light was on and I stopped by Finish Line to have my car diagnosed. Gary met me in the parking lot, I showed him the code and told him what was going on. He opened the hood and realized a cap had been left unscrewed after a previous repair. After screwing the cap on, he explained the reason the light was still on and gave me instructions as to what to do before I have my emissions test. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Im happy to have Finishline in our community, am a longtime customer. Theyve done diagnostics and maintenance on my Honda 2-3 years..always dependable work. Recently brought our Tundra which would barely jumpstart. The store we went to first for a battery replacement told us the batt was ok, the alternator was failing.. Frustrated, we came to Finishline to assess, they said the alt was fine, only new battery needed. They installed it for us, checked for any draws and its been running fine. I like this place.. theyre friendly, they explain everything, keep you updated, prices are reasonable, and they fix your vehicle in a proper amount of time. Will continue to bring our cars here.

Since the passing of the owner Chris and the departure of his son Blake, I have still used Finish Line for both our office fleet and my personal vehicles. They are still fairly priced and kind people. I can definitely recommend them.

Been doing business with them since they opened. After the loss of owner, I will never go back. Took car there with thermostat issue. Was ask to come test drive car. Computer was lighting up with traction control, esc issues. The so called Mechanic Gary could not explain what he did or why it was doing it, Had to pick up my car and take it to Chevrolet. STAY AWAY FROM FINISH LINE AUTO. RUDE AND INEXPERIENCED NOW.
