This place was supposed to replace my motor after Valvoline ruined my engine with a poorly executed oil change. Global Auto Solutions Never once contacted me to update me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up at 1030am on a Saturday which according to they hours of operation is during open hours. No one is at the location. I call the number associated with this location and an automated answering service says they are helping another client. I can see straight through the windows. Nobodys is inside to help anyone. I am beyond fed up. This place its terrible with professionalism and at this point Im afraid to retrieve my vehicle in fear that the job may have been conducted as unprofessional as everything else. If I could 0 star this place I definitely would.

Brought my car in because of a transmission error msg, they checked the transmission which was ok and said that the problem was electrical. They told me I would have to bring it back to check every electrical system in the car and that while they normally diagnose the problem free I would have to pay $300 due to labor cost, then once found I would have to bring it back in again to replace likely 1 or 2 sensors. So likely another several hundred dollars. I do a basic search for that error online & literally the first thing that comes up says that all you have to due to fix is replace the auxiliary battery. I spent $54 on eBay for a new battery and spent about 20 mins to fix myself. Not sure if they were lieing or just didn’t know what they were doing but I definitely won’t be coming back.

Not professional at all they just look at my vehicle and trying to charge me 80 just for showing up. James in the front desk was disrespectful started saying bad things about my car and when I asked what he was charging me 80 he said “seems that money is a problem.” Will never be returning to this location ever again.

These people literally take care of you. They’re professional, quick and friendly. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. James is the man to see he was very helpful and provided excellent service. 5 stars

Ive dealt with several different mechanics throughout my years of driving and having a car and they are the most best professional nice group of mechanics. They keep you up to date on everything that is going on with your car. they do the best to help you get everything handled with your insurance so you dont have to make several calls back and forth. what made me know I picked the right people to do the job is when I left my car so they could look at it and tell me what was wrong they called me at work and when I explained to them I couldnt really talk because Im at work he said Dont worry about anything well do our job, while you get back to yours and that made me feel really secure they called me back with a great place to book a rental from and everything. they got my car fixed in less than 3 days and my car is running smoothly like brand new. they replaced my wheel bearings and did a alignment.Micheal and James are the best. I am a female and James even let me know that if I have any car problems in the future I can give him a call and he will give me advice first before I bring it any where else and get ripped off. For all my future mechanical problems I will definitely bring my car back to these guys and ive been recommending them to all my coworkers the hospitality is great here and once again James and Micheal are great helps.

Took my vehicle here, it was misfiring and also had some check engine codes.Not only did they give me a ride back to my house ( Which nobody ever offers anymore anywhere else it seems) they performed the diagnostic and did the repair and had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours. Amazing job would definitely recommend this business. They were honest and communicative with me the throughout the whole process.

Overall this was a very long process. I can say many things about the process that put my mind at ease. Like they told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle but they kept hearing I just need to pass emissions when I know I clearly said I just want them to fix my vehicle (I guess it was because I had Service Emissions System warning on my dash) idk... However they fixed my vehicle... I got it back again a little longer than expected but great work...

Global has been our go to mechanic for years but we haven’t been in a while. We took my car in around 11 am with no appointment and spoke with James. We told him we really needed it back today. He called by 1 with the diagnosis and my car was ready to be picked up before closing! Always top notch service!

This is the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. It’s hard to trust anyone else to repair my vehicle after my experience at Global Auto Solutions. Mike and James are honest, prompt, and dependable. I had a lot of repairs that needed to be done on my 2013 Dodge Dart and they consulted me on how to prioritize my repairs, all while staying cost efficient and taking my financial situation into consideration. Within a couple months my car was driving like new thanks to those guys. If you having car troubles, I highly recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer to this place for 6 years now. They always beat the price by huge margin compared to the dealer and do a great job. I had a problem with the fuel indicator and got it fixed here for less than half the price the dealer quoted. They are good in telling you what your car needs at what time. l suggest you guys try them at least once and compare how much you will save compared to the dealers.

Great service from James, I had to get a mass air flow sensor replaced after a Pep Boys did an extremely shoddy job installing one, got the parts, labor, and a new wheel bearing on top of it, same day, for cheaper than Pep Boys did my original install for!Very happy with the work here.

My car started misfiring late on Christmas. I called Global first thing on 12/26. He had several people already but promised to try to squeeze me in. James told me exactly how the warranty process would work, got all the information needed, and took care of the entire process including rental authorization. This is great service and not to mention my 328i was driving better than before. Car broke down on Xmas and running like new before New Years Eve. Will be using these guys in the future.

My experience at Global Auto Solutions really exceeded my expectations. Much of my auto care needs are covered under my warranty but it is such a relief to have a trusted shop to take my Range Rover Sports for anything that falls outside of the warranty. I actually found him because my wifes RR Sport is no longer under warranty and I am so glad I did. I cant stress the word trustworthy enough. We have all been there before when going in for auto repairs. You are always scared you will pay too much and for services you dont need. They always provide an honest assessment on what needs to be done and recommendations for what can be done but with time frames for when that repair is necessary. Never salesly, just honest advise. Best of all, every service I have ever had done has been completed the same day. They always provide realistic time frames of when I can pick my car up and they have never been late in doing so. I have referred many of my employees to Global Auto Solutions and I am honestly surprised at the full range of services they provide. If you are in the area, certainly its a great place to take your care for a wide range of services but honestly, I think its worth the drive even if you arent.

Super friendly and helpful, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous! I was quoted over $600 to install some lowering springs (couple hours with all the tools) and an alignment! I was told it would take over 6 hours to get it all done!? Anyone who is in the car community knows that 6 hours to install some lowering springs is absurd! Even with little to no experience this job should take no more than 2.5 to 3 hours TOPS. This is why people are so afraid to go to mechanics cause they are just out to screw you! I’ll be installing them myself and it’ll take me less than 6 hours in my driveway with a ghetto jack and hand tools...avoid this shop unless you don’t care about overpaying for simple installations.

I am usually skeptical of taking my car to places other than the dealership, but i finally did and chose to come here. i’m EXTREMELY thankful i did, Mike and James made me confident in leaving my dealership prices, and staying with this business to be better taken care of for a better price !!

The owner seemed nice and genuine, but after encountering troubles with parts missing after body work was paid for he would honor the warranty and make the job right. I am very disappointed in how the follow-up regarding work that needed to be corrected has gone. I definitely have the correct business.

These guys are the REAL DEAL! Over the past year, Ive had three vehicles (Lexus ES 350, Dodge Dakota, Ford Focus) serviced at Global Auto Solutions and they have definitely earned my loyalty for years to come. Its always nerve racking when somethings wrong with your car and you have to attempt to find someone that wont fleece you (especially true with mechanics!) but these guys are great. Honest people, Ive been coming here for a while with different cars and I have no compliant, Michael always tell me the true regarding anything, I went today for a oil change and brakes pad replacement, he told me my brake pads were good and I didnt need to replace them, other places would replace them and charge you no matter what, no just that, he checked transmission fluid, air pressure, etc, excellent job and professional people.They also speak Spanish ☺

Terrible service. It is difficult to get someone on the phone. I had a nail in a tire that I purchased from there. As a service, they are supposed to service that. I went in and they sent me home saying they were short staffed. They made me come in the next morning and come back 2 hours later. I come back and it was still not done. When he saw me walk in, he said he would do it now. It literally took them 3 mins to take care of it. It took them 2 days, literally 2 trips and hours of waiting to do something they could have done within 5 mins. They do not care about their clients, their time, or their service.To reply back to the owner. I called multiple times to schedule an apt but no one answered the phone. That is why I drove there in person. Then in person I made an apt for the next day, which is why I had to come back again and even though my apt time had come, you guys had still not looked at my car. We waited past our apt time and then you guys finally took time to fix the flat.

IF I COULD RATE ANY LOWER I WOULD. THIS PLACE HAD MY VEHICLE ON THEIR LOT FOR 2 -3 DAYS AND WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE, A PAIR OF $60 BOOTS I LEFT IN THE CAR WAS DAMAGED, THEN THE RUG UNDERNEATH THE SEAT LOOKED AS IF THERE SOMEONE WAS SCRATCHING AT THE RUG BECAUSE PIECES OF THE RUG WAS TORN UP. THE OWNER ACT AS IF HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT SO WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR TO HIM... HE IMMEDIATELY TRY TO SAY THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. ASIDE FROM IT ALL THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR LESS THAN A WEEK OLD AND HE SAYS HE DOESNT KNOW THEN TELL ME I WONT BE COMPENSATED, THEN TRIED TO FILE A TRESSPASS ON ME...I WILL NEVER STEP A TOE IN THERE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF U BRING YOUR CAR THEM TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS. I RECOMMEND THEY NOT GET ANY BUSINESS AND I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!IN ADDITION... HERE IT IS NEW YEARS EVE AND GUESS WHAT???? THE CAR IS NOT STARTING AND THEY SAY THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM... James is friendly but doesnt let you get a word in & talks over you. Didnt even look at my battery which is fairly new. While the car has its issues, not turning on was never 1 of them but now it is. Also, very expensive.

Rip-off. They were my 3rd try to find an honest car repair shop for my 4 vehicles after recently moving to the area. Based on the reviews I gave them a try when my battery went dead. They charged me $45 to tell me my battery needed replacing. I passed 4 other shops that test for free to try them out. When I explained my intent to bring them all my business they did not care. They only wanted their $45. Stay away from them!!

Went there twice first time they said they knew what the problem was and it was not it but for 3 more hundred dollars they could fix it no problem did not learn took it back again and they said it was the thermostat after telling them that was not the problem they persisted it was so after taking it apart and finding no thermostat, so it could not be stuck they took it upon themselfs to replace and charge me instead of just telling me the motor was bad right then. I dont know what people call honest but this place is not

2 weeks since a heater core bypass on a 2002 Chrysler 300M and the cars engine temperature is where it should be.Thank your team.

I paid $2585 for Mike and the guys at Global Auto to fix my transfer case (the part that makes a truck 4x4). The repair took a while due to some shipping issues which isnt their fault, when I received my vehicle a month later, it still wasnt fixed!! I was told that there would be a $200 charge to replace a $30 switch. I was told this was a problem from the original issue.If anything had shorted out during the original issue there would have been other symptoms (like the radio being reset, and the clock being wrong etc). When they let me drive the truck for a week these symptoms were not present, but now that they had my truck for another week the radio is on a random AM station and the clock is off by 20 minutes. Meaning that the second time they attempted to fix the truck, they didnt disconnect the battery terminal and shorted something out.

Best to take your car somewhere else.The quality of work has gone down since I first brough my vehicle in 3+ years ago.I took my wifes car in for warranty work, part replacement. My smooth running engine was returned to me sounding like a diesel with parts rattling. No exaggeration. My wife picked up the vehicle, told me the engine did not sound the same. I tried to reason with her. that maybe new parts, it is expected. I was shocked when I finally got home to check the car. I could not believe this shop would return a vehicle to me in this condition, 10 times worse than how they received it. I asked myself what decent mechanic would pull a car into a garage to do work and return the car to the customer in such worse condition. I only brought the car in for a small leak in the water pump. I requested a new pump. Nothing more.When I called to state my new problem, I was advised to bring the vehicle back in. I dropped it off with full confidence that they would fix the car. No chance! The owner called me to argue with me about what was wrong. Apparently, they observed the motor mounts had broken when they took the engine down to fix the water pump the first time. Here is my issue:1. No decency to call back and tell me the new info.2. They put the car back together with the broken parts3. They buttoned up the car, pulled it out of their garage with the engine souding like a drag race car and didnt bother to say anything to my wife when she paid for it and picked it up.4. The poor customer service when their mechanic called me to argue with me.What decent mechanic shop would do this?The second worst part of all of this is I paid more money for them to fix the engine mounts (my mistake) and I was assured it was fixed. The car feels ruined. I never thought it was just the motor mounts to begin with, and unfortunately Im not as knowledgeable about the internal components. After thousands of dollars spent and several years doing business here, I will not be back.I would advise against any shop that does this kind of work and has the audacity to call the customer and argue with you about fixing your car!? $900 down the drain.

The owner Mike is very knowledgeable and will not take advantage of you and your situation. Will get your car /truck back on the road without taking you to the bank!
